Hotel told me they do not accept foreigners, this was after they accepted booking and tried to get prepayment

WARNING

Very average hotel, old window AC, old furnishings, out dated lift, needs a lot of renovation. The hotel was previously known as Ivy Suites. Only advantage is the location. Worst part is that if you pay the full amount online to fab then you may be denied check in.
