Really secluded area so feels weird.walking distance from sri Sri academy.dirty room. But they cleaned it. Couple friendly. Dont disturb you. They ask for a raise in price no point in online booking

I have booked this hotel via Agora.everything was paid upfront but hotel manager asked for extra money which I denied straightforward.but they are so stubborn cAlled everyone Agora no one picks called Oyo wasted like 3 hrs they booked one more Oyo they also demanded extra money worst experience in my whole life.i urge everyone not to book this hotel and go through ordeal I went through.oyo you need to improve your customer service this is not the way you treat your customers.i will never make booking from Oyo again.i wish there was 0 stars here

Very dirty and small room.and we paid 1050 for the room.very disappointing.and bathroom is also not clean.

Please don’t book this Hotel. After booking via OYO they will ask extra money for check-in. Rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. No towels, no soap. Bed sheets and blankets are very dirty with stains. Plasters coming out from wall. Rooms are filthy, smelly and very small and not as shown in the OYO app. Only un-married local couples come in this hotel. Not suitable for family.

After reaching at Hotel they increased room price which I have booked. I booked in 700/- per night but after reaching at at hotel price paid 1500 per night

I got room in an offer for less cost but when I arrived they asked for higher rates. Rooms and bathroom are clean and good size, staff less if you arrive early for early check-in even around 0930 staff are still sleeping and for breakfast they will provide after 0930 am only.

Worst service and experience I ever experienced. I booked through oyo and it was prepaid. They clearly denied check in and said to pay 800 rupees extra for check in whereas I already had paid 700 to oyo. I called in oyo and they said it's a black listed property and they can't help. Oyo refunded my money and I had to seek for another hotel. Actually the thing is property manager is too cheap minded and rude. He talks arrogantly and behaves arrogantly.
At least I am not going to book that hotel at any cost from now on. In these issues of check in and refund and selecting another hotel, I wasted 2 hrs in burning summer.

Bad experience, they charged extra money after reaching, tv wasn't working, shower was bad, even rooms were not clean. Manager asked my phone at the time of checkout and gives them 5* on oyo app.

It only focuses only in unmarried couple.
This hotel is not for family stay, no service is provided.
Only they wanted to take booking money at the time of check in.
But hotel manager tej paswan is very polite and good.

Worthless place need to pay extra as they do not honour Oyo bookings and the Oyo customer care does not help

First of All, Property manager's behaviour is extremely disgusting.
Second, More amount was charged than the booked amount through OYO,
Third, there one pillow in the bed, door of the bathroom has no handle and lock, not a single chair also, T. V did not work, no Wi-Fi, bathroom smells dirty, damaged wall corners, no room cleaner,
Overall, I should have been better to stay in the railway platform than to stay in dirty Hotel Tranquil. Because there was not any tranquility in Ground Floor.

The hotel refused to take guest at the price oyo has provided.demanded for 700 more and said cleaning of the room would be charged on my bill! DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL!

Very bad oyo hotel my booking is rs 500 hundred
But he needs 1100 hundred
He told I don't give room same booking
You need room you pay to 1100 hundred

If you book room here on Oyo, kindly call hotel and confirm the booking amount. Bcoz while check in they ask for the extra money. They will tell you that the booking amount on Oyo is very cheap and at that amount they can't give the rooms.

YOU MUST AVOID THIS PLACE.
The last time I visited this place, there was a centipede in the blanket.
The receptionist did not mention that he won't be able to accomodate us. On reaching the hotel, he tells me that I can't park my car in front of the hotel, I said okay, I'll park in the next street, then he says, will have to pay 500 extra to stay since the Oyo payment is too less. Avoid this place, it's worse than trash.

Manager tried to take phone to give 5 star, such a Scam,
This oyo was great 6 months ago but now i think management has been changed which is downfall of this hotel.

So rude, denied spoons during breakfast, gave shabby Room at ground floor, bathroom knob is broken.

So much to say.
I thought i was only treated differently but review shows that all are true.

Waste of money. Staffs are not supportive, totally unhygienic, spider net, one side light was not working, dirty linen, electric panels are damaged, too late to checkin. There is a long list

Truly bad experience and it's was night time and I feeling helpless after hotel denied to give me room and saying you have to give more money then I will allow to and call the customer care of Oyo but not getting proper response and after 4 or 5 time calls they told me that they change my stay to other hotel which is far from that hotel. In the end I paid extra money to that hotel to stay because I was very frustrated after this things.

Was denied check in at the reception stating the OYO's booking price did not meet their expectations. Worst experience with this OYO.

Totally FAKE BUSINESS Never ever do any booking here, They will simply tell to pay 1000+ extra, OYO Customer Care, Nobody will Help You. OYO is Corrupted at all places Now.

Worst rooms ever. Do not book rooms here, It will be your worst nightmare. Rooms are untidy, There are no door locks, tv is not working and service is the worst. After doing the full payment also I had to pay extra 200rs as the amount was not updated from the OYO website and hotel manager asked to pay.

Ek star bhi nahi dena tha but no option. Faltu hotel. No cleaning, AC not working properly, sabhi logo se extra paisa demand karte he booking confirm hone ke bad online payment karne k bad bhi. Kuch ek bahana banake paisa lootenge. Hotel ke bill bhi denge nahi. Customer se Extra money lootne k liye aur scam karne k liye proper planning kar rakhehe. No hotel bill. Upi ID is personal. Aur bad me bolenge ki online booking kiye ho to customer care se bat kariye warna extra amount dijiye.

They don't have the minimum senc to serv the guest, they have asked extra amount from us for check in

Worst experience, after booking thought OYO denied to give room & asked for high amounts, although oyo give discount, bt they don't gave room on that price. They want to charges extra ₹800 rupees. & There also have broker.for give room in another property. So plz.be careful.

In this hotel we went home earlier.
It was not going so well. TV remote was not working properly.

Were charging for water bottles more than MRP, didnt admit their own mistake and were trying to charge us for the damage which was not done by us.

The hotel manager tried to take my phone and give his hotel a 5 star rating on oyo. I called him out and asked him to return my phone. This hotel is such a scam. And the check in process was the worst one so far since 2016. Such a pathetic property manager. They even demanded extra cash. All the negative reviews about this hotel are true. The positive reviews are given by the hotel manager and their stuffs with only single word like 'good', 'nice' etc. Please save yourself from the hassle of staying in this dumbsh*t. The room was not cleaned. There were hair stands everywhere. The pillows smelled really bad. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The stay was comfortable but the location is poor and the staff was asking for extra money for check-in at 11: 30 am which was surprising and was against Oyo policies so we refused to pay and they ultimately agreed to it. But the rooms are good and spacious.

Rooms are dirty. Sheets are tangled with hairs. Unsafe. Also have a wifi issue there. I told them to change the room. They have available rooms denied to give rooms. Dont ever book this hotel.
