Fiesta Restaurant

My favorite eatery in Darjeeling for quick dining or food-on-the-go. We loved the coffee, chowmein, thukpa, fried rice and overall food taste was amazing. Just this one thing it's a little cramped if you don't get seats on the ground floor and need to stair up onto the first. Otherwise I haven't tasted better coffee anywhere else in a diner at such a reasonable price.

Best place for hangout with live music, and Mr Adbin Rai is a very good person with polite behaviour

The place is not great atleast for coffee. Imagine an extremely watered down coffee. It looks fine. The place is well decorated and the staff is really humble. Good for pictures, bad wrt taste.

Whenever I visit to Darjeeling, fiesta is a must to go place for me. The ambience, food is superb.all the staffs are extremely helpful, Anita didi.and the most important reason of going there is Raj ji s singing.

Nice cosy place, located just at the entrance towards the iconic mall chourasta, menu is simple yet nice, nice ambience, fab decor, service is fast, went there for a small bite, but looking forward for more visits to this place, we ordered sandwitch which was light and fresh, cappuccino was perfect, nice place to grab a bite watching the busy chourasta buzzing with activities all round the day, recommended to all people visiting the city to try this cafe.

It's on proper Mall Road, live concert is there, coffee was awesome.
Little bit less service but it's ok due to ambiance and Mee time.
If someone like music, Live music concert is there.

Very lovely place in mall road of Darjeeling. Most interesting part is their live music. It makes your night more romantic with your partner. Nice food too.

We had a very bad experience here. I can't remember when did I have food this bad. Chicken momo was all red from inside. Moreover, they gave us a bill of only one item while we ordered two items and the payment was supposed to be done in cash. It doesn't need much brain to understand what is happening. Folks please don't visit this place ever

After 10 mins she came again to confirm our order and again within 5 mins they told us that dish is not available.
And then when I said please cancel our remaining order she wasnt even bother about that.

Worst cafe ever.
First of all basic items from the menu were not available. Italian restaurant which doesn't have pasta. Secondly we ordered basic pizza, but it had tomato ketchup on top of pizza bread and raw vegetables as second layer and cheese. Thirdly there was no cleanliness, the cutlery also was very dirty. Lastly the restaurant doesn't have any option to pay online, only cash is accepted.

Located in Mall Road I had visited there due to a person recommendation but found service and quality of food average, had to wait nearly for 30 mins for chicken pizza. Hot chocolate was fine but being at the prime location they don’t accept card payment so I had to pay all in cash which was kinda weird. Kindly improve on your services.

Pathetic service. Sat for about 1 hour. Not a single waiter ever took the order. Upon calling them they were rudely ignoring us. Also the prices of good was way too expensive.

We had the worst experience. Can't comment about food because never got a chance. Went to the restaurant about 8pm. Waited for hlf an hour for someone to take our order, even went to the manager and they asked to wait for awhile. At 8.30pm we were asked to leave very rudely because their last order time was over. The staff was very rude.

Nice hangout spot in Mall Road, can have tea, coffee and grab some snacks. Cappuccino taste is ok ok.

Service is decent

Location is prime, right at the center of the mall, but service is horrible. Orders would take long to come and the staff just doesn't care. On top of that, pricing of some items on the menu is misleading and they will misinform you and charge you more. There are several other better places im and around mall to dine.

Awesome and economical. All items are tasty. If you are coming from NCR then you are at right place. Latte and masala tea are good. Live music is there to enhance your quality of time. Simply amazing, a paradise in middle of all hyped and costly food outlets.

Complete amateur service.they confused our order when we were the only customer.a single pizza took 45 min to come

Not sure if it was our bad luck or its the same across but i really think you should improve your service.
We ordered pizza, however few of the toppings were missing from it, the server served the pizza, no plates, no ketchup or anything, when asked about plates we are served with wet plates, by the time dried plates arrived we were done and wanted to go.
The only good part was that the server was calm during the whole thing and it may be the person is new to the role so just heads up for future.

Nice cozy place, good food, but service is very slow. There is a nice outside sitting area along with two floors inside.

Although this place is bang on Chowrasta and looks good from outside, we were disappointed once we walked in for a meal. The lackadaisical attitude of the staff extends to the point that they don't even bother to clean up the tables and sitting area.

We visited in a group of 5, and seated ourselves in the corner-most sofas. The hygiene standards were pathetic. Sofas were dusty, table dirty and a foul smell permeated all through. When we changed places, and requested for two 3-seater tables to be joined, the staff flatly refused. So we politely walked out. Because, we knew there was no point in arguing further.

The thing to understand here is that just having a restaurant in a prime location isn't important. What makes it stand the test of time is dedicated service, maintaining a good ambience, and courtesy of staff - all of which were absent here.

Very bad experience.limited menu.we kept asking for drinking water but they did not give.poor service.you can come if you are alone but not for family.the one star is solely for the beautiful ambiance and the quality of food. But if you are a person who seeks customer service then Fiesta is not foe you.

Nice and cozy place. The location of this place is main USP. Nice place to have a cup of tea/coffee or enjoying ice-cream with the nice view of Darjeeling Mall. They serve other foods as well. During your visit to Darjeeling Mall, you can reserve 30 minutes of your time for this place. Tor

Quality of food not good. They change orders without asking customers. I ordered a Kit Kat shake, and they delivered Oreo shake which was not cold. Staffs need more grooming and need to stay focused.

A worst restaurant situated in the best location. The staff were in their own world and never thought of cleaning the table adjacent to us. The washroom was in a pitiful condition with the stink extending all the way till the cashier. We did not want to take chance with the food as their kitchen owing to the stench and the mismanagement.

Seriously, you people are located at the best location but serving the most pathetic food nd drinks in town.

Long waiting tym, no taste, confused servers

I was at Fiesta with my family yesterday and ordered some soups, tea and sandwiches along with a plate of chicken wings. After waiting for 30 mins we were told they can't serve chicken wings, around 45 mins timeline we were served 2 soups and a KitKat milkshake. When we finally decided to walk out of the restaurant just paying for the good served, there was no sign of either the tea or the sandwiches. Tables around us were also complaining about delays and wrong orders served to them. At such a prime location, service or communication that food will take 30 mins or one hour or more is a basic necessity. The servers were clueless as to how long more the rest of the order would take. Very bad experience.

Situated in the center of mall. Just had a pizza there which is good in taste but there management is very poor. We had to wait 30mints for a pizza though no rush was there when I went. I had to repeatedly go to the reception and asked for my order.one lady was there who's attitude towards customers was not at all appreciated. Other than her I didn't saw any other stuffs there to receive and give order or to clean the tables.

Sitting here right now waiting for the tea and bearing the stink of toilet.

Really liked to be here. They had amazing ambience where we can have good time with our friends. They have some seperate place if we are more in numbers.

Had cappuccino and lime soda. Cappuccino tasted not too much excellent. It was like ok ok quality but quantity wise it was more than enough. It came in a big mug. But the lime soda was too good and quantity as well.

With beverages you can also have some light snacks. Price was also not so much expensive.

Staff were nice and good and friendly. But saw that some.of the place inside the place was in a messy condition. It was needed serious attention and renovation.

I am sure that again I am visiting the place with my friends. See you.

The restaurant is located at the prime location of Darjeeling Mall road, one can easily find it. The food menu consists mostly Chinese and Continental dishes. Food quality is good and reasonable, we had chicken fried rice, schezwan chicken and cold coffee with ice cream, each of them were delicious. Staffs are courteous and service was prompt. They have both outside and inside seating arrangements. One can either sit outside and enjoy the happenings of Mall road while eating or sit inside and have a cosy dinner.

I ordered Cappuccino they brought me black coffee, I asked for replacement the brought me hot chocolate means seriously? I'm menu the price is written as 80 they charges me 90, after being asked they said it's old menu. Very bad experience.

Most worst experiance ever. Takes too much over price for every items. Quantity and quality both are bogus. They sell the place value. Too much disappointing.

Went there few months back, had an awesome experience. We went there late like around 8: 30 we ordered some food, the food tasted okay. But suddenly a guy appeared he sat in front of us and started singing songs while playing guitar, we all joined him it was around 9 pm the closing time for the place. But they told us to stay some more time to enjoy the music. The owners were very friendly, the owners we and the singer guy we all sang together then we ordered hot chocolate for all and drank while singing together. Meanwhile all the other places were shutting down and we were enjoying. At around 10 pm they finally said that it was an awesome evening thank you for coming. We enjoyed there in short, very hospitable environment. The food is kinda okay but hot chocolate is a must try.

Yesterday visited Fiesta. We ordered Cappuccino, Chicken Momo and Mixed Chowmein. The Cappuccino not at all taste like that, sugar suspended at the bottom.the momo was ok ok.but the fried rice they burnt it, taste very bad.although we didn't complaint anything about food. They asked the bill we paid it without seeing it.but later when we realise they take 250rs extra, then was asking for bill, they said they teared the bill.be careful in such restaurants.restaurants don't run by age old glory, it is run by consistent food quality and taste.

We went to this place to have lunch. They asked us to sit on the 1st floor. They took 15 to 20 minutes to take order and after that almost 45 minutes to serve. The ambience looked quite old and shabby. The location is quite good but maintenance level is zero. The food was ok type.

Very poor service, they will take 20 min to serve you even a small dish like aaloo paratha.also the ambience is poor and the lady at the reception has got no interest in serving you she will be just hanging around with her pony waving here n there.the toilets are in absolutely pathetic condition.just don't go.and yes taste is very ordinary

A very good place for time pass with friends and family, actually a coffee bar but meals also available, located on the mal, full view of Darjeeling mal is possible, food is very good and staffs also very helpful, price is reasonable too.

This is one of the best place where we found great Chinese food. And of course awesome and cheerful staffs made our trip more enjoyable.

This place is a must visit eating outlet if you're visiting Darjeeling mall road. Centrally located with beautiful essence of typical hill station. The preparation is quite exclusive. Though the restaurant needs to improve the service time.

Do not forget to have thukpa (only if you have 25-30 mins)

Location wise this should be one of the nicest. But ambience is shabby, poor and not worthy of being located in a prime location. Yet they make the best momos in town. Do give a try while u r in Darjeeling.

Sister concern of Pine ridge hotel Darjeeling. Old restaurant near mall. Good food. Hot chocolate drink is very good.

Food: The quality was quite good. It was tasty and the items were fresh. We had 2 types of fried rice, a mushroom side dish and cheese chicken spring rolls. We also had ice cream for dessert but there were only a few flavours to choose from.

Ambience and Location: The restaurant setting is casual and perfect a place for evening gossip and early dinner. The ground floor is not very spacious so you might want to move to the 1st floor.

The restaurant has an ideal location as it is located on the mall road.

Service: The servers are courteous and food is served in a proper way, but the lack of waiters and a slow kitchen becomes evident when the restaurant becomes crowded.

Price: It is reasonable given the fact that it is a renowned tourist spot and comparing it with restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This is really a nice place.the chef is really a good person that he helped a lot to choose our menu for breakfast. And main attraction is that this restaurant is situated in the main point of Darjeeling Chowrasta.

Pathetic place.stale food. No one is interesting in customer. Dead place. Never visit. Lot of good options nearby
