Worst experience, ordered strawberry cheesecake which was hard to eat and its base was unbaked taste like raw dough and after complaining they started telling ki Aisa hi taste hota hai jabki cheesecake spoon se cut v ni ho rha tha

The food smelled so bad and tasted old, the chicken was was cooked properly.it smelled, it was just waste of money, the cake was so hard that the taste became awful, will never prefer flury’s again for snacks

Bad service and behaviour of the people. The guy at cash was rude and with a negative attitude.

Though five stars, I had a nasty experience with Flurys South City mall. The cube pastries are mouthwatering.
All day break fast and Swiss open sandwich are irresistible.

Good for a quick bite. Although, not a fan of there cake or Patties, but sandwich is good, try the all day breakfast platter.

I like this place. Had hundreds of coffee here. But. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES. IT'S UNHYGIENIC AND IRRITATING

Cakes, pastries are too good. I personally like almond cube, brownie with no added sugar and ram ball.

Located: Base level of South City Mall.right beside spencer's. Must have: Coffee. Had at least 20 times since the inception. Somebody told me to try the Non Veg Club Sandwich. It's a flurys special. I will have one day.

Nothing new to say about Flurys. Food quality and taste is good as always. Only problem is with the seating arrangement. Due to limited space and hence limited seats, often one has to take out from the counter and go to the main food court to eat.

The chicken pattie has shrunk in size! Second time around at flurys the food was better. The strawberry pastry and flurys iconic chicken sandwich was excellent. Keep it up

Had their so called white chocolate cheesecake. It tastes even worser than the local cakes available at chai shops. It neither has cheese nor white chocolate and costs a whopping amount of rupees250. The taste, the consistency, the smell of it is just horrible enough to make you feel nauseous. I talked to their manager and instead of being sorry for the matter, he started arguing stating vague excuses. NEVER try the awful white chocolate cheesecake at any Flirts.

Hygiene is not maintained well.tons of flies there.overpriced. Long waiting period to get your food delivered even the whole cafe was empty. Overall food quality has to update in better way.

Excellent taste and service. Staffs are well behaved and professional. Reminds me the joy of childhood!

One of the pathetic service have ever seen in flurrys.had to eat standing and no staff cared for that.there were extra chairs but was not allowed on the grounds blockage of staffs areas

Please do somthing otherwise no one will pay 600 bucks for eating cakes standing all around.

This iconic brand needs to reinvent itself. It's menu items, portions, presentation, pricing and customer service must be reimagined and laid out afresh. Would like a blend of the old world and today's times in their new offering.

The fruit flies, special guests at flurys, South City Mall. May be cute to animal lovers but for few people like us, it is harmful and unhygienic. Despite several complains, the waiter never came, shrugged saying that the store does not have any device to take care of this.

An unfortunate and unhealthy demise of an institution in this city of worms.

Had brownie, chicken patty n cappuccino which were yum, the ambience is nice too. I visit this place often with my friends. One can hang out alone or in company. But did not expect flies swarming around the table.do get rid of them.

Cakes are stale. Cream roll was stale. Very disappointing. If Flury as a brand starts selling their signature chocolate cubes, in such stale condition, it needs to be avoided.
Flies are there, which is irritating.
Staff are well behaved and courteous. Sandwiches stll retain the old charm. These are the two good things.

Sad to see Flurys going this way.

We had been to South City Flurys on Aug 1,2022. We had ordered Vanilla Muffin, cream roll and a veg sandwich. We all know, Flurys serves good spread of cakes, pattiserie and more, yet I was surprised, that the food that was served was stale. We could actually feel the muffin, the cream rolls to be actually soggy and more than a day old and was not at all fresh. This was literally not expected. Very disappointing experience after a very long time from Flurys.

This tiny outlet is inside the South city mall itself, underneath the escalator. However, the food quality is undeniably great.

I had tasted a rum ball for the first time, years ago ; don't really remember where, but I remember it was simply fantastic and since it had rum in it, gave me a nice high. Hence I understand thats what rum balls are supposed to do - going by the name 'rum balls'.
The second time I had rum balls was
from Flurys and I have to say, the taste wasn't the same. Firstly there was no alcohol in it, secondly, the rum balls had kishmish and truti fruti in it. And my question was, why? Anyway, this wasn't my thing.

I ORDERED SALAD, TO WHICH THE PERSON AT THE BILLING COUNTER SAID, "SALAD IS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT I CAN MAKE YOU A SANDWICH WITH THE SAME MATERIAL"! THE FLURYS AT PARK STREET IS SOO SOOO BETTER.

This place has deteriorated in its dishes and courses.the food items are stale, taste less, especially the brownie, muffins, and strawberry cake you can’t even eat more than a spoonful.a shocking gastro-disaster.

This is located on the basement floor of South City mall, Kolkata. Very nice seating arrangements, quick service and tasty food. Nice place for a quick chit chat with friends with some coffee and pastries or sandwiches. Flurys itself is the answer for best quality confectionery.

Flurys need no introduction.it was, it is and it wilk be the best always in cakes, confectionaries. I love the chocolate and strawberry cubes retaining the same taste year on year.

Tried their Special Non Veg Sandwich with Cappuccino. The sandwich was huge and the coffee was much needed after the shopping.

I usually go to this place to grab a quick bite and it's totally worth it! Yummy cakes, pastries and snacks. I really liked the coffee!

Unclean and unkempt.staff tries to shoot out customers way before closing time.food nd drinks r not served on trays mostly.and an unprofessional attitude though it is supposed to be of premium esteem

Pastries are so yummy, specially their chocolate truffle roll, served slightly hot with chocolate syrup.
Must give a try.

My son loves the chocolate cube. So whenever I am there at flurys, this comes home. Trust me my four and half year old loves them and till date no issues faced by him after a full portion of that delicious delight

If u want to have your coffee mixed with flies then this is the right place for u.

Awful is the exact word for this place.

I love the seating area of this place. Located on the same Basement of Spencer's and below the escalator. Staffs are smart and the service is really good and fast. I had their Chicken Tikka Sandwich, Cheese Corn Tart, Chicken Patty and Capuchino. All are just above average in taste. Nothing exciting. And the pocket pinch is really high here. Overall I had a decent experience here.

Some good eatables, good coffee, nice multigrain bread available but unlike Spencer's bakery area they do not slice the loaf of bread.

Quite a buzz around the place, a hit amongst the sweet tooth squads. A popular spot of the city.

Worst quality experienced for 1000/- Rs. We ordered caesar salad and chicken wings. The salad ingredients were not fresh, too much dressing was present. The chicken wings were of the same quality wrapped in a thick flour batter. Went there after reading and seeing recommendations in digital media. Totally disappointed with the kind of food being served for such a high price. Also the place has very less staff. So have to wait for quite some time for ordering.

Flurys at South City is my all time favourite. Quaint cafe which serves great sandwiches, pasta and pastries with the old world charm.

If you are in kolkata have a feel of flury's. Enjoy the rum ball, hash browns, cream rolls and a gala English breakfast.

Cheapest FLURYS ever, located in South City Mall But FLURYS is all about the experience I suggest all of to please visit the park Street FLURYS first.

This place is warm and scented. Stuffs are real gentleman with efficiency, warmth and good food stuffs. Love this feel like home place.

Best place to grab a quick coffee and pastry! They've a good spread of pastries, doughnuts, patties etc. Service is good. Pocket friendly too.

I've eaten twice at flurrys and the cake was hard and dry. Nothing special considering it is a recommended place to eat and quite expensive.

Very very disappointing. In this time of value for money this Flurys outlet is the most disappointed I've been, in a pretty long time. When you're charging ₹80 for Darjeeling Tea, you expect it to be at least brewed, not just a cup of warm water with a tea bag. Even worse was the shot of Espresso.

BETTER STAY AWAY.

I had bought a Black Forest Fresh Cream Pastry, and a Pineapple Fresh Cream Pastry, as parcel. Both of them priced at Rs. 150, not only was it overpriced but also it tasted horrible. Quantity is pretty low compared to the price of these pastries, and the quality too was bad, and also they were not fresh. I always prefer fresh cream pastries when I have a dessert, so I am pretty sure about how fresh cream should taste like, but sadly these pastries can in no way be termed as "Fresh Cream Pastries".
Being a reputed chain and having an origin from late 1920s. People have a particular mindset relating to this chain, but now it's not being able to put up to the standard it should have been.

Mouthwatering pastry and coffee shop with perfect ambience for any meal. I have tired multiple dishes and pastries, all have it’s unique taste. It can get a bit expensive for every day meal.

I was visiting Kolkata and was very excited about eating at flurys. It was quite a horrifying experience honestly. The prices for the food was atrocious. I bought several things from the desserts section and was bitterly disappointed. It was like eating badly baked stuff from the 90’s. There wasn’t a single thing that I liked. The rum balls were just about ok. No cookies or pastries were worth mentioning. And I’m very easily pleased.
I’m wondering if it used to be a good place once. If so, it is unfortunate.
