Quality of food is pathetic! Even after complaining no response provided from their side. Very bad experience

Quality of pizza s delivered are very bad! I am a regular consumer, did not expect this kind of behaviour from your side!

Debited twice my pizza order. 2 days later when I came for enquiry they didn't refund but offered a medium pizza and a chicken dish.refunding would be better option for me.

Very bad behaviour of store executive.
They don't supply carry bag in spite of payment.
This time 3rd time repeatedly this has been done.
This is grossly unacceptable.

My Honest review: -
Pizza is quite good (crunchy and cheesy).
I would rate 4/5 star but too much over priced.
We crave for Domino's for its brand value only.
The same quality is provided by many other stores too.
Ambience is quite good though but there are lot of flies in the dining table.

Cons: -
Staffs aren't cooperative when asked for a help.
For example, i have asked for a simple packet to carry my remaining slices of pizza which they denied to provide.

On the same hand, the next pizza store, which is 100 m away, provided and treated me well by giving a extra packet for carrying my remaining slices.
So overall 3/5 star.

Had asked for home delivery of pizza. They delivered it without pizza saver as a result of which whole pizza topping and cheese had shifted to either side.

Worst service in Delivery. Didn't expect such third class response from a multi-national chain. Shame!

This outlet is sad at the best. The pizzas served from this outlet lacks meat and toppings to similar proportion served in other Dominos outlets. If you bring up the quality issues, the store manager is more than happy to send across a pizza - free of charges. With my 4-5th order, now I am convinced this is their philosophy and not some one off case. So stay away from this outlet.

Everything is great.just the space.very limited sitting space.only 6-7. People can accommodate at a time.
But.the pizzas are great.n service is awesome

Most people have heard about this place at least once and know how good the pizzas are. They are delicious and visiting once is recommended. One Thing to note is that everything is somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for

A great place to hang out with your friends and family. The service is really quick though it depends on the quantity of orders they handle. The quality of the food is really awesome as each of the pizza is unique to itself with individual flavour profile.

Only one problem with the place is that it acquires small area so it gets really packed up during festivities.
You should definitely try it

Today, it was my second order from this Domino's Bidhannagar outlet since it has opened. It's taste has been consistently poor, if you compare it with any other Domino's outlets. Too much sauce poured on the pizza earlier once and today also. If you don't want to spoil your taste, money or both, please order pizzas from City Centre outlet or better have Cakes and Bakes or PFG's pizza. Atleast the later are better than this outlet.

The staff members are helpful cordial and quick to response.
The outlet is located at a prime location of bidhanagar close to several colleges like Bengal College and DSMS.

Good food.
But service provider is not good at all. Slow service and capacity is very low.

If you wanna taste delicious and mouth watering pizza then obviously you have to visit Domino's
Here you can get various types of pizzas with some delicious flavours. Here not only you will get pizzas but also some other delicious dishes like pasta, chicken wings, garlic bread etc. Here you can get both veg and non veg pizzas and other dishes. You can also get various beverages. When I usually go here and try pizzas and other dishes it really pretty enjoyable for me. I specially recommend garlic bread as a starter with different dips and also in pizzas I will recommend cheez burst pizza (non veg). These dishes are favourite of mine.

Very Courteous and Nice staff with yummy pizza. Staffs are very polite. In a nice location just visit this place.

Always in a hurry to deliver order, compromising quality most of the time.

If you are lucky, then you will get pizza with proper cheese and toppings. Else its all sloppy work.

If u r from Bidhan Nagar area go to the city centre branch use drive-in rather than wasting money here, worst Domino's branch I have ever been to.

The receptionist refused to take our order saying that it'll take time (even if we said we were okay with it).

Nice place. It was something that was missing from this locality for a long time. The pizza and fresh and good.

This place is horrible! The food they serve is disgusting. They served rotten chicken wings and the staffs argued on being complained saying that it's okay to serve two days old chicken and they always do this. The pizza they served was low on sauce, cheese everything. The garlic bread didn't tasted anything like garlic it was like eating the pizza crust with a ton of oil. Won't recommend you to go.

Provides rotten chicken and if you complain about that they told me that they don't provide fresh chicken the food they serve is always two days old. Garlic bread pizza doesn't tastes good. Horrible taste.garlic bread was very oilyy So be carefull before u order!

I'm soooo excited to share this news that, we have a New Domino's store in Durgapur, at Bidhannagar location. It's close to Apollo Pharmacy. I recently went there for trying the all new Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread. It was Amazing. I loved it. The small Domino's outlet is a beautiful place to click a lot of pictures ️ The staffs were good. Both Cash and digital modes of Payment are accepted. Hope you have an Amazing visit at Domino's outlet in Bidhanagar?

Poor quality staff and very rude behaviour. Not enough place to sit as a group, and they don't even give the time to plan and order. Very dissatisfactory behaviour. Had a really bad experience.

Hated it, like their pizza was low on sauce, low on cheese and toppings and absolutely bad. City Centre's pizza is a lot better. This branch is totally bad.

Today I bought pizza and chicken wings.pizza is not so good from that City centre branch.but chicken wings is awesome because it was rotten how we will eat.it's better to go city centre.

Horrible quality and service. Manager's behavior is even worse. Order delivered at my place which is 500m from the store after 1.5hrs. Manager reachable at +916296795174 in case anyone wants to reach out on the delivery status.

The service of this dominos is extremely slow. They quoted me 14 minutes but took 45 minutes to deliver my order while I was kept standing in their store.

I am totally disappointed with the delay of delivery.if you can can't deliver in right time, then do not accept the order.
