Very nice collection but the staff is not very helpful. They really don't assist in purchase. They have a blanket reply not available even if it is very much in the shelf. Was surprised by the staff's attitude.

Worth of money the quality of the products are really nice in terms of design & fashion

There is no doubt that Fabindia is still different from all others wrt this segment. When you think for some contemporary fashion with the touch classyness, Fab is best place. They are unique as well something different in traditional fashion segment. In store staffs are co operative.

Worst customer service. Went yesterday to the shop at CC-2. Started switching off lights while we were still inside.
Nobody was helping out for choosing and interested in closing shop! Very disappointing attitude of the sales personnel.

Good variety of ethnic clothes available here. The store is located on the (upper) Ground floor of City Center 2. The store employees were really friendly. They have good variety of ayurvedic condiments and skin care as well. They have 2 trials rooms and they are spacious compared to most trial rooms in stores.
I wasn't able to pay fast due to some error in my UPI app but the employees were very patient throughout (glad it was not crowdy that day).

Great customer satisfaction. I had Indrajit's contact from Fab India Bangur. He arranged for a Kurta i wanted from Hindustan park in two days.
Really appreciate when people take so e extra steps for customer satisfaction
They also have good stock so dont hesitate if you are a fab india fan like me

Great place for gifts. I got 2 lovely mens kurtas for roughly 60GBP. Quality is great and the fit suits western builds better than many cheaper brands.

Poor customer service. The staff talk amongst each other ignoring the customer and in general are reluctant to show you anything.
