No Mirror in bathroom, broken bucket, full of musquitos, Dirty blanket, Pathetic Food, Expensive not matching standards.

Will not visit again.

Room is good, bathroom is okish without any basic amenities and behaviour of staff can improve as they are indirectly rude.

5 stars for service and management. Staff was kind and prompt.
Bed sheets has stains, they replaced it. Did not like that they tried to explain the stains were due to chemicals. Ok with the assurance that bedsheets were freshly laundered.

The motel is a bit off the main street. Infrastructure needs to be improved.

Stayed one night.

Nice place. A pleasant stay. Stayed with my family and loved the new kolkata. Newtown is a Must visit place for every one who are visiting kolkata.

The AC is not working properly. The room service isn't good enough. They won't provide you the required service even on asking for it multiple times. They didn't even provide me an extra blanket when asked for, rather I had to sleep in cold.

However, the room is good and very comfortable. It is on a good location. The check-in and check-out experience was good. The food service of good quality and was delivered fast. They even allowed me late check-in after midnight.

They need to improve their customer service. According to me, the overall experience the hotel itself was good.

Asked for breakfast, gas was not available.

Went to take shower, water ran out.

No dial tone on intercom, had to go to the “reception” (if that’s what you choose to call it) for every request.

Room service smiled just once during the entire stay (when he asked for tip), rest of the time he was either angry or unhappy. Makes you wanna wonder why it has been named “hospitality”.

Bedroom smelled of cigarettes.

No toiletries available, even basic ones.

Dirty sheet and towel (Thank God we brought our own)

Closet was available but the lock didn’t work.

And one more thing, don’t go by the pictures, misleading is an understatement.

I wish there was an option to give 0 star coz that’s what this place deserves. All the pictures might fool you for good, this place is nothing more than a garbage area. No hygiene, no security, no service not even a good tea and unnecessary charges. Please don’t stay here if traveling with family or friends. All the good reviews you see here might be there own people.

Owner is very helpful, decent enough to attend call in emergency. Good staff, they are well behaved.
Room condition, especially the location is very good.
The food, and water bottle price is bit high, it's more than double than the actual price.
While you are traveling and staying at hotel, it is manageable, I think.

Pawan is an amazing host. Along with his team, he will take good care of all the requirements. Food is cooked at his place, so no need to order from outside. Rooms are well maintained and have all the amenities that are required for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Its nice to visit there and the staff were awesome, do visit if you are looking for a better place to stay.
