Down Town Mall

Parking exit is horrible, it is not going to improve in near future. This place should be avoided.

Not well maintained. Most of the shops are still not open. Apart from Theatre hall no other attractions are there

You will get almost all the items there. Food, movie theater, spa, laundry, cloths, grocery, electronic shops, spectacle shop,

The place is a bit empty. Not many people goes there but it consists of many shops and PVR movie hall. Good place to hangout with friends and family.

A new mall.most of the shops are yet to open. PVR is here. Spencer's also.parking available nice place for people staying in Shapoorji to buy stuff and watch movies as it is near to it

Beautiful place. Not overcrowded. Nicely organized and sufficient shops for necessary shoppings. Not overpriced outlests with glittery gimmicks. Though lot more to set up yet.
One consider it as a good place if looking fo a timepass shopping as well as monthly shoppings.

Located near Lenskart, PVR cinemas, Sapoorji, Xavier University, Tata medical, Narkel Bagan within 4 km away from GITANJALI Park Kolkata

Seems like an abandoned mall, maximum stores remain closed. But the Movie hall is quite impressive.

Good but need good maintenance of washrooms and they should provide a map frequently otherwise finding shops is lil bit difficult. I haven't seen any volunteer from the mall authorities therefore.

I go there to watch movies at PVR. I like it though. Basement parking is safe. Not over crowded place.

Fun place to be and a very handy place near Shapoorji. Have multiple medicine stores a s sweet stores. Have Titan eye and lanes kart.

I'm a student of UEMK. So downtown is like a regular place for hangout to me. It's fairly new. Hence there are not many shops. But the rest is good.

This mall is less crowded and it's a good place to hangout with friends or family if you like quiet places. There are some restaurants, Spencers, Reliance digital, lenskart, PVR cinemas, medicine shops, clinics, sweets shops, gift shops and almost everything you can find. However you cannot expect this mall to be like other bigger malls such as Avani, central, south city or acropolis. This mall is just different, secluded but also okay. Personally I would rate it 7/10. Hope this review is helpful if you are planning to visit.

Not so happening place. PVR for movies, Spencers for Grocery and Reliance digital for electronic appliances. Mio Amore is also available there if you’re looking to buy a cake. Few pet clinics are also there.

Everything available. Pvr is the best here. The artificial waterfall in the evening is also a good talking spot.

Actually it is not like a full phase mall. Plenty shops are not yet open. If you want to watch movie or like to shop from Spencers then only come here.

This is the one of the best shopping mall in Newtown. But it is located backside of the proper town.

Affordable mall.

It's a mall. They have many shops. As Uniworld city is really far from kolkata, they don't have access to any market. They need a mall in order to buy the stuff they need.

Growing fast with more and more shops. Presence of PVR a boon for nearby residents. Reliance Digital, Spencer's meet almost all your daily needs and electronics

The mall looks good, and has a bright future ahead by keeping the location in mind where it is situated. The main problem I face here is the casual attitude of the staffs and security guards it has.
Just giving 2 examples below, however, there are many but giving only 2 examples for now.

1. The road in front of it was getting repaired and it is not a good idea to travel by that road.
We had an option to avoid it by not going that way and it can be easily instructed from the exit gate. But the security guards, staffs are just sitting inside and they don't even care where the customer is going the very moment they comes out of exit gate (which is natural) but at least they can guide the people not to go left and instead take right! Afterall, we are there to visit the mall only.as there is nothing else apart from that!
Hope you got my point. BE MORE SENSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE.

2. I could see people were smoking inside the mall, especially in the car bay area. It means again, staffs and security guards have proved their hopelessness!

Gave 2 stars because it is clean, has some great shops and multiplexes but this mall don't have a decorum and discipline in place.

Downtown. Near to corporate mnc IT offices.it is still a good place to hangout.little bit in outskirts. No many stores as most of the commercial space is still unsold.it is less crowded compared to other malls.nice parking facility. You can plan to go to Bangla Bisth and Nico waterpark and then downtown.

The only hangout place near my office. Can't complain. It's too small to be called a mall.

If you prefer open & less crowded place which offers pretty much all the basic needs one might have from a mall this is the place to go.

A very underrated mall! You'll get the basic brands and there is a lot of space inside the mall to just sit and relax. Also the underground parking is free.

Nice but very less people comes to this mall because due to almost end of the city and Newtown side. Many shops are closed almost 60% shops are closed. PVR is ok with 3 screens. Max and Spencers are also available here. Arkham Rasoi is a restaurant in the mall. Mall height is 2 floors. Ground floor and First floor.
