Staff behaviour is very bad they even not attending the order 10 mint standing in counter to order the pizza when after making payment of my order while I'm waiting for pizza, I just asking that my payment is already done were is bill they
When u get ur order u will get your bill very rude way

When it comes to delivery they have worst service.
On 29.09.2023 I have placed an order vide order no. 145 invoice number 66676/23/33700 for delivery.
The delivery person named Raja Das after 30 minutes of placing the order after the order has been baked and prepared as per the status shown in the app, informed me that they can't deliver the order to my location as they are not authorised to deliver I have to pick it from the main road which is 15 minutes far from my location.
Either I have to cancel the order or have to pick it up from the main road then he will be out for the delivery. And later Raja Das the delivery person cancelled the order.
The same has been forwarded to the dominos team via email and been twitted along with relevant evidence.

Domino’s Pizza is always been a good option to chill out with friends …Good service inside…staffs are polite and the Pizza is always % tasty

Worst Domino store in kolkata, They don't deliver to my place, for 1 hour they were sitting on my order, only after i raised concern with dominos customer care, they transferred my order to store that deliver to my place, i think Domino's is losing its touch they are behaving like they help us by delivering the food

Please do not - I repeat - DO NOT visit or order from this outlet. They charge you extra money upon delivery even when you’ve paid the entire amount online and refuse to help you despite what’s supposed to be a technical glitch at their end. The staff is incredibly rude (Rumki Das and Sudamoy Bhattacharya, I’m looking at you) and simply gaslights customers. I’ve written more than two dozen emails and tweets to Domino’s in the last week, but they have left me in an endless loop of the same, and have done absolutely nothing about the nearly 200 extra Rupees that I’ve been forced to pay. In fact, upon writing emails to the customer care, they ask the staff at this outlet (the one that’s responsible for the problem) to solve my problem and I’m, therefore, obviously being ghosted.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with an FMCG brand, especially a global one like Domino’s. Avoid Domino’s Howrah like the plague. Shame on Dominos’ customer care. Shame on Jubilant FoodWorks. They’re downright thieves.

Visited on last month. It was horrible experience. They ere not taking physical order, had to order through app. Most of the items were not available. Service was too slow. This place is not for dine in.

I had payment via UPI and payment successful paid but they are denied and suggested me to issue to complain for your refund without their any system check properly and contact your their authority.

There senier came and talk with me same and also to cashier why she clear the bill and protected her.

Very bad behaviour from this outlate

This Domino’s outlet is fine but they don’t have Pasta Pizza in their menu which is available in other Domino’s outlet. Also, they don’t have QR code payment facility available, so you can’t scan and pay. The place is not very clean I would say, every time I visit, I have to tell them to clean the tables before they get my order and that’s the reason I usually prefer takeaways or deliveries instead of dine in here.

The best, service is bit slow take longer than usual but it happens due to the huge order placed online.
You don't have to wait in the counter for long as there is online dine in ordering option.
The counter lady Suman is very good on handling customers.
Must visit.

Space is too small but ambience is good and location is also good. Parking place is there for 5 to 6 bike.

The quality of food is great the service is a little slow at times due to more customers. Overall the experience is good and a must visit place.

Worst ever domino’s I have ever been to. I’ll never ever come to this branch again. I have kept waiting but they just didn’t hear our order and continued doing arrangement of boxes for a long time. She didn’t even acknowledged to wait. Worst worst worst

Have been to this branch many times but today it was pathetic experience. I & my wife visited there I was placing the order.the person taking the order (RUMKI DAS) told me that don't use our washroom for spitting and your mouth is smelling.as I was eating supari. I didn't say anything but frst of all she has no right to say that it's smelling etc etc I was standing in a distance firstly
Secondly if I would have used the washroom than she should have told me that but without even using she said all those things which were not required. Kisike muhn se smell aarha h wo kya kha rha h jb tk he or she is not damaging your property or anything you have no right to say that. She is making faces telling ki jao smell aarha h yaha mt thukna etc etc.very insulting and cheap

Later she didn't had 20 rupees change to pay and was telling a girl that you have to wait. That girl had paid 500 rupees and 482 was her bill in which 2 rupees she also gave in change only 20 rupees was to be given to that customer to which she replied so arrogantly. Nobody denied that they won't wait but there is a way of speaking. Kisise aapko aise bat krne ka right nhi h and the name of this arrogant person is RUMKI DAS.
Better behave properly with customers or else nobody is here to insult themselves.

Domino's was one of the most favourite spot for the pizzas but now the quality is changing day by day. Domino's can give more better experience to their customers.

Worst delivery they accept delivery n say 30 Min guarantee n call after 1 hrs n tell ur order to cancel or we ll cancel as they don't have product or no delivery boy even food often not hot delivered please guys don't order or go there it's a waste of money

No online orders accepted, card is also not accepted. Lights are not working properly. This outlet of Domino's needs some fixing and maintenance.

Very rude staff said that the preparation time is 2 hours due to the cue and I chose a restaurant bang opposite to this they had a great burger. Unless the restaurant is customer friendly I prefer to avoid it, crowd can be a reason but a rude voice cannot be accepted.

Worst outlet of dominos people and staff doesn't know how to talk they cancel your orders without any reason and say you have cancelled it and then say don't order from us next time like it's their brand
