Horrible experience for the past 3 visits and orders. The staffs are not interested in taking orders. Terrible communication, one can even say rude. Please go to other cake shops in the locality - there are many and have a better variety too. There is Flurys in Santoshpur along with Mio Amore, Bake Club. Go there if you want fresh variety of bakery products and good service.

Good place to hangout. But very few seats. Coffee is much in quantity less in quality.staffs are good.

Their dark chocolate has 50g of sugar for 100g of chocolate so it is extremely sweet. Did not try anything else but would definitely not recommend that. Service was good though!
