Domino's Pizza - South City Mall, Kolkata

This review is for the Domino's kiosk in South City Mall. The servers are one of the most entitled lot of people I've ever seen. Guest service is absolutely subpar. They won't even feign an interest in making the guest happy. I guess this may be partly due to the "It's a mall, we can make do without one person's patronage" thinking.

One particular person I remember at the counter was a Sweety D. Questions regarding the order were met with snide remarks and condescending tone. Ironic from a person working at a pizza kiosk.
