FNP: Florist in Kolkata

Horrible is the word to explain the situation. We paid Rs 4000/- for 1 big bouquet and 3 smaller ones. Net result is deeply disturbing. Money was taken obnoxiously and flowers were of medium quality and half dead. Total lack of professional touch. Better to buy street side products. The brand is making money but totally useless.

Very very bad experience I have faced. They are not at time and even they dont refund the amount also.

Worst customer experience.they dont know how to speak. Was shocked to know even the store owner doesnt bother about the customers.loose and rude behaviour

The service and the product they clame to say is not upto the mark at all!
The delivery guy is very unprofessional. Could not even guess out the location. Had to go out and collect the item.
The concept of gift/Surprise is completely dead.
The cake was good, no doubt about that but the problem arises when I added kitkat worth (250/-) but instead they sent 10/- worth 5 kitkat (melted) attached to the box taped horribly. With zero creativity why should someone pay 5 times the price for that.

I ordered a pineapple flavoured cake to FnP online, i got the cake on time.but the 'cake was not fresh'. Otherwise it was good.

Please avoid going to this place. Terrible customer service and no COVID-19 protocols maintained. (No masks)

Pathetic service. I ordered something and the sent something by their own thoughts thinking it to be good. Waste of money. My order id- 16331

One of the biggest disappointments. Ordered a 'potted rose plant' based on the photo on the website, and received a pot with a stem and two leaves.no roses at all.
The photos are a huge scam.

Take orders of cake, received the money through credit card, and send a message don't worry you will get the order in time.we wait and wait and wait till midnight but cake not arrived.no message, call from company.

Placed order of a birthday cake and flowers on behalf of my cancer ridden sister to her 10 year old
daughter who is staying away from her mother fur the last few months.the delivery timing is of overlooked, the reason not known and it is yet to deliver after 5 hours of stipulated delivery time.there is utter disregard of the emotions attached to this entire exercise ofsending flowers and birthday cake oto a small daughter.surprised at the utter unprofessional attitude.not a word of apology from this place.spent the entire evening tracking the delivery, asking for reasons for not delivering etc.what a Harrowing experience.

An e-commerce site that has lot more to its credibility.
1. Wonderfully designed layout but the customer cannot connect to their CC.
2. Over priced products with no assurance of delivery.
3. Often being knocked for a delivery the next day making it little early for the next year.
4. No concern since are paid orders and no refund policy in place.
5. One can only hear to false assurances if could connect the CC team.
What else do we need being fooled.

Commiting to deliver within said time and then denying the very fact. Stealing money from the customers and delivering worst service possible.
