Domino's Pizza

No side dishes available without ordering pizza. That means if I want to eat pasta I also need to order a pizza as well. How disgusting sales executive behaviour is rubbish.

Pizza was chewy and the seasonings were not served with it. The staff at the reception was very unattentive delayed fr taking the order even when the counter was empty.

It is a level surface round bread consisting of dough, sauce, cheese, meats, vegetables, mushrooms, olives, ham etc which is then baked at a great intensity heat.
In 2017, the art of making Neapolitan pizza was added to UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage.
Today's menu was Margarita Pizza (veg). It included roasted paneer with masala. Oh what a sensation of flavour perceived in the mouth on contact with the pizza! Really a brief experience of something. Being an old man and allergic to cold they provided me a hot Chocleva Coke as a dessert. I was unable to discern what is of good quality?
It is a clean restaurant. Many thanks for their well behaviour.

Service is terrible, I saw an offer outside in the banner but when I asked for it inside they said no they can't do it, why putting a banner outside? When u can't provide something.

Service is too bad, customers have to wait a minimum of 15-20 mins in the queue. They do not operate on multiple counters for taking orders.

They should increase the number of washrooms, according to its capacity. Otherwise it was a nice one.

Waiting time is too long. It is. Located just beside 3 no metro gate of park street metro station and Opposite of the Asiatic Society kolkata. Card is not acceptable here. You have to gone through a link they provide, so time need to make payment. You have to share OTP with them. I think cash is most simple way to pay the bill without any concern.

This particular store took 40 minutes to provide two small size pizzas. Unfortunately they made them wee more salty that needed.

I visited this branch with my friends and we are extremely disappointed with the service. Post our order, we were told that on adding 4rs, we would get a mousse cake as a combo. Later when we checked the bill, the actual amount was summing up to around 742, plus that 4rs which would mean 746, but the total was written as 846, wherein the entire cost of the cake had been taken into account, that was 100rs extra. On enquiring, they couldn't come up with a logical response and said that they had taken the cost of crust of Non veg loaded extra, due to which the cost got increased. Now this wasn't shown in the bill, and moreover, non veg loaded, being a part of pizza mania doesn't have any other option of adding different crust at extra cost, being a dedicated customer of Domino's, we knew this.
This was clearly an act of fraudulence, or maybe an error which they didn't accept. We have been regular customer of Domino's, but post this incident, our trust has considerably reduced, especially we aren't going to visit this branch ever again. Also a piece of advice, if you are being told about any combo offers, please check the details properly to avoid such incidents in future.

I and my friends visited this place today evening. We ordered 2 pizzas for 169 and one tacos for 169 there.
During billing, they said that if I pay 4 rs extra for one butterscotch mousse cake, then my order would be converted to a combo. And charged 100 rupees extra from us.
After interrogating them, about why they charged 100 rupees extra in the bill, they denied accepting their fault and started giving excuses that they are charging 100 rupees extra for pan-size pizzas, which were under pizza mania criteria. And we all know that pizza mania has no such criteria as a change in the crust.
Lastly, they denied accepting their fault. Moreover, they haven't mentioned the charges properly in the bill, which I found very unlikely.

It's not about money, but it's about the fraud dominos is doing with their customers.
After this incident, my friends and I will never trust this brand. By doing this, they are only demeaning their brand name and reputation.
