Domino's Pizza

I absolutely love this place, the food quality is good, the staff are also very nice and polite. The place is not dirty, it is clean. Ambience is also pretty nice, the view from the store is great, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to eat Pizza. The food is served hot and fresh. I've ate from this specific outlet of Dominos at least 20 - 30 times and it has always been great. The items are also priced well and it's cheap so it's a good place to hangout with your friends. Overall Experience: 10/10

Pizza is good but service and taking orders is pathetic. Atmosphere the less said the better.

I have ordered Pizza Margherita through zomato.it was undercooked.stale in taste.worst pizza. We had thrown the entire Pizza.will not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered pizza online, it was delivered after one hour of my order time, I raised an issue to refund me or give me an e voucher as they have written that 30 minutes guaranteed delivery otherwise they will pay for you, but Domino's still didn't contact me or give any kind of response to me, so much disappointed I am.

In 2 consecutive orders-
1st order- delivery in 90+ minutes.
2nd order- delivery in 65-70 minutes.

Goons kept in place of delivery partner, who threaten you if you try to make a complaint.

On a particular Day we went with our Family. When we entered we saw all the staffs were super busy with Bulk orders from online.

We were told to wait & I literally saw the actual TEAM WORK their. As a Customer it is necessary not only to look about ambience, food quality.

But most importantly the team which is playing the pivotal role says a lot about the organization.

Although they said that they will be late with delivery, which is absolutely normal for any person. If the orders are high.

I praise mainly because of the Team Management & constant Efforts late at night. Wishing the Haldiram/Kailhali Branch of Dominos grow more & each Staff gets a deserving HATSOFF for their Calmness, Team management & efficiency.

The place is small and uts not really fancy or anything. It's okay looking. The food is perfect. Best pizza place honestly. My favourite so far after trying almost everything from the menu (in nonveg) is "non-veg overload". The price and the item goes really well ans is extremely reasonable. The washroom wasn't clean and uts extremely small to even move in though.

The food is obviously nice but the manager there is also very honest and helpful. So what happened is, I placed an order online and the bill had ₹50 S delivery charges, due to some complexities the branch said that the delivery will take 1hr, so i went and collected it myself.reaching there I told the manager to remove the delivery charges as I came here myself. The manager calmly said that they cant deduct something from the bill as it's online but they provided me with a free garlic bread worth ₹99. Happy customer, happy review. Good job Domino's having such qualified personnel in your team!

Yesterday I went there for mother's day with my kids. One of the woman who is in the billings, told me that she will give me the bill at dine table &I said ok but when she gave me the meal she didn't give me the bill so I asked her for it. At last she came with the bill &I found she took extra money from me. I went to the counter and she was trying to give me excuses. I am quite sure she has been doing it since many days. I am requesting everyone whoever want to go there & purchase the meal with cash please be aware &cross check your bill.

I have tried nonveg and veg both pizza but didn't find that promising. The quality is just ok. Not value for money.

Rating 1 because the girl sitting in the reception and taking order dont know how to apologise when the delivery is not on time. Instead she is saying " Kichu korar neyi amader" (in bengali). Seriously Dominos should look into this kind of associates who think that they are the boss and we customer are nothing. This is my last order I am placing with this location.

Cancelled my delivery order without any reason. Also takes over an 1 hour at times to deliver, my house is only about a kilometer from the outlet.

Well made pizzas, good behaviour z clean tables. But sometimes some pizzas aren't made properly

Tried their newly launched Creamy Tomato Pasta from this outlet along with Garlic Bread and Cheesy Dip. I think their Garlic Bread compliments their pasta best.

You can't go wrong with Domino's Garlic Bread its super delicious. Don't forget to get a cheesy dip with it.

In a single line it was too tangy for me. I don't know why Domino's has decided fusilli pasta for all of their pasta range but I love penne more. Usually their pasta is well done, so bad if you like Al dante.

In terms of veggies I only found onion and black olive also few chunks of bbq pepper chicken as it was non veg. I thought it would be red sauce based as it was tomato pasta but turned out yellow. Many will like the creamy culinary dressing but it seemed okay to me. Could have been much better.

Hat's off to super fast delivery of Domino's but remember they charge extra for night time delivery.

Customer service was very bad. The staff treats/ talks to you as if they are doing some favour

Their thin wheat crust Farmhouse Pizza is my all time favourite. Best place to spend time with friends and family. Delicious mouthwatering pizza. All the members in this outlet are very much friendly and cooperative. I will recommend this place for get-together.

Nice place to dine-in. Although seating is available for a maximum 26 twenty six persons only. Not very crowded at night. Deliveries are on time.

Pay online they rarely have cash with them rest everything is good polite workers and good food

I always love their pizza. It tastes awesome. Their ambiance is very much likable.
Staff are too active nd well behaved.

It was at a good location, the pizza and sides were delicious but they are very slow than other places, not in delivering the food but in cleaning tables, completing customer requirements and also billing process. They are almost always under construction.
