Glace Patisserie

They usually make good cakes and tarts. We are a repeat customer. But my recent experience of when I ordered a hamper was very bad. The packaging was bad and the food had mold growing on it. Hopefully this is not an indication of things to come.

My birthday cake in addition to other goodies such as chicken patty, brownies, and teacakes were from here. All were so delicious and had amazing flavor. I highly recommend glacé!

I am not much of an experimental person, till I tasted their Ferrero Rocher cake. I was actually impressed and ordered the same for my party too. The product came out just the way I wanted. The authority and the delivery people are such sweet and responsible souls, that I would surely love to recommend them to all. I bet, you won't be disappointed.

Glace played a major part in all our milestones, be it hubbys 50th birthday, 25th anniversaries of ours and my sisters n recently my 50th birthday last week. Great experience, ordered cake from Bangalore to celebrate my sons Bday in Kolkata. The staff over phone was super cordial and was able to accommodate my order over phone realising I am placing order from a different City. I ordered a fresh fruit egg less cake and the feedback from everyone was very good. It was fresh and the taste was nice. Would definitely recommend for cake requirements keep up the good work

Ordered a Cake for our 25th Marriage Anniversary.and really enjoyed the delicious cake with fresh fruits inside topped with fresh cream.

Had ordered for a 2 pound red velvet cake on 18th september at 1: 30 pm for a delivery at 8 pm. Details were shared on whatsapp & payment was online - hassle free.

The cake was absolutely fantastic - the cream & sugar was just the right amount.

I have been ordering from Glace Patisserie for the last 3 years. The taste of their products is exquisite. Moreover, they have a wide product range to choose from. And their delivery is so reliable.

Ordered eggless vegetarian cake and gave me egg cake. I am a vegetarian and I had specifically paid for eggless cake. Inspite of that when I called them they talked arrogantly and didn't even acknowledge their mistake.
They started saying that i didn't know how to store cake and behaved very badly.
Never.i repeat never order from this restaurant

What I like about them-
1. Taste - each time they’ve done better than the previous cake ordered. Pure ambrosia
2. Designs - Innovative and don’t insist that you order 4/5 pounds to get that design. They happily make 1 pound cakes with equal efficiency and no compromise on quality either.
3. Pocket- friendly - They don’t charge a bomb for a design that you ask for from the internet
4. Fusion flavours - Be it a Chocolate mud cake or a rasmalai cake or a fruit cake, they ensure they cater to all palates

Not the best of places in town, quality has not been the same also the cakes promised to the cakes you get has a wide difference. My experience is based on a cake home delivery which was very poorly executed by some third party vendor where the owner of the business was clueless and least concerned regarding the same. Very shoddy cake taste wise and presentation wise and worst of it all it doesnt come cheap too. In case you are planning on ordering cakes from the same concern it is best left avoided.
