Good sweet shop in burdwan. The famous sweets are sitavog and mihidana. Other sweets are so testy and beautiful. But the behaviour of staffs are not so satisfying.

This sweet shop is average but their old shop is premium quality making shop. So I suggest if you have enough time then visit old shop near Municipality office.

Previously it was the best place for Mihidana and sitabhog in Burdwan but presently its quality is not like before still its a good place fir buying sweets of Burdwan

Mihidana is very good but sitabhog special is full of rosh.for weight increase.and the test is not so good.

The Ganesh Mistanna Bhandar situated at Raniganj Bazaar more gives finest quality sweets. Although their variety is very less compared to Radhaballav, Bhagwan etc. But there is no compromise in consistency & quality. Specifically none can beat their Sitabhog & Mihidana.

An age old shop admist narrow and busy streets of burdwan. Burdwan known for its famous sitabhog and mihidana. This shop is no different. The sitabhog was quite good. They offer two types based on preparation. One is normal and the other is special. I definitely recommed Ganesh mistanna bhandar for its sitabhog. Yes, they are now a mere shadow of the previous heritage, their former glory is now a thing of bygone days.but believe me, still they are the BEST. Sitabhog and Mihidana and Ganesh.all are synonymous. The surrealistic taste of Sitabhog and Mihidana.the Heavenly Inthing of BURDWAN.can only be found in GANESH. If you are in Bardhaman, give it a try.you won't regret I promise.

Quality of sweets are good but a bit expensive. On the front no space was there, even keeping cycle/m.cycle is impossible.

Ganesh Mishtanna Bhandar, Raniganj offers best Sitabhog, -Mihidana (must take which are made of ghee) and Chhanar goja around the world, but it is indeed challenging for them who are in the mode of drive in and take away the products from the shop.

Our very long yet blissful drive to Bardhaman at Ganesh Mistanna Bhandar and Ganesh sweets was worth as we tried their new sitabhog and mihidana with the touch of fresh nolen gur.

We covered their making process and tried their famous sweets which were really great.

First thing which I noticed was lack of even a single customer, next door opposite sweet shop is pulling all the crowds.

Nevertheless tasted their "premium" category Sitabhog and Mihidana and was utterly disappointed. No aroma or taste whatsoever, to all who are willing to visit this shop do taste from here and the nearby shops before buying anything.

Mihidana and Sitabhog is awesome. Cost of Mihidana is around 360/kg and Sitabhog is around 370/kg. Best quality of Mihidana and Sitabhog. Taste and you will fill the difference.

Quality of sitavog n mihidana not as before it was. In early 2000. It loose that home made ghee smells n softness. Very disappointing.

I brought 5kg Sitabhog & 4kg Mihidana of premium quality from your Burdwan railway station shop but it's quality is very poor. They intentionally gave me the lower quality of the same. So you are requested to maintain the quality of the brand of Ganesh's.

Both of items are available in two versions - ghee and dalda, ghee version is always better and preferable. Quality of sweets is good both from taste and sanity perspective. Not sure whether of same franchise or not - you'll find the shop with same name at station and municipality house area.
