Had really bad experiences during hotel stay, no water in washroom, very noisy at night.smoke smells and alcohol bottles …felt unsecured …room locks were broken.room walls were dirty.not good place to stay with family. I had booked from Fab hotels.booking Id: SE9AHA.booked 3 rooms for a family visit. All rooms condition were bad

Absolutely terrible. Pictures dont match the reality of the room condition. Room service was non existent. Furnitures of the room were in poor condition. Poor excuse for a hotel! Huge pile of trash infront of the hotel. Unhygienic.

We had been forced to stay at this hotel because the other booked hotel "FabHotel Orion Crystal" was sold out even we had paid advance and booked a month ago. It's quite inside on small road and quality of hotel doesn't worth the amount we paid. Definitely the staffs were very helpful.

Pathetic would be an understatement. They didn't honour our check-in and only after lot of hue and cry gave us a sub-standard room

I booked this hotel on 25 December and had made an advance payment. On reaching the hotel reception said they have no rooms and left us with nowhere to go. Very bad service. I would suggest not booking this hotel Same could happen to you.

Very bad service, in fact no service at all. I booked this hotel as i was traveling from mumbai to kolkata. On reaching they denied rooms. I was left with nowhere to go. The hotel person asked to call customer service and deal with them.

Area is not hygienic. They would keep the keys with them. So it's like you ll stay in the room but the keys won't be there for you to freely go out and come back. Every time you need to request the staff to open it for you. They won't give soaps, on request they gave a sub quality soap. Staff is good but the rooms are not clean. There would be patches of dirt on the floors. Booking amount is high. Not at all value for money.

Decent budget friendly accommodation.
It's an OYO town house property, so get good service.
Besides it also houses a snooker room with 2 standard tables.

The hotel is does not maintain cleanliness. The lock in the bathrooms are broken even the beds are are also very bad quality. Its not at all worth the amount we pay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
