GIGABYTE Service Center

My Mother Board H410MHV2. Just Purchased 2 Months Before. It automatically starts when the main switch is on. I gave it to them for servicing. After one week they gave it to me. My RMA Number KL1- 2390800. But Come back home and check the problem still on. When they gave it to me I saw the problem was still there, but they ignored it. I want Replacement.

Customers will be always furious as there product is damage so it is obvious that fustration is normal. But those so attends or representative present at the desk are very rude and no so co operative. Though they behaved nicely to me but not to others. And most importantly there rust policy which is oxidation policy is worst thing.

Motherboard Service was pretty good and fast. Quite a simple procedure of getting your motherboard repair. Eventhough my board was oxidized they repaired it within there deadline days. Hassle free, straight forward procedure.

Reviewing after 4 days of receiving the RMA Motherboard. Truly after i send my motherboard to the service centre my friend told me to check the negative reviews of our Kolkata's service centre. After i read all reviews i kind of scare for my motherboard bcz I'm a 3d artist and my pc is everything for me. After i receive my motherboard i assembled all my parts and gus what they actually fix my motherboard very well. Not only that my motherboard is performing greater then when i perches it.and because my motherboard is in warenty they don't change me for fix it.so thank you so much gigabyte for the service.

I paid money to have gpu fixed but they took the money and rejected repairing the card later. The people at the desk are rude and don't explain anything.

Most rubbish service centre. I've purchased a motherboard of gigabyte and the motherboard was faulty. I went to this service centre they fixed the problem. After some months again the same problem is happening that the motherboard is not working again. I need to take my motherboard to this service centre again. So I will suggest everyone that think twice before purchasing Gigabyte motherboard since if it gets faulty this service centre will not fix your problem permanently instead they will do some jugaad and again after 3 yrs your motherboard will be dustbin product. However since I have 2 yrs more I need to go again to this service centre.

World most third class service center in india and kolkata region that is big cheater, Gigabyte gives 3 years warrenty on motherboard or graphic card but after 1 year or two years on detective product they are try from hard and sole not giving service or lastly they will say card or bord oxidised out of warrenty. So be careful while purchase those
gigabyte product.

The staff members were not only knowledgeable about Gigabyte products but also incredibly patient in addressing all of my queries and concerns. They took the time to explain the issues with my laptop in detail and offered me various solutions to choose from. Wrost service. One new has been purchase just two days onlybut still already 25days gone to indentify problems. 3timed then provide the board but still same issue going on.

Same on gigabyte, after selling services very poor very bad, don't buy gigabyte product

Very unprofessional and unskilled staffs. My expensive motherboard stopped working when given for repairing they simply returned it saying it cannot be fixed then what the use of opening service centre when small issue’s cannot be fixed then i get it fixed from local market. Really not going for gigabyte in my future again: (

Went in there with an old b450m gaming motherboard for a bios flash so that it supports my new processor. They denied service and said they can't flash bios just like that. They need to take it in and send it to some other location and they will find fault and then will let me know how much will it cost to repair. I repeatedly told them that this motherboard works fine and it just needs a bios update, but they kept on arguing that I don't know anything and bios flash will not solve the problem (which btw was mentioned in the gigabyte website). It needs to be diagnosed.

Since they were not willing to help me out and was fixating that i submit the board for diagnosis which will take over a month, and repair might take another month, I had to buy another motherboard, and this time not making the same mistake, got the Steel Legend series from ASRock.

Hoping this reaches to the appropriate departments and the customer service executives present in this centre are provided with proper training.

Very bad after buying experience. Submitted my SSD 14 days ago, and still not repaired or replaced.

Worst of its kind. I had a gigabyte x570 under warranty and had realtek audio issues. Whenever I took the motherboard to them they said no fault but every time I came back to home and put all the things in my system dang same issue. I am using computers since 1995. In my knowledge the audio ic chip of realtek had problems. Under warranty scheme it should have been replaced but anyways they will not do that. Rather they told me that probably my cabinet is having electrical issues. Finally sold it and purchased MSI and put it in same cabinet and no problems i faced till now. Anyways i observed gigabyte has a lot of issues with its power units too especially in 750 and 850 MW power units with a lots of complaints. They need to improve. Or else they will loose customers like me.

I gave my motherboard having no display problem. After the repair, at the time of delivery they checked the motherboard board with my ram and processor it was having the same problem of no display and they said my processor is not working and give it to its service center. Then I checked my processor with another motherboard it was working very well. The service centre did nothing to my motherboard and wasted my time and efforts although my motherboard was in warranty. I would like to request the higher authority to look into this matter and keep a good technician.

Very bad, their attitude was very bad.my MB was not good they checked and say that was ok.my Ram is not good. I bought Gigabyte B450 Gaming MB and Crossair Ram 16 x 2.very bad, very bad experience. I have to purchase a new one.

The servicing of this place is extremely good. The next motherboard I will buy will be that of gigabyte.only and only because of the service centre.

Recently I visited Gigabyte service center to get a out of warranty mother board repaired. Person at the front desk was really very cooperative and gave me genuine advice. He checked the condition of the mother board and advised me NOT to get it repaired as some of the components were oxidized. I was impressed to get such unbiased advice. Keep up the good work. I repaired a dead motherboard; service were good and front desk staff behavior was very good.
