The worst experience i ever had in dominos. Asked for the promotion but the store manager RISHAV (RISHAB) gave some unwanted answer also he is not interested in engaging with customers. He was in hurry doing his own stuff. Really disappointed with the store manager ' if he acts with customers in the in appropriate manner than what should the whole store team learn?

One small pizza is enough for one person.i felt a little adventurous and ordered 3 pizzas. One caution this place does not accept an international visa card. I had to pay with what ever rupees i had left with me.
It seems as if there is a tyranny on where they want to deliver & the promise of 30mins delivery is false. Its been more than 2 hours that our order has been placed & after enquiry we are told that it won't be delivered. Service is holding the company back.
Air conditioning can be improved. Space can be kept morw cleaner. Tables not cleaned on regular basis. Have to call staff to clean it. Awesome taste of pizza.
I went on 10th June to dine there and was double charged by the cashier Divya Thapa and she was clueless about her billing process, she only replied saying that you will get your refund and day by day giving excuses. We are in modern society and we know that there will be refund message we will get for the same but the same was also not received. She got irritated to resolve the query and was calling her manager but her manager was also not helpful. Totally bad customer service. She gave her contact number to follow up but she is not responding please get my money refunded as soon. Still I have no clue what they are doing with my transaction
The most pathetic place in Darjeeling Dominos should take care of good ventilation for its customers. Too suffocating a place, with no AC working and no fans. Service is really very poor, no one shows up to clean the table for more than 20 minutes. How can one enjoy the meal with such a poor atmosphere.

We were a group of four families with seven kids who stopped by for lunch a little after 12pm. The place was largely empty and it took us about 10mins in line to place our order, as the staff processed customers in front of us.
The food and dining experience is pretty much the same as you can expect at other Domino's outlets - the pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets etc all having the same taste one can expect from the Domino's brand.
The store has a drinking water dispenser for the use of patrons and a hand wash area. Kindly note there are no restrooms in the restaurant, so you would have to use the facilities available downstairs in the mall.
Worst experience on a birthday to have, staff is so rude and does not understand their own menu when we try to order. Make us feel like we don't understand anything
The pizza as a franchise is the same all over but the delivery guys are the worst. They will make you walk more than half the way to get you stuff inspite of paying the full delivery charges. So yeah watching out for the that! Also to be precise it was their own delivery guys not a partner.
Your staff is incompetent. The dining area is very dirty. Your staff cleans the dining area only and only after telling them time and again. Horrible service. I would rather prefer and recommend pizza hut. They are far better.
Service is not really good as expected and they said that they can do home delivery but they even can't deliver to the main market as well. Very disappointed service.
The delivery boy mr rabi karkidoli is very polite but the telecommunication staff behaviour was very impolite and need to learn customers policy.pizzahut's staff behaviour was far better.
