The displayed online price isn't accurate; there are additional costs upon arrival. I experienced this firsthand when the initially quoted rate of 900 per night ended up being 1300 due to an extra charge of 400. Be cautious and don't be misled by the initial price. This experience led me to realize I could have chosen a better property for the final amount of 1300.

Worst experience ever.
I made a reservation for 3 nights and paid in advance with OYO, but I was refused to stay because I am a foreigner.
I contacted OYO's customer service, but they did not refund me, and I got scammed.
I will never use OYO again. It was really bad.

The worst service by any hotel I ever faced. They declined the booking and demanded for extra money. 2 times the value of the booking. The behavior of the attended is worst.

Very Bad experience. When reach at hotels, they have denied told that no rooms are available. Never advice to book this hotels through Oyo apps. Very worst service through Oyo apps.

Absolutely the worst. The bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty af. It's really pathetic that they charge Rs 1200 after you have paid the booking charge of Rs 400+ on the Oyo app. Stay away from this hotel. I'm pretty sure they use unethical ways to boost their rating and use fake reviews to loot customers providing very sub par service. They don't even keep the premises clean!

Very bad staff and management. Don't book this from any online services. They'll deny check in. They want just offline customers so that they can get more money.

Denied online booking. They want extra cash to be paid at the hotel. The online partner's customer support associate offered a complementary amount to the manager but that also was denied. The manager was asking for an extra monetary amount from the guest only.

Was denied checkin even after confirmed booking from Go ibibo app.manager asking for 500INR more as the prepaid booking amt was "less" than what they expected. Even GO Ibibo took 1.5 hrs to provide resolution after which I was refunded as the hotel manager did not pick up their call. Extreme mismanagement on part of hotel and Go Ibibo.will urge people to check for other options for booking hotel in that area.

They rooms are very clean and hygienic.
All the staff are very very good in behavior.

Booked room through oyo and went to the property. Property manager asked for extra money even if i have paid through oyo. Very bad and rude behavior from property staff. Never book a room in this property

The rooms are available for 590 on OYO application, however on booking the rooms from OYO, the hotel staff say that they will not provide rooms.

I had to cancel my booking on OYO and book the hotel through their reception. The rooms were so dirty that I could see hairs of guests who had stayed earlier. The bedsheets had got stains. There are cockroaches hovering around in the room. On complaining, the staff says that food is being consumed by all the guests in the room, there might be a few cockroaches visible, we cannot do anything.

Never ever book this hotel. It is waste of money.

They booked rooms through Oyo and such other partner apps and extra money from customers. If u don't give them extra money as per their conditions they beat you by there goons.

Awful experience staying in G R Hospitality on 16 July 2022.

Reason:
1. Refused check in with online reservation app like Oyo/goibibo. Asked for 1500/- for the room which I was getting at 700/- in Oyo/goibibo.

2. Manager was so rude and bad attitude. He told me that "ei ektai room Khali ache newar hole nin na hole chere din. Oyo app e problem ache okhane Kom bhara dekhai. "

3. No boy was available to carry luggage.

4. No water was given in the room.

5. Stains in the bed sheet pillow covers. The manager refused to change that.

6. Just beside an open bar.

7. Bad smell in the room. Lots of cockroaches and spider in the room.

8. Overall very bad experience.

Refrain from booking this property if you donot want to feel humiliated.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but seeing the rating and good reviews of this particular oyo hotel i think it’s really important for people to know about the ground reality.

There are basic things which one needs at a decent hotel ie clean room, clean bedsheet & pillow, clean washroom, clean floor which was not available at this particular hotel, whereas i have found number of things.

1. Suffocating room, potty odour washroom.
2. Untidy wall.
3. Unclean bedsheets, unclean pillow and unclean cover, the bedsheet had various black spots which after asked to change was replaced by blanket white cover with same condition.
4. Rude and unprofessional staff - staff is uncooperative on telling them there shortcomings they come up with that the spots are not going even after washing.
5. Hair on the floor.

Don’t be fooled by the rating and review if you have good option then explore somewhere else. Not recommended to stay at this hotel from my side.

Staff was decent. But the room seriously lack in cleanliness and hygiene. Roaches could be seen in the wardrobe bedsheet were not that clean and the food was tasteless and to top it all outside food was not allowed.

It was clean and nice place, food was okay.location is also good but difficult to locate because of Proper signage.

Hotel guys are badly behaviourist. Charging 200 extra or else after reaching there. They told price chagred by oyo much lesser. We can not provide you. I already book online n also paid in net banking. I already exhausted by traving night journey. Forcefully they ask me 450 rs. After negotiations they charged 200 more. No kit or water was supplied. When i ask for tea. Only available after 9am. N Kitchen will open. The manger behaves n after talking with d propety owner they decided take extra. When i asked for bill. As i dont know, they told me it will reflect online. I m reallly disappointed on such behaviour of oyo Francis. I want my money back. I left d hotel with in 2 hrs. I stay in a different hotel. Rating is big zero. Though i already paid. I dont hv any option. Pls look after this. I can go by law.

The entrance is very shabby and finding it is touch from the road. The first though was do we look for some other hotel but the rooms are ok when you get in. I would not suggest this hotel unless you are left with little options.

Worst experience in GR hospitality. Pleaee i will refer you guys dont come to here if u want to stay as couples. In my case after giving full payment i got a police raid nd ask for refund they didnt give me back my full payment. Please i will suggests you guys dont enter and belive on OYO

Location is bit far from sightseeing places Otherwise the facilities, room service, room look, lighting etc were very good. Had a pleasant stay. Just faced a little problem bcz of its location which can't be improved

Average. Rooms are very small but neat. Rooms are only on the 5th floor of the building. Some constructions are going on in front of the building, so way nd parking is very difficult. Staff are good. And no special restaurant
