Almost Neat and clean place, it's good theatre to watch your Favourite movies.you can spend your good times with your loved one's.

It is a small theatre but clean (washroom also). The ticket rate is high compared to other theatres (maybe this is the only theatre in Kalimpong). Snack service is available from cafes. Parking problem.

I have never seen such bad management, i have booked the tickets vis bookmyshow. The funny part is the person incharge of the theatre has no idea about sold tickets online also the show didn't happen due to less bookings. Understanding there situation i asked for the refund against my online booking instead of helping me with that since it was there call to not to run the show they told me to get in touch with bookmyshow for refund. I managed to get the refund however there was not a single help i received from theater team members rather they were too rude saying why did I booked online. So that was my first and last time to the Dream Theater Cineplex kalimpong

Again had the same worse experience watching a marvel movie. As it was already told by marvel that ant man and the wasp quantumaina have two post credit scene but it only showed one and ended the movie. Had the same experience before watching dr strange.
So i request to show the entire post credit scene of Marvel movies.

When I went to watch a movie after making lots of plans, the staff completely canceled the show due to less audience, I told them that I would pay for extra audiences but they refused to show the movie, they said that they would need atleast 10 people and I was ready to pay for extra 5 people (i.e. Almost triple the price). This is really a turn off when you invest so much time and energy and you reach the theatre but you cannot watch the movie. This has happened to me almost 3,4 times. I don’t understand this logic. It’s a really beautiful thing to have a good movie theatre in our small hometown but I think you should definitely look up to this matter

Yesterday I took my daughter and her friends to watch Thor. While watching, the attendant stood 4 times between me and the screen to take food orders for the row in front of me. Missed quite a few scenes. When I asked him to remove himself, he made a good suggestion that I move to another row in the back, across the aisle. Then 2 attendants trooped in for about 6 more times with their phone lights on to serve the food. Such a disturbing experience and not fair to the rest of us customers. I would like to suggest that you keep all the ones who want to be served food while watching movies in the rear rows. I hope the quality of your service improves, as going to the movies is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience and I really don't want to deprive us of our joys of going to the theatre. Bad experience, Service of stall over there not good because we order the Food they give to another one, if they will not responsible for this, must have to change this system

The theater is small. But it's well managed. It has two cute cafes just outside the entrance so its good to go with friends. However, the building is old and rusty and not well maintained.
The theater part is clean and has clean toilets also.

An absolute must visit in town. And the owners of the place are really nice and humble. Service is at its best there.

The theatre itself is good but you guys didn't show the second end credit scene for Spider-man no way home, that's just wrong!

It's the only movie theatre in kalimpong. The service is decent. Can be improved in various ways. But since it's the only one. We have to deal with what it's offering.

Great place for a cenematic experience in a Town. Its a small hall and maybe 5.1 surround sound.

Box Office opens 5 minutes before the movie starts.people are queued up to buy tickets no staff available. Horrible service. It seems the management is not interested in doing business.

Eating stuff expensive for no reason. For instance, a 500 mL coke glass turns out to be more expensive than a full litre bottle of it. The unpalatable burger here costs more than that of the Burger King. Come on dude, this is no real PVR premium and we ain't no big shots.

Firstly.i want to share me experience which had taken place on 28th of Oct 2019.i had booked four tickets for the movie and i was the first peraon to reach theatre i was so excited to watch the movie.but my enjoyment turned into nightmare when i was told.sorry maam for the mistake.actually two times we have booked the same seat.i was like ohhh noooo. What i actually want to share is they have to be careful while booking a ticket.i was angry when i was tolad to sit on the broken chair.and they told me to adjust.is it fair? I was like

Only single screen theatre at Kalimpong, near market and at one end of the city but located within nearby shops n hotels. 3 shows in a day of same one movie runs.

Clean and good place.though its the only theater in town right now.only the negative part was u have to get the ticket from counter for online booking also.what is the use of booking ur ticket in advance if u have to be in queue.

Firstly, the ticket prices are reasonable. It's a good trade off for the facilities. The seats are comfy enough and the theatre is well maintained. It's kept clean.
But the services by the people working there need to improve. By a mile. They take very poor care of the movie goers and the food stand specifically is horrible. The workers barely pay attention to you and one ends up wasting a lot of time standing in queue. It's a horrible experience. The staff that are hired are absolutely hopeless and have zero professionalism.

Noce cinema hall, good food. Hall Is not very big and also screen Is not very wide but since se are not in a big cityz, it's already very good

The Best movie experience in a small town like Kalimpong. You get experience all together a difference in movie watching with the best technology and sound system better than PVR and INOX at a cheaper price. They also have a cafe which serves the best snacks.

3D show is awesome. Dream Theatre Kalimpong is improving well. Congratulations and keep upgrading.
