My Worst hotel ever. Will never suggest such hotel, Negligent Owner. Was a mistake not going through previous bad and pathetic reviews. GOOD RATINGS ARE FALSE. Rude staff, Unclean sheets, No facility of food. Drinking water to be purchased only. The person at the counter seems drunk, calls himself to be the relative of owner. He behaves well only after threatening of a police complaint. Couples please stay away and stay safe. Not according to OYO standards, though oyo certified.

Don't go to this hotel otherwise after reaching there all you can do is beg them or cry. They gave me an unsanitized room

The flagship 76629 bimla residency is asking for extra money after completion of money also.
Very bad class of room. I will not prefer this Oyo app further

They Charged Extra money from Guest in the name of there is no room available at booking rate.

Poor and pathetic, booked ticket online but hotel refused the reservation at the time of Check-in. On my several requests they kindly provided me a room for thousand rupees, otherwise where would I have wandered for so long at night in the age of sixty five. Saw similar complaints of others. Clear example of poor judicial system of India. There's nothing to do, no help from their any kind of Helpline or website used for reservation.

Please stay away from these frauds. Don't know why no action has been taken against such people till now. Booked room online but when I reached in hotel they refused about reservation and asked me to book room with a booking amount of rs 1000.

Twice experienced very bitter regarding price against which I have booked through your app but during check-in hotel personnel denied to accept my booking for which I have already paid online. It feels like a cheating. I have already removed your app. Good bye.

After booking AC facilities room on online the hotel staff and manager demanding extra 500 rupees as AC charge. Harassing for 4 hours and refuse to give us room. Disgusting behavior from hotel staff.

Booked room online but when I reached in there, they refused and asked me to book room for RS 1000.

Very bad experience, hotel people charged me double the amount for air conditioner, at the time of booking AC was mentioned in basic amenities available with room.
They said providing basic amenities are at hotel owners personnel choice, and they want extra 500 over the actual tariff.
Also they dont provide regular water in room, if you want water, m then you will have to buy it on double price from hotel staff, bathroom was dirty, blanket was filled with dirty stains.
Over all it was a total scam, i would prefer to stay at government rain basera then to chose hotel BIMLA REGENCY ever again.

Receptionist insulted me. He said room is not available although I already paid there. When I try to seat there and try to find another room then he said very badly it's not your property go outside. They don't have any professionalism. If you have self respect don't go this hotel.

Location is inside but fare. Room and bathroom was cleen. But oyo don't give AC even after writing it on app. Overall a ok-ok type deal.
