The main / only reason for using this hotel is visa interviews with US and British visa offices.

This is a horrible hotel - it has multiple night clubs within the building with ZERO sound proofing. The entire building faces massive sound vibrations from 9.30 pm to 3.30 am when the clubs have music at full blast. You will not be able to sleep in any room!

Do NOT book room in this hotel if you want to sleep - there are other options nearby for use during your visa interviews.

If you still need to stay here- the food is decent and staff while professional, is of no help on the music noise problem. The rooms are adequate in size but bathrooms are old/ not maintained properly.
AVOID!

The location is great but overpriced, we had a view on the 42 building but a LOT of noise came from outside
Disappointed because club guests can come into the hotel area and make noise at 2-3AM, no one seemed to care
The 2 gentlemen at the reception were nice, the lady however was not (for no reason), she had an attitude, not a single smile (I thought that was part of the job?), we asked her for a recommendation and she just picked up the phone and waived us away to go speak to the club people even though we told her we are hotel guests.

Great Hotel Located near Parkstreet and maidan this hotel is filled with numourous clubs and the rooms are ok ok not that much royal but for staying its ok

Golden Park Hotel hosts some of the best night clubs in town under one roof. Lip Smacking food and friendly staff is a total plus plus to one's experience at the Hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options.

Good place for short stays of one or two days. Rooms are well maintained. They also provide dinning facility. But I think that is just ok. But it should not be a problem for short stays. They also provide facility for organising parties.

Its good to stay here for it's centrally location and u can get everything here through out night be it transport or restaurant

Everything here is just bad. Long wait before check in, followed by terrible room service, dirty bathrooms. The front desk never receives or responds to calls. Avoid this place if you can.

Room was a mess and apart from that that service took forever we had to wait for 30 mins for just a bottle of water and spoon for the food we ordered which was sent without any cutlery and plate the guy who was delivering all this was in a daze state. Bathroom fixture was broken and dirty as was the room. Bedsheets had stains pillow cover were dirty as it was used by someone earlier before us and then alotted to us without changing. Only the lady from reception was very polite and professional. Apart from this little glitches the stay was good need to improve on services and cleanliness. Will visit again thanx

The floor gets wet and sticky when AC's temperature is lowered.
There are no hooks on walls, or behind gates, to hang the clothes upon.
The rooms must contain fans, even if there is a duct system.

Not a good place to stay, Staff is not well trained it took 2 hours for Checking in and getting the rooms ready after arrival at the hotel, Buffet Cutlery, dishes and plates were not at all clean, Tea was being served in cracked and broken cups, A/C vents were leaking all over in the Hotel even in the restaurant tables, Rooms ceilings and walls were damp with fungus growing due to moisture, pathetic hospitality. Only plus point was the central location in the Heart of kolkata.

Four stars for the staff behavior and hospitality.they are too much cooperative.and behave good. The room was very clean.but one problem that due to A. C.room became wet. Doormat to be provided. Location of the hotel is so nice.it's near maidan.

Worst stay ever, hygiene, breakfast (either the food is not available or not eatable), room, worsrt centralised air conditioner, overpriced. Please save ur money. Book it.when nothing is available.

Food is overpriced campared to rates, Quantity and Quality. Food quality should be improved. Location is perfect, room standards are ok

It's a star category hotel. Rooms are spacious, service is superb, central location of Kolkata. Different types of foods are available. Good restaurants, conference halls are available.

I am a frequent traveller and I usually stay in Oyo townhouses. This is the worst Townhouse I have stayed in so far. If you just need a bed to sleep, this is okay. But, if you need some petty things like a good room service, forget it. They took around 2 hours to deliver such a small thing like Noodles. No prompt room service. Unfriendly hotel staff. Please don't stay here.

It was worse experience in staying this property.
Suddenly at midnight someone opened my room with other key and asking me how u sleeping in my room and started arguing me, how anyone else person key can open my room with his keys.
And midnight when I was sleeping again I got call from reception that I am playing playing music, how can they call without verifying that is there any actually music coming from my room or from other room.
In morning breakfast table I asked for tea it was like cold tea and the same with other eatables. I told them when u not have good food to offer better not keep breakfast.
It was really surprising OYO such good brand not look into the service part it will hamper brand in future

Really really worst services, there is nothing to say good about it, poor quality breakfast, unhygienic condition, worst hotel i ever seen, for a tea, water bottle you have to wait gor 1 hr, after repeated reminders then also poor room services, not recommended to anyone, please don’t stay only for its name & outside look.

The hotel is located at a prime location. The rooms, bathrooms, and bed linen are awesome. Car parking is also available. The only drawback is that there is a malfunction in the a/c ducts which requires the a/c to be set at 16 degree only. If You turn off the a/c the floor and the walls of rooms get wet due to dehumidification.
The pricing is also a bit high.

Room and washroom both were spot on but the service was awful, took them 5/6hrs to bring our Extra bed after alot of calls to the receiption desk! Food was good too.overall it's ok.

One of the best place in the locality. Here security arrangements are of superb quality. Very neat and clean place. It's location is very nice and highly favourable for the local people and provides lot of convenience to the visitors. Well arranged and highly maintained by the staffs. Therefore I am of the opinion that this is one of the best place to visit.

If you are considering visiting this hotel then my experience in it was not much great.
The reasons are firstly whenever u order a room service they take too long and not with a proper presentation like for example incomplete culinary and the taste of the food served is also average. The variety in breakfast (complementary) is very minimal and the food is cold and not seemed fresh including the coffee which was cold and the milk had too much water in it.
The not too bad reasons for staying at this place is it is located in a prime location, easy with public transportation, neat and clean room and premises. So if u are considering visiting the hotel it is a one time stay.

The only thing I liked is location as it is in centre of kolkata, Talking about the experience - It was not at all good because of the following reasons:
1. You can't turn off AC - the floor gets wet, even you have to keep temperature at 16 always
2. No doormat
3. Will not get the tax invoice.
4. Wash room was not clean.
The receptionist and house keeping guys were good

It's a terrific place don't stay here and if you are business traveller then No No No. You will not get bill with GST details. Breakfast is selected and very poor. If you are late it will be cold. Most of the food will be kept open. Don't order omlet the oil is bad and kitchen is dirty. Room service highly priced. The boy who will clean bathroom he will serve the food too. No furniture at the room except small chair and table. Dirty bathroom.unprofessional staff and arrogant and illiterate. There are better option near by please avoid this hotel. With family Never never. Bed and mattress will sound like.

The Ambience is very wonderful and healthy breakfast with a reasonable cost. But there are some problems which I have faced:
Floor was very sticky which seems unhygienic.
Water leaking from cealing.
Room service was slow.

Have stayed for more than 2 weeks at this location:
a) The services are poor.b) Rooms below temp of 23°, floor gets absolutely wet and post few hours one can swim in the water
c) Breakfast is average

Very dissatisfied with the services. Room was drenched with water droplets the whole time due to ac problem. Had to move to another room at 2 in the night. Painful experience.

The property is at a very good location. The room was clean and good. Bed linen was also very good. The lady at the reception was very hospitable and kept enquiring about our stay. The breakfast was also decent. Don't miss the foot neck/head/massage @ just 600 rs for an hour at the hotel lobby.

If not for this hotel being close to the US consulate, wouldn't stay there even in dreams! Reception area literally stinks, poor service by the staff, nobody cares even if you had made many calls to the reception area, seeping roofs and walls, uncleaned toilets, nightmares for close to 4000 bucks for a night!

Highly, not recommended!
