I contacted the restaurant about the completely frozen cake. On being asked about this to the manager, they put the blame on Swiggy saying that your delivery guys spoil the cake during delivery hence they deep freeze it. Is this why i pay a bomb to get old frozen cake? Highly irresponsible of the restaurant and pathetic answer by the manager

I purchased the trees but it died within 2 days. Raised complaints ref no 210412-00005579. Poor service.

Order a cake from them online. Wrote a note and also called them to tell them to write Happy Birthday on top of the cake. When it arrived there wasn't anything written on the cake. I called them to complain and they said that it was my problem and that if I needed it fixed I would have to personally come with the cake all the way to the shop and get the message written on the cake.
