Domino's Pizza

The faculties are so low I’m highly disappointed if you guys can’t deliver at my place u shouldn’t prefer it to me at the first place How unprofessional was it of you to make me cancel my order highly disappointed!

Placed an order meal for two non veg, paid the man and was told to wait 10-15 mins. Went out to take care of something. Came back took my order and was shocked to see the option handed over to me. Really disappointed.

The food they serve is all fresh. Anybody can visit between 10am to 9pm and enjoy the food.
But I will request all the visitors to eat such junk food at your own risk, such food is not healthy at all.

Sorry for giving 3 star. I am fan of Domino's pizza but this time, I am not so happy with this outlet.
Reasons are: -
1. Slow preparation
2. Ac not working (I am going here for dine in, but choose pickup, I already given order online)
3. Chilli flack sachet not available, but they help me given it in a paper.
4. Cheese and paneer are not so fresh.

Very Poor Service. We have been sitting here for 45min. I guess Domino only wants Online Customers.third Class service

3rd Class service. We waited for 40-45 minutes and only one customer was sitting. They only give preference to online customers.

No AC. You are running an outlet with no windows whatsoever and then expect the customer to sit in this killing heat and enjoy a freshly prepared hot pizza. Utterly disappointed.

Good service and taste as well nice but probably most toppings were unavailable at my time

Not a well maintained outlet. The tables are not cleaned and tidy. You will get leftover things on the table. This kind of service you won’t expect from a company like this.

I was looking for cheese burst pizza but they were not having cheese burst saying they don’t have material of cheese burst.
Then I asked for a medium pizza then outlet guys said they don’t have medium dough with them right now.
So only option was with small and large pizza.

Enough space sitting arrangements is there with washroom facilities.

Payment through card cash and online they accept.

Not enough crowd you will get here so the expected time to get pizza on table is max 15 mins.

They use mayonnaise instead of cheese
It's kinda fraud
Plzz use proper mozzarella cheese
Don't fool ur customer

Bad service, the staffs were insulting us indirectly and the food was not good but the only thing good was good was the choco lava cake was actually like lava choco inside, still I don't like this

Convenient location compared to the other two Domino's outlets in Asansol. Food is good but sometimes the toppings are less than usual.

The counter person is very slow to take order especially if you are visiting in evening. The table are not cleaned frequently. I really did no liked the lady's behaviour at order counter

As usual Dominos is awesome. Great taste with nominal price. This outlet needs to be improved as the AC is not working most of the time and it feels very hot inside.

OH, this restaurant is So worth it. I mean listen. They put the most effort into their food than any other restaurant I have ever been to. The crust was nothing like ever before. You know Pizza Hut, they have crunchy regular crusts the boring part of the pizza oh but Domino's? It was crunchy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The pepperoni was crunchy and flavorful. And Oh My Gosh the cinnamon twists dipped in the served icing was the best dessert, completing perfect satisfaction to meet my requirements. And overall this fantastic restaurant is a must-go and I will forever eat there.

A much better outlet with decent crowd then Sentrum Mall's and Galaxy Mall's. Prompt service. Friendly staff and an ideal place to get some good shots.

Staff fighting among themselves & lot of pandemonium. It’s looked like a fish market. AC not working.

The current Manager there has to be trained never to lie to customers otherwise to be replaced today, he is a typical cynical person bringing down service. Lying with menu price, when asked why charging more than the written and shown menu price, he was at denial and got self defensive, then switched off the display TV b4 I could have taken the picture of the menu price. Then he ridiculously started accusing me that I told him to switch off the menu display TV followed by his verbal battle with me. However, I have had pizzas there many times b4 so I know taste good there, but I am not going back in there due to the worst impression left by the manager there the last time I visited.

Very bad experience from this outlet. Very thin crust with very less amount of cheese. Tomato sauce also not provided, it was also to be paid for each pouche. I recommend everyone not to go this outlet of Domino's. And Domino's company should also take care of it.

The Staff Name Is Krishna at Murgasol Domino's. He is not enough Knowledgeable to guide The customer. Very Bad Behaviour. Also Our Table is not clear. We already informed them many times but they didn't replied Ourselves. Also They have Chit Chatting Eachother. Very Bad Service.

This is best dominoz outlet I came across in the country, it is completely customer centric. Staff is very polite

As it's near to my house, whenever i need i get freshly baked got pizza. Best part is that you can see your pizza being prepared from the start

Don't go there.behaviour of staff is bad.i ordered veg loaded but the gave me non veg loaded.

Very bad service, I ordered something else for a takeaway and they provided me a different order and which I didn't even ordered. Kindly check your customer service they are very bad with customers.

Giving a normal temperature pizza without any extra chesse while taking the charge of extra cheese and I when I gave my order recived the pizza after 1 hour and I'm not satisfied with this branch of domino's

The customer service is very rude, they take a lot of time, will leave you sitting idle, over dramatic on covid, themselves not following the covid protocol no sanitiser no temperature checking at entrance, talk too rudly, don't visit here. Just don't

Ordered at 7: 10am now its 8: 30pm still not delivered & there is no contact number on website.
