Horrible rooms.horrible service.they still use manual bills.extremely dirty rooms and toilets.no food available.towels linens are not clean.lift not functional.only the location is good but the whole night u feel the sound of trucks and the vibration of the road.

But water flow was too slow in the bathroom, It takes hours to fill a bucket
I would suggest to take food from outside. In their restaurant food is costly and not good also. Rather you should go out, few steps ahead you will get Rice, Roti and everything in affordable prices

Been to this place a couple of times, no hassle of checking and checkout. They allow outside food and the room is mostly clean. Call them if you want to check for room availability, very cooperative.

Helpfull staff. Good hospitality. Very convinient if you are having flight next day. Overall I had great experience.

We already informed in prior (15days early) that we will reach by 8am and next day will check out at 6am. Mostly rooms were vacated still charged 30% extra. They didn't provided soap n shampoo until we informed them at 2pm. Early Morning twice electricity tripped.because of that we were unable to charge our mobiles & we had flight at 07: 55am.faced issues.

I would give lesser than One star if google allowed me to. Its a pathetic excuse for a hotel. Unclean rooms, Water dripping in the toilet and really congested space make the rooms literally inhospitable. But the biggest let down is the staff. They are curt, disrespectful and really do not care whether you are comfortable or not. By far the worst experience I have had. I am a backpacker so I have been places, but this one was a nightmare. Only thing I am glad was my stay was a short one.
P. S: the menu card in my room had the word heaven scratched out and hell written next to it. So I am not the only one on this rant:)

Bathrooms were not good at all. The room shakes when a heavy vehicle passes through. Not at all worth the money spent.

Horrible hotel, don't believe on the picture given here. It's an worst & unhygienic hotel ever seen.
