This was our first international trip (Europe) and we had enquired with quite a few tour operators. We selected Duniya Safari as they were very prompt and they ensured we had no obstacles from the time of making the intinerary till the time we reached back home!
Special mention to Mr. Adarsh who had custom made the itinerary suitable to our preferences and within our budget. And Ms. Oindrilla, who had answered our calls whenever we needed her assistance, be it day or night.
There was no situation where we felt stuck in our trip.
The choice of their hotels, stays, flight, activities, tours, inland travel arrangements were all perfect.
Overall a great team who made our dream trip successful.
