Pathetic attitude of staff and pathetic service. Overcharging for everything. Don't provide even a complementary water bottle. Asks for complete payment at the time of check in only. Totally inconsiderate to the guests.

It's like a crib in form of a room. Basically for 2 hours enjoyment staying. 3rd class rooms. I allready paid 1192 for that crib.bt got out from there from as soon as possible for another hotel. Worst experience in my life literally.

Bedsheet and pillow covers are very dirty and commode is also dirty.service is good but asking more money than booked price.

Worst hotel to check-in.
The room (specially bed) was full of bugs and mites.
AC was leaking water.
Bathroom was dirty and water in the taps were filthy.
Mattress of the bed was very dirty and full of stains.
Geyser wasn't working.
And the room was different from the pictures uploaded from the owners

This hotel is scam first it is written that Guest can check in using any local or outstation id but they didn't give check in by local Id

Very very frustrating.please whoever is checking this property don't book or come through OYO. And never ever book from Oyo App they all are cheaters. They tell you an amount to be paid while booking and then while check in your hotel will tell you that you need to pay another 1k rs as your due payment. Oyo is faking customers.

They are just fraud. They are ready to extra charge you if you have booked through Oyo app. Even after check in and check out they didn't entry on Oyo. Totally illigal process they r ready to done. Don't go there.

The worst hotel room I have ever seen in my life, the pillow in the room was so dirty and was smelling so bad.the room we were offered was short in height and there was one curtain which was so dirty and had holes in it, it was even maintained by oyo I think.don't go here.i would never recommend it.it's not a 2 star hotel

I booked the room in oyo nd paid the amount too online but they denied me to checkin saying they don't have rooms. Then after paying 1k extra they provided me with the accommodation. Very bad experience will never visit this hotel marina again.

Love this hotel, what midblowing place is this! From owner to security gurd everyone was decent, In future whenever I come to kolkata this place will be my first preference, I am hopefully looking forward for patronizing with this hotel for further future

Most bad, no privacy, there was also hidden camera in the washroom, don't choose oyo,

Service was very poor. Simple things like ac remote geyser was not working, hot water even can't provided by property manager. Room condition was very poor. Little insects, cockroach are there. Hotel checken was very bad experienced.

Worst service by OYO with fake words and false statements. Nothing but looting people money.

Extremely bad. Room was not clean. Dustbin not cleaned. Bed sheet not changed. Soiled pillow and sheet. TV not working. Plug point near bed not working. Totally dirty room. DLX-4.

They told AC is out of service due to rainfall.but rain has gone 2 day before. Outside food is not available. The staff who was taking the order he is badly looking inside the room

Very bad facilities, room's are not properly clean, hotel staff behaviour is very bad, all furniture Flore is broken

This hotel is a scam. And the environment is too bad. We have booked this hotel for 4 days on yesterday and prepaid our room fair. At the time of checkin today, when we have reached. Atfirst they told us to wait sometime. After 1hours of waiting. They were asking extra Rs 1800/ per room. And when we have said we already paid. They were denying us to allocate a room. Even, when we have asked for your advance payment they also Denied. Plz dont go this hotel. Its a scam. Even they dont refund your prepaid money

This hotel is a scam. They dont allocate any room which is previously booked on online and already paid. Even they refuse to refund the money. Totally scam. Hotel Marina.dont go. Even the staffs are not good. Some of the ladies stuffs are annoyingly touching their cuatomer.

Before you check in to this hotel, make sure you have enough cash with you. Their kitchen sometimes do not accept CARDS and DIGITAL PAYMENTS.

Don't go after the pictures of thr hotel on oyo.it is really bad.everything feels like it's so cheap.i would like to give a gyst of my visit out of 10:

1. Cleanliness: 1/10 (Giving it 1 because can't give it 0)
2. Security: 3/10
3. Food: 3/10 (highly overrated price as always)
4. Sanitation and hygiene: 1/10
5.comfort: 2/10 (because of the wifi only)
overall this is my experience best of luck.
