Well we had a corporate picnic organised here. It is a good place to chill with a swimming pool and a small garden area but not much to offer in terms of activity that one can perform. Food was the biggest disappointment here so make sure to have a word with management regarding food.

Hotel staff is not at all co operative they behave with you very rudely even they don't deserve this one star

It's a huge property but I feel that maintainance could be better. Hopefully not possible during pandemic situation. Otherwise good place for spend a day or two with friends and family

Overall a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr Debasish and his team for the amazing service.

Location and its surroundings are too good but the poor maintenance is seen all over the space.as of now most of the rooms are under maintenance. Else rooms are nice

A peaceful and spacious place to stay, its on kona express way, easily accessible to industrial areas around this place. Very good staff.

Please guys this is a hard request from my deep core of my heart please don't book this hotel very bad room service and fooding is also very bad I am telling very truly please believe me no fans are available on any of the rooms and a.c are also not working!

Food was good.ambience is also nice but for scientific sessions this place is better to avoid because other programs were so much noisy we could hear very little

It's a heritage property of british era getting transformed in a hotel. Legacy of landscape and building. But location is bit odd. Good for functions and residential conferences etc, but not a business or frequent traveller place.

Not quite good than other 3 star hotel, the home stay building is old enough, not maintained properly.

Very good, comfortable stay and experience. The food was very good, the staff very courteous and willing to help at all times.

Good property. The interior is good and I like the swimming pool. Good for wedding or any such occasion. You can spend a weekend there. The only odd thing I found here is the location. You have to have your personal car to reach there comfortably. Even cabs are not agreeing to go there after booking. So other than the location, it's a good place.

Rooms are quite spacious, queen size bed with all essential features. The campus looks like a Palace. Altogether a nice & relaxing experience. Good food & well mannered staffs. Ideal place for weekends with family and friends.

Excellent Resort.

I am satisfied with the service of house keeping and management staff, the outer view of the hotel is oswam and out standing side seen.

We visited the hotel for Corporate Meeting purpose, but they take care individual person, room are very well mentioned and also attached bathroom.

Food they served also excellent.

If you do not have 1 piece swimming costume you cannot swim into pool also they doesn't allow photography.

Pretty good place, away from all the hassle of a city. This is the place to be if you're looking to get away for a while. The food is good by not great.

A very good place to escape from the hustle bustle of Kolkata and spend a relaxing time. Just 30 to 40 mins drive away from central Kolkata. Food was very good, they even arranged a birthday cake for our friend. Bring your own swimming costume or you can buy from the counter. But the buffet breakfast was not so overwhelming.

The place is ok but the place is on the outskirts of calcutta and coun'dt find a properely a single taxi

Great place. I haven't there for a conference the conference hall is well maintained with trained workers. Good for business conference.

It's a very good resort cum hotel for 2 to 3 days outing from Kolkata. Ambiance is excellent rooms are cosy and comfortable. Though not moderate but affordable.

With family and kids, for weekend its awesome.

Good Hotel. Electricity was on and off.there is so much of wastage of water. Good and polite staff.good food

The rooms are okay. Basic things like sandals or bathroom chappals were not in room.not expected of a star hotel. Swimming pool closes at 6pm. Again not mentioned anywhere while booking the ticket.the good thing was having a children pool separately but however not maintained.positive thing is good service and breakfast.

The building that this hotel is made in was envisioned to be something else but now in a part of it there resides this quaint hotel. Everything basic that you would need in this place is there. The pool side seems a bit run down in the day time but if maintained well has the potential to outshine most other properties. The rooms are good and will meet all basic needs from a property this level. The poolside grounds are mostly used for weddings which seems to be the source of business for this hotel. The food here definitely needs a mention the quality is very good and the taste for the Indian fare really authentic. It's a good place to be in if you have been invited for a wedding but it would definitely not be a place you would stay in for a vacation or otherwise.

A lovely place. Great facilities like buffet system food, a large swimming pool, scenic beauty of the area and a lovely hall.
Bathrooms however, could be better guarded.
