Flavours of South

May not be the best of ambience, if you are looking for something fancy. But please filter.coffee is too die for. The owner is equally politically correct. So coffee and politics go hand in hand here. Jump on it.

The Filter Coffee.
One of the best filter coffee, in the vicinity of Lake Market.
Although, would suggest this to people who like their coffee strong. Not for the ones who prefer coffee flavoured sugar syrup.

Tried filter coffee. Priced at 30/-, served in traditional south indian steel glass- steel katori and quite tasty!

Best soft idli, Ready to serve in 2 minutes, simple seating on the foot pavement for 4 persons, and nice Filter coffee, homely feel, best when Less or No Traffic

Okay this is Kolkata's iconic south Indian place.
They serve the best south Indian food. The queue gets long and the service a little slow but the food you get is perfect and worth it all.
Quality is not at all compromised.
But it's a little expensive after my visit to Tazza Thinde in Bangalore. That expensive city compared to Kolkata, costs under 150 for two people.
But since we are in Kolkata we have to adjust with these prices. Food is good.

Awesome taste and good quality of ingredients are used only it needs convenient sitting arrangements

Cheap and good quality. You sit on stools on the road. Everything is made in front of your eyes.
