Eden Pavilion - ITC Sonar

This Restaurant has left the best impressions.
Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide Drinks list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

This is one of my best experience of a good restaurant. I went this restaurant with my family. There was a crowded but we surprisingly wait a few moment and then could take a seat. The place was clean and waiters with their uniforms were clean and behaving polite. Food is delicious at end we got the bill and found it almost fairly and not so expensive.

Tasty omelette with hashbrowns! Service was a bit slow to take or order and bring food but not terribley slow.

This is one of my favourite restaurant, situated in ITC Sonar, Kolkata.
Their biriyani is the best in India, I can say that with challenge. Their kababs and side dishes are also just mind blowing.
Very good service, courteous staff, fine atmosphere, and very good place for family dinner.
The price is a bit on the higher side, but worth it for the occasion.

Not expect we had a group booking of 30 pax being done a advance booking the restaurant staffs were not ready for seating, the trainnies are responsible for service and mangers and captain are hardly been seen. You don't expect the top most brand to run operations with trainnies. No buffet orientation was done, tables were not laid with proper cutlery and cookery. But food taste was good, starters were served late but tast wise it was good.

It is a brand that has a price. The same food may be with better taste you will find somewhere but that would not be the Eden Pavilion! Choice is yours. By the way the other restaurants like Peshwari and Dum Pukht is equally good at ITC Sonar and must try!

It's very lively breakfast venue for guest staying in ITC sonar. Staff is very much courteous and caring about your food habits and Choice.

Dum Pukht brings you the grand cuisine of India in an ambience that is truly regal. Its surprising array of aromatic dishes slow cooked in sealed deghs with handpicked spices to impart a delicate in ITC Sonar.

I would have given 7 star but you only take 5 stars. The most memorable stay. I always prefer this place. Ultimate in hospitality. Keep up the greatness of service.

The rooms are not luxurious like feel in lobby and reception area.they should maintain room also luxurious

Great place.simply awesome. But still scope of improvement felt on assistance part as no clear guidance on rooms locality. Have to speak atleast 5 people to reach rooms.taste was good.really fantastic. You can feel aroma and taste for longer time

Not worth the money and certainly not up to the level worthy of a 5 star hotel.other restaurants have much much better food at half the price.imagine going to an almost 2000 rupees buffet with one starter and no complimentary drinks.will certainly not go there twice

Loved the mini water body effect with all lotus leaves.it's a lovely night. Great restaurants as well.

As we were staying at ITC Sonar we had breakfast at Eden. It was really great spread of mostly everything one would like for breakfast. I got cheese uttapam made which was really my and their omelette were really good

Wonderful stay. Its difficult to judge from outside that the hotel has lots of open space inside including jogging area. Nice view from the rooms.

Eden Pavillion does not serve a large variety of starters, and main course was also not that good but it has a good ambiance.

The ambience, the service, the support stuff all were amazing. There is just nothing to describe how good it was. The variety of food available was also superb. Just the taste of the authentic Indian cuisine could have been a bit better.

Brilliant place, great service. Quite beautiful, well maintained place. Of course, 5 star service comes at a cost. But it is worth it.

Sour lime juice, chicken not well cooked, mutton nihari underserved, shahi tukda dessert very ordinary

One of the top most 7 stars hotel in kolkata, its was nice and near to this hotel the New itc Hotel was build it was so massive I feel vintage style and very nice

Memorable dinner. Food options ranged from Bengali, Awadhi, Chinese-Thai, continental and more. Kids are served as per their liking - fresh made pizza and pasta that day for my kid. Biriyani was fantastic, so were many other main course items. Nolen gurer rasomalai was particularly brilliant and stood out.

As a restaurant, this would possibly come after dum pukht, Pan Asian etc, more so because of location - right beside corridor with an open plan. However, this being a 24 hour dining area, this format was necessary. The upholstery in the restaurant furniture would need a change though.

This is most popular of the ITC Sonar Restaurants. This also serves morning breakfast to the guests. A multi cuisine buffet restaurant has both Indian and continental options. Staff is helpful and nice. Food is also good. Lot of sitting space. Ample newspaper are supplied.

Super lunch buffet covering Indian, Oriental and Bengali cuisine. Eclectic cooking, probably the best in Kolkata.

Probably the worst 5 star dining experience I've ever had. A drunk guy next to our table kept playing music on his Bluetooth speakers. Staff did absolutely nothing. Then when the cheque arrived and we split the bill staff said a mix of Visa and MasterCard is not allowed. Never heard that before.

I was taken a back with the service, they made me feel very special, as I had gone there with my wife for dinner to celebrate our marriage anniversary, little did I expected a gift from ITC. They gifted us an awesome cake as our anniversary gift. I was very touched with this gesture. Needles to say the food was awesome and service impeccable.

Great food and service at this very nice restaurant. The food was very fresh, tasty and had authentic Bengali tastes and flavours. The service was also good with lovely waiting.

Really good one for who wants to get a feel of luxury should be there without any further option. I been there recently and tried some offbeat food at Pan Asian (in house restro), which is simply the best cuisine I have ever been tested.

It was in the Sunderban lawns of ITC. A cool winter evening and a open lawn to enjoy the little chill in Kolkata. The place was undoubtedly amazing. The food though wasn't that great. ITC should definitely improve on the food and quality of the food. The salads for example was not at all fresh and was clearly deep frozen. All in all a good experience.
