Ambience: The place is really pretty, with nice music playing in the background. A really nice place to hang out with friends.

Food: Loved it, kinda expensive but worth it. The Nutella Crepe here was probably the best I've ever had.

Service: A bit too slow for my liking. The staff was a bit unattentive too, and had to be called multiple times before they came to wait on us.

The place will take you to a street of Naples. Cozy cute decor with its own kind of warmth. We ordered Pepperoni Pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara. Taste is authentic. I have never eaten pizza and Spaghetti this good. Price is costly. Zomato pro helped with a 15% discount though.

Gem of a place. Great ambience as well as fantastic food. Really comparable with the pizza available in Europe. Would go back again. Quite a chill vibe and a great hangout place.

In the midst of Durga Pujo, I expected the food to be rushed, what with catering to a tonne of people.

Glad that it didn't happen. Their refreshments - a cold coffee and a lemony fizz drink - were perfect for a hot summer day. We ordered a pizza - their four cheese pizza I'd recommend- and also tried the ravioli and the carbonara, the former better than the latter.

All in all, a good place with an ambience that relaxes. Also, always good to come to place where the music is easy going and in the background.

If you like Italian food and don't want to be too bourgeois about it, I'd suggest Fabrica.

Ambience and vibe of this place is really good. Food is okayish according to the price. Pizza was a bit salty to my taste and Pesto sauce lacked nuts to give that earthly flavor.
However it's a nice place to hangout with your friends or to go on a date.

Good, but a bit overpriced. The pizza was really amazing and flavourful tho. The service wasn't upto the mark sadly. Ambience is perfect for friends and family.

This might be an “arrabbiata” pasta in some South Indian state. There were whole dried red chillies like the ones we find in sambhar. No Italian recipe would ever have those anywhere near a pasta!
The pasta was over cooked and mushy, not al dente.

The sauce is exactly like the Arrabbiata pasta sauce that is sold by Fun Foods. We all know that jar and it’s taste. Not fresh. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money here.

Nice cosy environment and serene ambience! Heard a lot about this place specially for the unique pizzas. Tried one pizza and it was really very unique and authentic. Loved it. One mid sized pizza is enough for two people! The pizza crust was thin at the middle and had a thick periphery. Pizza prices are more on the higher side but I will say it's worth it.

Best pizza I've ever had! The taste was so authentic. The carbonara pasta was amazing too - really great sauce. And the ambience is so cozy and cute. Pretty good music as well.

Food is amazing. Definitely try their pizzas, you won't find it made like this anywhere else in kolkata. Moreover the pizzas can be customised according to a list of ingredients. However food price is a bit on the expensive side so check the prices before going. Ideally one customised pizza should set you back by around 500-600 rs but it's big enough to not need any side dish.

Beautiful, cozy place. Gives you the feel of sitting in a Italian bistro. Amazing food. The pizzas are to die for. And also do not by any chance miss the hot chocolate if you are a coco addict like me. Looking forward to visit again.

The pizza was too watery and the base was a bit chewy. But overall the taste was good, loved the bacon topping. You can give it a shot at it!

Authentic Italian Lizza and Pasta. Neopolitan style is there speciality. Thoroughly enjoyed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. AC needs to be changed.

The place has an aestheic Italian vibe, decor is beautiful from old windows to swich boards used on an Italian street backdrop, totally insta worthy.
The food tasted authentic, tried the chips and dips (pesto dip was finger licking good)
They provide a selection of Pasta and pizza apart from that the menu seemed a bit limited. Desserts were not available which made us feel that the meal wasn't complete. Staff service was also a bit slow. They also charge service charge upfront in the bill, but overall experience was good, hence 3 stars.

Pizza's are really good. We tried 2 of them. Non vegetarians have more option as usual.
Vegetarians can try the Piazza pizza. Spaghetti too was great. No complaints on food quality/taste.

I recently visited the Elgin road outlet of Fabbrica and the ambience was lit, represented the Italian taste of decor (I have attached some pictures of the interior for you to have a look at), dim lighting and slow music was soothing. Let's talk about the food now, I tried their Margherita con bufala (550INR) with extra cheese add-on which was only cheese as u all know how a Margherita and the other one was Contadina (650INR) which had a topping of bacon in it, it was completely yum. The taste of the pizzas were really really good. They serve original neapolitan pizza which is my personal favorite. Amazing experience but a bit costly I would say. But you can hop in once in a while with your friends. I am sure you will enjoy a hell lot.

Napoli pizza the best and one of a kind. This outlet is in tune with Italian decor and cuisine. The items are bit pricey like a pizza will range somewhere between 550-700. Their pastas and hot chocolate are delicious too. They have limited seating capacity and is mostly a bit occupied. They serve authentic Napoli pizza which has more sauce in it which makes the interior soft, hence this pizza needs to be folded and eaten. You will find the instructions on the table. They also have chilli infused olive oil in each table for you to add if desired.

Ordered pizza and salad, were served together on one small congested table, server didn't care to ask how should the meal be served. No service and to make the matter worse the pizza was burnt and were told the oven was too hot (it seemed customers is at fault)

The decor and paintings on the wall creates a beautiful ambience. The pizza had to be rolled to be eaten properly as it wasn't stiff enough to hold itself.

They specialises in Italian cuisine and yes they have done to that, the was really tasty however the pasta was not that good.
I didn't personally liked their service, very average and not up to the mark.
Apart from the Pizza, I didn't find anything that great and I believe the place is OVERHYPED

Great place to hangout ambience is cozy and colourful. Love the flower decor. Now come to the food is very delicious and also pocket friendly prices.

Not recommended for pizza lover. This is a kind of expensive place for pizza without any reason, had much better quality authentic pizza in Delhi and Mumbai at much lower cost.

The pizza was decent. There was a good amount of cheese but the crust was too dry n a lil burnt.

The roasted red paprika soup was a new addition, it had an average taste as per my expectations

Bestttt Pizza Neapolitana in Kolkata! This place is for those who are a diehard classic Neapolitan Pizza lovers (not for the Sicilian/NY/DeepDish people-Sorry). Try not to order online and go there instead, the 'mozzarella di buffala' won't stretch if you the pizza gets cold. Go there, order their margarita and feel like you are in Naples. 5 stars for the pizzaiolo dude!

Extremely elegant and delicious is how I'll describe my experience at Fabbrica. The food was excellent as well as the service. The staff there made some great suggestions as well. Must visit if you're in mood for some Italian. I'd recommend you to go for the Pizzas along with thier signature drinks. One of the better Neapolitan Pizza I've tasted.

A place to waste your money at least for only soft drinks. Can of ₹35 are sold for ₹150 tagging themselves Aerated Beverage excluding GST. Also u can't raise voice against that

1. Ambience is amazing. The decor is beautiful. With stunning mural, soothing lighting and live music, this place is perfect for a small family gathering or a date.

2. Food is great. If you want to try authentic Neapolitan pizza, you are in the right place. The crust was light with a beautiful char. I tried the classic Margherita pizza. It was very tasty.

3. Price is slightly on the higher end. Service was great.

The food was not at all up to the mark. The waiters had little idea about the food themselves. They were serving spaghetti and were calling it pasta. The pizza was so thin that I had to literally use fork and knife to cut it and eat it, for the first time ever. And none of the items were delicious, even though the rate was so high. All over, it was an awful experience.

Pizzas are thin crust and very soft. Chicken are fresh and overall food quality is excellent. The ambience is also very good. Overall a nice place to hangout and enjoy Italian food.

Fabbrica is my favourite area to have genuine pizza. They makes Kolkata's excellent pizza.if you are a hot chocolate lover you must additionally attempt their warm chocolate it is like a bliss. Everytime I experience like having accurate Pizza I rush to Fabbrica. They serve pizzas made in a brick wooden oven and is what makes the difference.aside from meals the atmosphere is certainly quality and comfortable.

Great place. The pizza, the jazz, the chill ambience everything is great and relaxing. The food is really satisfying, you'll get everything for your tongue and the satiety center in your brain and they value your money. Will come back again and taste the other things for sure.

The place was good, excellent ambiance, the pizza taste was delicious but the consistency of the pizza was a bit too liquidy.

Courteous stuffs. Flavor full pizzas and pastas.loved the ambiance and food. Music, decor, food will definitely take you to Italy for sure.if you see any of these movies (ratatuile, letters to Juliette,) you will understand the feeling here. I ordered chamomile tea which was spectacular, and spaghetti with prawn and anchovies, roasted chicken pizza, Panna Cotta. Enjoyed fully.

My favorite pizza parlor in the entire city! The pesto sauce is generally not available everywhere and the folks at Fabbrica prepare one amazing pesto pizza. The base is the softest you'll have, and the generous amounts of toppings leaves you craving for more.

A tad bit pricey. I personally didn't like the Napoletana pizza (the one with anchovies) and to my knowledge that's not how authentic Napoletan Pizza is made. The other pies we tried were good. The best in my opinion is the Classic Margherita (Margherita 2.0). Nothing beats it's subtle taste and lightness. The crust is charred well, the bottom is cooked well. Only con I found is that they use too much of flour on the bottom before sending it in the oven. So the powdery residue is left behind.

The place is cozy, you will definitely get the italian vibe inside the restaurant. Food is pretty authentic. And if you really know your pizza then you will like it. My reason for giving a 4 star instead of five is because the contrast between the crust and the center of the pizza i received was too high, even if its naepolitan the pizza was a bit too soggy on the inside and crust was crisp. Its supposed to be extra soft (not expecting it to be a thin crust soft) but it was a bit too soggy in the center and everything was just slipping away but it tasted very well balanced, i would even suggest to use cutlery to have it. And staff interaction could be improved, they're not rude but a pokerface is not good to look at. Overall its still a must go place.

The ambience is amazing. The staff is courteous. The pizza is healthy because it has a wheat crust and at the same time it's delicious. You will feel it's taste in your mouth for a long time. The soulful Spanish music in the background just adds charm to the cozy place.

The place is a expensive place to have pizza. They serve stone baked pizza with a wide range of topping choice from cheese and exotic vegetables. The pizza was without any flavours and all you can taste is red pepper and oregano. Service and ambience is wonderful.
