Fire And Ice Pizzeria

Ordered a chicken salad. It came with 4 small pieces four veggies and two potatoes.that costed us a Bomb. Looked like I was dining at a master chefs restaurant. Trust me the food was bland, BLAND!
The atmosphere was as if someone had passed away. This was on Christmas Day. The two of us who ate did not wanna eat any more, just drank a pint of beer each, paid and left. Overrated, bad service, there are better places and smaller joints on Park Street. I would not mind spending for good food and good service. But this was PATHETIC!

I did not have a good experience with this pizzeria. Firstly, their menu is extremely expensive. Me and my friend ordered a basic chicken pizza, and yet, the price of the pizza was quite expensive. I think it is too expensive, but the taste was quite dull and boring. The presentation was also pretty bad. The pizza bread was not crunchy. We did not like it. Secondly, the staff members were not well-manned and very impolite. One of the staff members rushed towards us, and literally started to aggressively point with his hands to indicate us to go to another table and started pushing our tables away from us while we were sitting, right in front of our face without telling anything. It was so rude and indecent. We just had our pizza and left the place. It was a terrible experience for us and we regretted spending so much money on their food and services.

ATM services are available nearby. But this is definitely a pizzeria that I would ask you to avoid. There are much better pizzeria or restaurants available nearby.

I’m italian, living in India since 6 years (Bangalore) and the pizza in Fire and Ice is the best I got in India so far. I had dinner twice and, in both cases, I enjoyed the food quality, the pleasant ambience and the kind and attentive staff. For sure this is going to be my landmark for my future stays in Kolkata.

The food is great and gives you the sense of Italian cuisine at its best. As for the service the stewards there are very polite and are ready to help customers. The environment also gives you the feeling of Italy with classical music in the background

The food is so-so. The service would've been good if only the waiters would not forget to bring what we asked even after we asked for it several times, and it was not rush hour. The restaurant was empty when we went there. The portion sizes for Pasta is very disappointing. Thin crust pizzas are tasty, but according to the price I think the pizza should have a little more meat in it.

What can I say.the pizza, the salads, the antipasti are from heaven.the best pizza restaurant in town.

I definitely recommend this place for its pizza. The crust is amazing and the quality of the food is just perfect. One of the best pizzerias in kolkata.

The food was very average and edible as per our standards in Mumbai but apparently locals call the pizzas the very best in Calcutta

I've been going to Fire and Ice for the last ten years on again off again. One thing that has been consistently good is their pizza. However, a lot else has slipped through the cracks.
Yesterday's visit was after quite a few years. There was a temperature check and hand sanitizing at the entrance. After which we were shown to our table. The place was relatively uncrowded (we had seen jampacked restaurants on our walk from Park Street to there) which was a bonus in my book because of the pandemic.
However, I was disappointed to find that the salt and pepper shakers in our table as well as the next were empty; my ginger ale was served in a can without mint leaves even though I had specified that a couple of mint leaves be provided, and the chilli oil had clearly outlived its days. The bottle of chilli oil on our table had ancient chillies and their was no heat in the oil. That was also disappointing since I was introduced to good chilli oil for pizzas at Fire and Ice only.
I hope that the establishment puts in a little bit of effort into getting the place back to its original days. However, the pizza still tastes great - soft, flaky, thin crust, fresh cheese and fresh marinara and fresh ingredients!

This is one of the few places in this city that have not only survived the decade but also remained at the top of their game throughout. Fire N Ice to most Calcuttans screams comfort food and is easily at the top of the list when looking for Italian food. Starting with the appetiser platter all the way to the mousse and nutella crepes at the end, all the food is amazing. For first timers, I would suggest starting with the Rondelle crisps and the appetiser platter, followed by their famous Penne Arrabbiata if you like spicy food or the Penne in Pesto. Amongst their pizzas you can choose any from the long list available, arguably the best pizza in town. With dessert is where you're truly spoilt for choice. Their nutella crepes are top of the list followed closely by the chocolate mousse and their apple pie. Both of course, with a scoop of delicious vanilla ice-cream. Fire N Ice is one place with which you cannot go wrong. Also, don't forget to have a couple of glasses of their delicious homemade lemon iced-tea.

I have been visiting this place for close to 10-12 years. Amazing food and quick service. The quality of food over the years have been well maintained and its a place one must visit for good Italian wood oven pizza.

Wonderful experience as always. The best authentic pizza in town. Do try their au quattro formaggio and Spaghetti Bolognese. Their lemon meringue pie, Victoria sponge cake and affogato are to die for.

Authentic and very tasty Italian food, cafe setting, ok service. Be prepared to pay about 30 % more than other places. The atmosphere in the evening is buzzy and busy.went there for a Birthday lunch.

The food, ambience and their service are a perfect match. Great place to visit if you like authentic Italian cuisine. We enjoyed the Funghi Pizza and a portion of Arrabbiata - definitely recommended!

The Food is amazing as usual, and I found parking in the nearby Building to add! Great Ambience, Niche crowd, Soulful food!

This place is right on top of the list when rank the best pizzas in Kolkata. The food is great and they have a bar too. BUT. I have been here twice and am extremely unhappy with the behaviour of the staff. The staff behaved as if please come eat and be on your way. The price point of the food is such the customer who walks in would expect a decent if not warm welcome but that is blatantly missing.
After all it's a luxury dining restaurant and not a ' road side eatery'.
Customer centricity is a corner stone for hospitality industry.
I strongly recommend that the staff be trained!
I am usually a decent tipper but this place.sigh.

Pizza tasted for my surprise amazing, premises was in fact large and spacious. I am sure for that local area price may be a bit high since all the taxes and other added amounts do almost double the price of food. Obviously there are always improvement opportunities.
