GOLDEN PARK (HOTEL & RESORT), Narayanpur, Malda

Located on the highway.clean toilets and food is good.this was the 3rd time we went to the restaurant for a stop by.staff is also good.

Food and conference room arrangement not great. Malda has better hotels now for organising corporate events. They need to upgrade.

Didn't stay in the rooms hence can't comment. Far from town, but can be beneficial for Hotel on highway. The word resort in their title seems unjustified.

Restaurant food was bland. Maintenance need improvement.

Good hotel for vegetarian, interior decor was little good, taste was quite better, need more improvement.

Overall my experience is too good. All the staff behaviour, food service, room amenities is excellent. I have visited many place but the services towards the facilities and the price are more reasonable then anything else. I suggest to all my followers to visit the place once. I'm sure you will visit repeatedly. Whenever I will come to this place I will prefer this place to stay. Thanks to all the staff.

If you are travelling from Kolkata to Siliguri or beyond and would like to stop over in Malda, this is the best hotel option as it is located right on NH12. Rooms are spacious, service is quick. Bar is also available. Few cons which can be overlooked no air conditioning in the corridors, breakfast spread is not too elaborate, rates of food and drinks a little on the higher side. No swimming pool. Overall it's a clean hotel with good service.

Worst Property specially receptionist behaviour soo much dirty & disgusting no sence how to talk how to behave with guest.

Nice spacious rooms, food was somewhat okay, room service is slow, located on the highway. Liked our 1night stay from 5-6 May 2023

The hotel was very poorly maintained and the staff also was not very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were disgusting and the food too was not at all worth the price. There were huge lizards roaming around freely inside the hotel. Also, the linen was dirty and the room smelled bad. Not at all worth the price. Stayed here reading all the other reviews but trust me it is a very unmaintained hotel.

One of the best hotels available in Malda. Even though it is outside the main city but very enjoyable and peaceful place.

Nice place having with all facilities.they provide all facilities what u ever wish to get from them and.foods rates are too high if we compared with another hotels in malda.but all were neat and clean.they provide parking service, laundry service.all rooms are fully air conditioned.also there facilities for helicopter landing.arround hotels backward sceneries were awesome.every where maintained dustbin systems.also service man behavior is very good.also we can here arranged for marriage reception or any celebration.overall i like most.

A nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the town. For people driving along the highway this is a good place to halt, whether for a meal or for the night. The staff are very courteous and polite, extremely helpful. The room allotted was average and perhaps could be better maintained. The choice of breakfast was quite limited and maybe F&B department needs to look into it. Parking space is more than adequate but a complimentary car wash for motorists would be extremely helpful. I only wanted a wash down with water to rinse away the layer of dust on the car. But since that was not on offer, I had to opt for a full and thorough car wash and wipe at a high cost. Considering all the pros and cons, I recommend this hotel for people going to Malda and especially for motorists passing through the town.

Very costly food. Most of the foods not available according to menu. Food quality not good. But the area is big and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful hotel and service quality is excellent! The hotel itself and the surroundings are very well maintained. Its one of the best or I would rather say the best hotel at Malda town.
Highly recommended!

Very convenient place to break journey for those travelling from Kolkata to Siliguri and vice versa. Bit overpriced though.
