No manners to talk with guest worst experience ever in this restaurant specially the security standing in front of the gate … worst management ever ……….

I feel like I've been here 10 to 15 times at least. Order consisted of a Honey chilli chicken dry (325/plate consisting six pieces) and three 650ml bottles of tuborg (285/bottle). Prices are reasonable and the dishes they serve are extremely delicious. Will be coming back once again very soon.

This is my first visit and I'm literally blown away by the quality of the meal. The place caters a variety of foods at a set price and drinks at offer for 3: 1. The drinks are affordable. The food is also affordable and the most important thing is the taste. I ordered tandoori chicken and it was extremely tender and succulent. It needs no condiment to enhance taste and flavor. The other dishes were nun, chicken Bharta and chicken tandoori masala.the experience is wonderful. Just seat back and relish the flavor and taste. The location of the restaurant is just to the opposite of Gorkhaland Bhawan.

Staffs behaviour of this Farina wine shop is very bad. They didn't give free gifts to the customers, which is provided by various wine brands to promote their brands. They keeps free gifts and later sell the gift items in high price.

Food was ok. I tro3d mutton biriyani. The piece of mutton was not good. It wqs well cooked but it was more bone thqn there was meat. I informed thqt to the restqurqnt, but they did not seem to cqre. If i get 375/- biriyqni with not good mutton piece, then why should i go there?

Pocket friendly place for starters, lunch, dinner and hard drinks also. Behaviour of each staff is very well.

Good place with a typical ambience for drinking. Serves food to go with the drinks. The drinks are moderately priced and served quite fast. Some of the food items on the menu are unavailable. For the location and price, is a good place to visit.

Good ambience. But the required food demand or the choice of food of customer is not fullfiled and up-to the mark.

Great place but just be careful of one waiter named Asit Das, fair medium height. Whole lot of attitude, rough behaviour, just avoid him serving at your table. Rest is all good.

Comfortable ambiance, diverse menu. Great place for friends to have a few drinks and a conversation. Food is quite decent, in fact commendable considering it is a bar.
My favourite aspect about this place is the laid back, chilled out setting with low light and no deafening music.
Avoid the peak weekend times, as it gets a bit noisy and crowded.

Very prominent location, very near to City center I. Good place to spend time in the evening, but there is no separate place for couples. Reasonable price of foods. But variety required. Drinks is okay.

This place was once good to be with friends and spend some quality time. But now it has become a shaddy bar with huge noise and bad service.

Its is good place for drinks and hangout. I had chicken BIRIYANI with chicken tikka masala which is pretty fine but it took little time, about 30mins to serve the food. Overall a good place.

Quite cheap from other places, food is tasty and hygienic. Customer service is dissapointing. Otherwise okayish typo.

This bar is near city centre 1. Good sitting arrangement, has 2 floors. Silver sands bar is just nearby which cater at a bit less rate. Just infront of bar, liquor shop is there.

This is the place I dring beer first time in this visit to Kolkata. The food is good and the price is reasonable. If I have a chance to visit Kolkata, I may visit here again.

Situated very close to the main Park in Bidhan nagar, it is a decent enough place to spend a casual evening without burning a hole in your pocket. The food and snacks collection is above average and they have some good deals in their Happy hours.

It is good small resto cum bar in ground floor. Never gone to First floor or etc. But the staff are good at ground floor and the food and drinks are not overrated.

Pathetic service, bad staff behaviour. Not good to hang out. You have plenty of option nearby with even better price and ambience. 0 star

1 star only for the staff who served us. Limited alcohol during happy hours, no good starters menu, food was towards the expensive side, the other staff Mr. Banerjee was very rude, uncourteous and unprofessional. No manners to talk to guests with females and kids alongside. I asked to have some lights on as it was too dark to which they said that it was a bar so they could not have too many lights on. How funny. In the end, when the time came to pay my bill their card machine didn't work. I used 3 cards and none worked as their was some issue with their machine and ended paying cash which I had saved for any emergency use. I knew their card machine was faulty as I swiped it after 10 minutes on a roadside roll joint and it worked in one go. I would never go here again and would also not recommend.

First of all ambience is supercool. Price is very cheap as compare to other bars in locality. But some of the beers in the menu was not available Otherwise everything was fine.

Drinks are to some extent affordable and location is convenient. Food is horrible, we tried 4 dishes and apart from Chicken lollipop everything else was disgusting to say the least.

It's a reasonable place to be but won't suggest you to take your girl along there, it's better to be there with your guy friends. Staffs are inattentive and looks lost always. Food is nice but the place is too dark to even see your partner's face sitting opposite to you!

The worst experience ever. Had been to this restaurant once and it would be my last visit ever to this place. Pathetic service. Nobody comes to you to take the orders. Had to call the waiters quite a number of times after which they finally obliged us by taking the orders. They took more than 50 mins to provide the starter. It was not something out of the way that we had ordered. For a simple Reshmi kebab and Tandoori Chicken they took so much time. Even they didn't bother to keep us posted as to why it was taking such a long time. Everytime we had to enquire about the order and they had the same verbiage "food is on it's way". I don't know if the chicken was cooking itself on it's own and making his way to our table on his own. At last I was fed up and decided to leave and then they put up a pity face and kept on saying that the ordered food needs to be taken by us otherwise it will go wasted. I didn't care and walked out. Would recommend people never to visit this restaurant again if they want quality food and service.

I wish I could give a negative star for this place. If you are looking for good food please avoid this place however if you are looking for a bar and not bothered about the food its your choice. They took 50 mins for the starter and it seems they were bringing the food from some other restaurant coz when we said we are fed up of waiting and leaving then the person said it is on its way and if you don’t consume what we will do with the food. Like really are you people even bothered. Hopeless place and lease bothered people contributed to the failure of this structure, pathetic

This is a great place to have few drinks with friends. Not much expensive but the service and the food quality is good.

This is mine first visit in Farina after hectic duty. Alcohol's price is reasonable with average quality of foods. This two floor restaurant but now 2nd floor closed die to renovation. Just beside city centre 1 near petrol pump and opposite of gorkhaland information centre. Ambience is good, idle place for hangout while you will need cool and calm.

Farina is a very good Bar and Restaurant located in the City Centre, Salt Lake. The ambience and the services are really very nice!

This place is located near City Centre 1. The place has average ambience. Food is also OK. They serves drinks also.

If you go, go just for cheap booze. Food os pathetic here. Some of staffs are nice, some are too rude.

The place is good for small hangouts. Pricing is fair. You have lot of options to choose from the food menu. My personal favorite were dragon chicken and chilly fish.
A good amount of option in the liquor menu as well. I'm not sure whatever is there in the menu do they stock everything everytime or not, because they were not able to serve what we wanted, had to choose something else instead.
Ambiance is ok, not very great. It's quite dark inside. And there is place for smoking.
If you want go somewhere cheap and a great ambience is not what you are looking for, then this place is good option.

This is a good bar cum resturent in Salt Lake sector 1. Taste of food is awesome. All types of drinks available. Decoration is good. It is near to central park, so anyone can go there after visiting the park.

Horrible arrogant behaviour by the steward Mr Raju (named by the team members unsure of his real name) and the bartender Mr Dilip as they were holistically irresponsible towards the attitude by which they were catering the guest. We ordered Manchow soup which was right in the beginning requested to be less on soya sauce, however when it reached to the table it was high on chilli sauce so much so that it was unacceptable to the pallete
Hence asked to change. Second time when same was served we requested the chef to be called, to this, the steward (young guy on 2nd floor so named as Raju) he arrogantly said that chef has left since it's 11 at night and since we are left with our meal it's better we just finish whatever is served and push off. We were shocked and zapped. Unacceptable behaviour and to my surprise everyone right from the bartender Mr Dilip to other stewards none were ready to stop this and on asking the guys name they were not ready to reveal it rather misbehave.
With a heavy heart being myself in the service industry this came to be a shocking experience. Highly dissapointed. A big Zero from my end.if service cannot be delivered there is no point to serve the food to the table.

Please try the pomphlet tandoori with a glass of whisky in Farina. Just beside city centre salt lake.

Good, enough sitting capacity, rates are modarete, foods are ok, sometimes specially at weekend croud may occurred. No high chairs. 4wheeler parking problem there have to adjust on road side with the help of security. Location is very good just beside city centre 1 salt lake.
