1) The infrastructure looks big but rooms are very small
2) Very filthy rooms and furniture
3) I used towels on the floor to walk in the room as the floor was dirty
4) No maintenance of door locks, AC, almirah, bathroom fixtures leaking.
5) The staff was courteous but not accommodating.
6) If you have stayed in any hotel in the remotest destination, i am sure those hotels would have been better
7) food was not great, not many choices, local people said that they used old fish in the fish dishes, despite being right next to the fish market.
8) The GM was least bothered about what was happening in the hotel, not interested in customer experience. Looked like he has not even visited any room else he would have noticed the mismanagement.
