This dtdc is barely below average.
They do not accept online payment at all like Gpay or Paytm.
Twice they have delivered on time and properly, but only because parcel was very small.
When I had to submit my work laptop to office during COVID, the laptop was received in a damaged condition, and I was not obviously refunded for the same, since the person in charge here, refused to take any responsibility nor complete any official process for refunds.
