Ekart logistics

Everything is acceptable but the behaviour of the delivery guy is not acceptable. The guy named Rajdeep Das from Ballygunge side doesn't even know how to talk with the customer, extremely rude. Didn't expect this kinda service from such a big company like ekart. Very much disappointed, need to focus on your staff behaviour. I thought of not writing this review but his behaviour force me to do so.

Worst disgusting service ever. No information forward happened no movement of package and not a single update passed. Disgusting worst service. No contact number provided.

Good. Some delivery partners like pritam adak, , panchen kuiliya, somnath adhikary, Manas Bhowmik etc. Are good. But e kart did not give my product at right time and e kart service is very low they send otp and other massage very late, due to which once I get otp after 14 hours for which I have to wait 4 days to get my order.

Poor service, delayed delivery. Even if they have the product, they will wait for delivery date. Only 15km away from my home and they kept it for 2 days

Worst place never gonna order anything from Flipkart ordered a laptop worth 1.5 lakhs these guys kept it for 5 days it came from ekart's facility in ggn and there also it was just lying around for 4 days, I travelled 23km from Rajarhat to get the laptop myself and these good for nothing people didn't give it to me. Plus flipkart's customer care doesn't have any communication with ekart until the guy is finally out for delivery. No matter what Flipkart won't speak with ekart and neither do these guys have any contact information on the Internet. I highly reccomend everyone to order products from Amazon Flipkart is useless unless you are ordering products that are assured to be delivered within a day or two anything more than that can extend days and weeks

GOOD PLACE AND VERY EASY TO FOUND IT'S TOWARDS "BARASAT MOYNA CHECKPOST A "TOYOTA" SHOWROOM AND THE HUB IS SITUATED BESIDE A SLIGHT SHORT TYPE OF GODOWN LANE OF THAT SHOWROOM.

Probably the worst service experience I had in quite a while. Extremely slow service from Ekart Logistics and the funny part is there are no means through which you can get in touch with Ekart Logistics. The customer service team at Flipkart are not at all in touch with the delivery partner Ekart. I ordered a product on 27th july 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th August 2022. Today is 10th August and it has still not reached my destination. Again on 12th Aug they might say that they are unable to deliver due to "courier provider constraints" and then the waiting continues.

Got scammed by ekart and I'm soo disappointed with it

There is no way to contact them. They call in the registered number and then try to generate OTP on the same number which does not get generated which is reported by mane people. Then they do not deliver the non-refundable item and gobback and even do not reattempt. I have lost my valuable and ny money both for their negligency

People are so lazy, product is received but the partner who will delivered the item not contacting and no info about the product, its been 3 days they are delivering the item, why flipkart giving them items to delivered

Delivery person behaviour is bad and lazy not delivering item.not picking up calls.recieved a msg from ekart delivery failed we do not get in touch with u.actuall thing they did'nt get in touch very poor quality.

I was supposed to exchange my phone for a value of 4000 rs and the phone was absolutely unscathed with no software issues or body issues.however the delivery executive tried to convince me the phone was bent.i told him to prove it via a procedure or method to justify it, but he just stated that he felt it was.i am uploading the photos of the phone taken at various angles.if a phone in such a condition cannot be certified for full exchange value then please stop putting up such values for marketing and scamming people and stop sending such executive who will dowgrade the price according to his/her liking.

I have best experience with ecart logistics they deliver products on time and they behave very impressive so I love the Amazon online shopping.

Ekart order I'd: N/P3046994. I have received wrong items, I told delivery boy this wasn't correct item which I have placed the order the delivery boy said that this is not our hand contact to customer care, I have ordered boss headphone & I have received local headphones, plz return my order, I m very disappointed. It is basically a sorting facility of flipkart
If u see "arrived at Mother Hub SNK" in flipkart then this is where your item is.
This sort facility is 1 of the biggest and closest to central kolkata.
A lot of people work here, they are usually on time and deliver products fast.
On rare occasions the delivery may get delayed due to bad transit conditions.
Kindly talk to flipkart customer care and they will sort out your issue.

I received a parcel from ekart in place of the parcel I was supposed to receive, which I did not order. My phone was ordered from Flipkart. Because Flipkart's order was cash-on-delivery, I opened the parcel and saw a headphone in it, the price of which was 499 rupees. There was not. Later I try to contact istakart customer service, I go to their instakart hub and claim, then they did not give me basic support. Answer me from logistics office why did you recevie? I believe this scam or fake order is made from Ekart because the customer's correct information is only with the logistics companies. It generates fake orders and thus steals money from customers.

Everyone beware of this fraud of ekart logistics.

This logistics does not value customer's time and need. They act like only logistic company in country.

Delay in delivery 2 many times. 1st delivery expected time - 21st october, then changed to 23rd october and again changed to 27 th october.worst service.

Soo lazy delivery.don't know customer trouble.soo irresponsible.shame on your service.improve it if possible, otherwise close the company services.

I have ordered a phone from Flipkart and it's estimated delivery date was on 22nd October. When I tracked my order, it shows that my order is still in Gurgaon.

The delivery person from Ekart was extremely RUDE. He came to deliver a laptop which I ordered from Flipkart. My old Samsung laptop was on exchange for a new Acer laptop. The original exchange price decided was ₹6300/-. Due to a spot on the screen the person told me I am not going to get the full exchange price. I was open to negotiation, but his body language was very rude, which was clearly evident. He checked the proper functioning of my Samsung laptop & serial number, but then rudely demanded me to remove the PIN. I was not aware on how to remove the PIN so I requested him to wait for a while I figure out how to remove PIN from Within 10. He got impatient & told me I cannot get any exchange price. He was not ready for any reasoning & negotiation. He simply walked away & challenged me that I can do whatever I want. Seriously, this man has some personal issues which he is venting on customers. Shame on Ekart for hiring such persons.

Pathetic service provided during the recent order which I had to cancel as they couldn't deliver the item even after paying the whole amount in advance. Never recommend using Flipkart again

Worst experience. On 22nd June i brought a laptop from Flipkart but when it's get to your hub (23rd June) it's doesn't have any movement.very pathetic.

Delivery are too late and no any contact details to connect ekart logistics very bad experience.or no any proper tracking details and not any request options for fast delivery.very very bad service.

I have ordered a phone through Flipkart and the courier is reached to your station on 14th May which is just one step behind to my nearest hub but after that no movement of my courier observed till now. It's 19th of May now sir!

They dont even provide a proper number of their delivery person. When u call. It says INVALID NO. Horrible experience.
