I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ekart. The delivery boy not only delivered the wrong product, but also left without attempting to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, he is not even answering calls, making it impossible for me to reach out and address the problem. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has left me with a sense of frustration and inconvenience. I hope Ekart takes immediate action to rectify this situation and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Overall I want to say they aren't much friendly. They need more space though. But the place is just hell, not clean, smell like hell.

Dont use Flipcart & Shopcy online Shopping service.
I order 2 jeans worth Rs 1800 and this Delivery service gives me 2 cotten paints.
There is somthing wrong in this E cart office and delivery Boys they steal your orignal items and replace damaged used products.
Stop online Shopping and go to shopping mall near you
