They have repaired a dead laptop, sony vaio e14 whivh is discontinued and its parts are no more available in the market.i am impressed they could repair the old display and touchscreen wire to make it work while no one was able to procure a new cable for vaio e14. Cant ask more than this being a customer who travelled 600km to get his laptop fixed.thank you so much.

Went there with my laptop having a power issue. With the equipment's in the store and Logic Diagrams, you will think its a good shop for chip level repairing.

They took my laptop, saying it will be repaired in 4 days, parts are ordered etc. After following up for one week in vain, the owner, Mr. Sandeep told me need one more week for the part. I waited for 2 more weeks after that he said me to forget about the laptop right now and buy a different laptop until its repaired.
Its been 3 months now, not a single follow up regarding my laptop which costed me around 80K. Used my laptop to experiment, removing parts, shorting different components.

I waited 3 months for any update on the issue because its electronics, there are some pitfalls, but they way they bricked my laptop is very unprofessional. NEVER VISIT THEM FOR CHIP LEVEL REPAIRING. Maybe they are good in trivial jobs but not at all in mobo repairs. AVOID.

All members behaviour are good, I have a major problem in my laptop no one can fixed this problem but this company fixed my problem in very cheap price

My Laptop was purchased on 30.04.2012
Brand – Lenovo – Ideapad – Intel inside Core i5
I have been using the same from the date of purchase both for business / personal purpose
The nature of problem initial – Laptop Screen (monitor) – display was not proper. Problem started from 2019.
I did not know any one having proper repair & maintenance service, and approached Eastern Logica (Mr. Soumitra Sanyal) the sales man who helped me in choosing / buying the Laptop. He introduced me to one Mr. Sanjeet Chakraborty CEO of Engineers Touch.
Being an old Laptop, it took some time to replace the Monitor, but it was done successfully, but some other issues cropped up such as key board not functioning, Laptop going into HANG mode of and on and auto shutting down, etc, etc,
The Laptop has been repaired and is functioning as if it is new. Must credit Mr. Chakraborty and his young team of sincere engineers / technicians. Thanks to all for the great performance.
The repair cost involved appears to be Okay.
