A fantastic spot to chill with friends and family. If you're in the city center and looking to venture a bit off the beaten path, this is a must-visit location.

One of the worst Domino's. They don't know how to talk to customers. Zero professionalism. They disconnects the call on your face if they don't want to talk. Also the tone is insulting. People should be trained about decency. Very bad response.

Good place with non movable sitting arrangements.
More discounts are there for online order n pickup.
Lastly due to cold n flu pls have a look/check d if d staffs are having proper protection.

Bad behavior of whole staff.
Arrogant.
Manager is some chapri boy.
He should be give some behavior class.
Dominos should hire an agency who can check behavior of your staff and counsel them.
Time for dominos to change staff or shut store.

Something I really disappointed by this Domino's quality and quantity too. I have been regular customer of other Branches of Domino's in Kolkata but when came here for my study purpose i am happy that Haldia have Domino's for my craving but it is totally disappointed by this branch i have tried 3-4 times here but from my side it was total let down, one of the worst branch as it had worst quality as well as worst service provided by them. I am fond of Domino's but this is totally waste.and it's fact, even my friends here said the same thing.

Taste is nice and I can't say it is pocket friendly option for the student but we can try it in a week

The basic infrastructure of this outlet is not upto the standard. In this heat wave they don't have AC on. Sitting inside a glass room without AC is like do they intend to cook the customer along with pizza? This is from last 6 months. Nobody just care about customer service. Hope food safety officers take notice.

Everytime they deliver late and make excuse.even on enquiry they don't have manners to talk.welcome Domino's haldia.
I think Domino's are taking PPL far granted.

Not so good. I had better pizza than this store. The large pizza here is relatively smaller than the large pizza is supposed to be. The amount of cheese they put is lesser than the usual.

Update: Domino's took an immediate and effective action on my concern and I'm happy with their resolution

Dominos pizza is very delicious and her customar care also attractive.when we eating food we feel like i am in heaven. And we are happy when the Domino's food store open in haldia and in store all. Food very delicious my heart always says visit this store again an d again ️️️️️️️

I have gone many times in Dominos, they make tasty pizza every time

But I am disappoint with their careless service
Today me and my family member order one chicken wings, one veg pizza and three non-veg pizza
And told them to pack in two different packages. Because we will take it into your own house

In the first one their will be chicken wings and one non-veg pizza
And in the second their will be one veg pizza and two non-veg pizza

But they packed the first chicken wings and veg pizza
And the second they packed three non-veg pizza

For Pizza lovers it is a best place. Dine in, Take out or Delivery all three option is there.overall it is good.

Domino's Haldia is located in Ambuja City Centre, Haldia. All types of standard Domino's foods are available here. Ambience is also very pleasant inside the Resturant. Staffs are professional. Food delivery within 30 mins is not applicable here though. But overall Domino's Haldia is a must go destination in Haldia, if are a Pizza lover.

We took the one large Chicken Maximus and one large Chicken Tikka Pizza. Both is yumm. Loved it. Will go again for sure. This is one of my favourite place to grab Pizza.

I have a mix review for this. The store is very good previous time also food and staff are good.but now the quality decreased incredibly and also 1 people there for this type of huge store.prize higher side. Dominos pizza is recommended but not this store right now. If you want to buy then order a small size 1st then you can try for bigger because of quality.

It's ok. Service satisfactory. No free drinking water facility. For purchased water bottle, carry bag for Rs. 10 is must. Disgusting.

Oh my god.what a view.it's beautiful.i can't even explain how beautiful and appropriate it is. A magical place it is. See through the attachment you will more astonished by it.just visit the place you can get the feel of peace here. OMG Domino's my all time favorite and tasty.best part is that they delivery at your exact location.staffs are Good they are really helpful.
