Very bad hotel, even the manager is talking very rudely and all the shown rooms are fake, never go to it.when you book the rooms at lower price from oyo or other app, they will cancel it saying that there is some water problem, room problem etc, etc.

Most third class guest house. They don't care about their bookings and after arriving there they show you another nearby guest house for extra commission. It is better call harass house instead Guest House.

Okay place. A bit cramped though. Rooms are fine. Staff is friendly. Not many options to eat nearby. The hotel is on the 4th floor. There is a lift.

The place was nice actually. Only problem being the abundance of mosquitoes and terrible elevator facilities. The rest was pretty nice.

Hey I don't know about the rooms or the kettles because the security wouldn't even mind to respond to us and shut the doors even after booking for the rooms a week prior and paying the advance as well, instead we were left on the streets in the middle of the night and in the cold. The manager and the security had only one thing to say to us "NO ROOMS" And when we further questioned regarding are booking they literally dragged us out and shut the doors in our face. We heard Calcutta is the most hospitable place but this one rude act changed the whole picture about Calcutta in our minds. I would very much recommend every on who wants to stay here to look for other better options and avoid such garbage.

I was there yesterday for a small get together party at the terrace. The terrace can host 50 to 60 people ideally. But the total invited were 100 people and so it was feeling a little congested. If you have to host a party, you have to order foods from them and the price was clearly mentioned. Rs 399 for veg and rs. 549 for non veg. The host have clearly mentioned the hotel caterer not to give onion and garlic in the veg food. But the hotel cook deliberately mixed onion and garlic in paneer and cauliflower. That's the problem with today's cook, they can't even prepare a single item without onion and garlic. And no caterer pay heed to such requests. Room is ok like in any normal guest house.

An excellent place. Prime location good food and everything is up to the expectation.

Worst hotel ever. After getting advance 10 days before they didn't provide room and didn't respond when we reached the hotel and closed the gate.

Although room was good. But the room service was lacking. And people were arguing. There was a computer in the room that did not work. And there was a kettle too. But it too didn't work. When I asked to replace it they started arguing that they will replace it the next day. But I have a habit of drinking warm water before sleeping and I was relying on the Kettle for that. Also other than giving a room to stay no other service was done properly. Still location is good. That locality is peaceful and charming and many shops and stores are nearby.
