Horrible experience. Behaviour of a middle aged man (may be the manager) was extremely rude. He does not know how to deal with customer.

One of the best tea store that i have visited in darjeeling. They have wide variety of tea collections ranging from Black to Green, Flavour to Spice and also White and Matcha tea. In fact if you visit the store in Mall Road, they offer you to taste the tea before buying it, so you can taste 2-3 flavours and choose the one best suited for you. I selected summer flush and Chocolate black tea and enjoyed both. Although the cost seems to be a bit high with the starting price being 2500/KG but trying 100 gram of the tea at least once is worth it

This place offers in store shopping of various varieties of tea leaves. Starting from single origin first flush or second flush, to a number of fusion varieties, all are available here. The prices also varies depending on the type. Also, you can taste the flavours in the in-house restaurant here.

Shop looks attractive with different types of tea. But don't buy their hand packed special tea packs. You will get cheated. I had bought their 4000 rs/kg tea. And believe me. Tea was expired. Just no aroma. No taste. Not even like tea at all.everyone I gifted this tea had the same experience.
So be careful before buying.

What a shop! Its a warehouse of tea leaves and their varieties. I'm highly recomending this place to visit once. And the Tea Bar inside the shop is an unique concept to taste different flavored tea.

The place to go for darjeeling tea hands down.they have 3 outlets.the one beside oxford bookstore in mal is probably the crowdiest.you can relax and taste variety of tea and then choose among them.

Ordered a pizza and the base was extremely hard with the cheese burnt. The replacement was a garlic bread which took over half and hour to arrive instead of giving explicit instructions to keep the replacement ready gor pickup. The service was extremely poor with utter negleance of the replacement order.

A really excellent place to buy excellent quality Darjeeling tea at Darjeeling, near Mall. Summer flush /autumn flush tea available in various flavours. Some Exoticband ultra premium varieties of tea is also in their store.

The food served was burnt & green and white tea tasted the same plus the tea was luke warm

We tried first flush darjeeling tea 2021 in the evening and it was really good.

The view of some of sikkim mountains in the sunset really makes it a good place.

Stuffs are very friendly and courteous.

The Golden tips shop with tea bar inside is actually just on the mall and the one with location given here doesn't have tea bar. One can taste different samples of tea in the tea bar then choose their favourite tea to buy.
I liked a sample of second flush Darjeeling tea. Darjeeling trip is incomplete without buying tea from here.

Before we went to Darjeeling for a small tour we got a suggestion that if you visit Darjeeling then buy tea from Golden Tips it's sell best quality local tea. And let me tell you we were not disappointed. Literally there were many small and big shop and branches of Golden Tips. The shop which we visited was small compared to the other shops. But the variety of teas they sell are just extraordinary. The special thing is that the tea packs comes in small pouches packed carefully. But not to worry every variety of tea had their sample in a transparent lid covered container. You can smell the tea and choose from it. Don't get overwhelmed by the exterior of the shop. They sell tea on a very affordable price actually less than that which you buy in a ordinary shop in you locality. The quantity aroma and taste is very satisfying if you brew the tea properly. Golden Tips not only sell packed tea but other accessories too. Like kettles pots cups trays the necessary things which can give you the best experience of high quality tea.

The tea you get here is not for milk tea. They do sell 2 varieties as milk tea dont get them you will be disappointed. Its waste of money.

If you are in Darjeeling to visit mall road then you should go to this shop for once, you may buy some tea that's very different in various flavour like mint or lemon, you can choose as you like, I brought approximately 25 pack of tea from here, the green tea was very nice a I tasted before buying

Good small shop selling some good quality teas and accessories. Staffs are also always eager to help. Must visit place when ever you are visiting The Mall.

Cool place to pick up some Darjeeling tea. The shopkeeper will happily take you through all the options available and you can pick up the one you like.

They also have a place to sample fine Darjeeling tea at the back of the shop with some excellent mountain view. Do give the place a visit while you are at the mall.

They provide a great quality tea. I have visited them on my way to Darjeeling. I bought tea from there. They have a large collection of different types of tea which was great in taste. My family members tasted those and they had the positive review like I have given here. It was absolutely amazing. Hope to visit these place again.
