I stopped here for a short tea break. The tea was good and served in a beautiful glass cup. Overall a good 10 minute stop near Mirik

Tea gardens on all sides with shops inside the garden to guide the tourists regarding tea. There is also a shop just opposite the road from the garden that sells the same tea. Overall nice place.

One of the most beautiful and picturesque tea garden situated near Mirik is the Gopaldhara tea estate. The lush greenary and the Golpahar view is just too good to deny. People also may buy tea from the shops ans showrooms situated in and around this garden.

They have awesome collection of tea. If you are visiting please ensure your taste and buy tea from here. One of the best places to buy darjeeling tea.

Good Morning. We had a wonderful stay in Jasmin Homestay in Sonada Darjeeling. I highly recommend each and everyone to stay here to enjoy the warm welcome and enjoy delicious food in Promila Maam's kitchen. Room was too good with electric warm matress which was clean enough. Even good for senior citizens. Had a wonderful stay in Jasmin Homestay.

Very nice and attractive place to visit. All around tea garden, looking like big umbrellas. Greenery will fascinated you.

Its just opposite to very nice tea garden called Gopal Dhara tea estate with a refreshment Cafe and souvenirs shop.

It was awesome, request all visitors not to purchase any Tea pkt from anywhere near Tea garden.
Recommended for authentic Tea shop near darjeeling mal or other places.

Loved it.such a beautiful T garden.awesome to watch. Dil karta hai dekhta hi rahoon.moreover You can buy green tea and red tea and take pics wid ur loved ones. Must visit if you travel from darjeeling to siliguri or vice- versa.

Loved the place and the views. But the main drawback is, as the Tea Garden belongs to Goodrich, they have strict no entry policy in the garden. Better to Enjoy the view and an amazing cup of Darjeeling Tea at the store opposite the garden, and stop ahed in another garden to click photos and to know Tea plants better.

This is a very beautiful place. It will come on the way to Mirik if you are coming from Darjeeling.

Recently we have gone on bike ride from Darjeeling to Mirik. On the way we found this place. We took a break and clicked some images.
Then from the tea shop we purchased some variety of tea which available in reasonable prices.

In the tea garden you can go and enjoy the beauty of the garden.

In the shop you can order order tea and taste the variety of tea like lemon tea, green tea, milk tea, etc.

Shop owner is very friendly and helpful. They will pack your order properly and also accepts UPI payments.
If you are coming Mirik then here you will get the tea at best price.

Good views of the ranges and the valley. The tea garden in a stretch of green is beauty to the eyes.

By the way, if you ask what is worth seeing in Darjeeling, then my answer will be that the whole Darjeeling itself is a paradise, but every place has its own unique beauty.

Loved the place. You can visit it on your way down to Njp/siliguri from Darjeeling. Nice scenic view. You can try out their good quality tea and even buy some for home:)

Very scenic albeit a bit busy view point, the eateries are nice, simple but filling meals, staff courteous and the overall beauty nice and vibrant. Good place to stop over and rest a bit.

Beautiful small garden, perfect for photography. Right in front there is a small cafe, serves tea, you can also buy tea leaves from here.

This is Gopaldhara Tea estate in Darjeeling. Near this site you will find a tea shop where you can buy various class of tea.

Four stars for the tea and only the tea. Excellent black tea only for 20 rupees. The view from the shopfront isnt anything to be mesmerised, but from the above floors it is exquisite!

Yesterday we have taken lunch while returning from Mirik so we, decided to take lunch here. Very expensive, expensive is nit the matters but very poor quality dish.

This place has real good view of Nepal border and hills with tea garden. Ask your driver to stop on the way for the good views and have your photos done Thank me later

It's a nice place for tea lovers, go and explore some nice view from tea plantation hill top! Plus the tea they serve in nice and you can buy tea from here. You can buy some souvienir for your loved once.

A good stop to spend some time for clicking spectacular views of tea gardens while you are driving from Siliguri to Darjeeling via Mirik.

Nice tea garden to spend sometime. They charge you 20 bucks to enter. There are no gaurds to stop you going anywhere inside the garden. You are in your own there. I saw some people sitting and laying down on the tea plant. I guess that's not advisable.

Good place. But don't time waste there just go and visit other tee garden's there you can explore more. Golpahar view point just a sales mens point they try sale you fake tee.

There's nothing much to see here. They have put a 'No Entry' board just as you enter the field.
The shop opposite is where you get all types of Tea leaves. Do note, the same brands are available online on Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Do check before you buy!

Tea Garden vew, - people drink Tea with little leaf, less sugar, and no milk, highly energetic, and test, rich test.

The Tea estates are very beautiful! I loved taking pictures here with the blue sky. Tea estates have become a nice nesting place for quite a few bird species! The small hotel had a quality Darjeeling Black tea with hygienic washrooms.

This is the most beautiful tea garden of west Bengal with phenomenal scenic beauty. Nature here always calls you to stand overwhelmed.

The name written there was 'Gopaldhara Tea Estate'. Place was Serene and calm. Water dropping from pine trees. Fogg every where. Loved the place.

You can go there and enjoy from outside the tea estate.there is no permission to go inside the tea estate.previous visitors broke the branches of tea plant, and made dirty with plastics and broken wine bottles, as we were informed by the guards of the gopaldhara tea estate and goodrick tea estate

Good tourist attraction. You can spend some time clicking good photographs in this well maintained tea garden.

This place has a nice view of the round headed hills covered with tea plantations. Sad to see that it has partly been taken by Thurbo tea estate which isn't allowing tourists to reach to the top as it used to be in earlier times.

Good place with beautiful view but now the tea Estate people have put up a bamboo fencing and charge Rs 100 for the group to go inside and take photos.

A beautiful setting in the hills, the Golpahar viewpoint also houses the Gopaldhara tea estate. You can take photos within the tea estate and can even go inside the main estate for a small fee. There's a shop outside that sells excellent souvenirs including cups and tea pots and of course outstanding tea. Be sure to buy "White Tea" from here and take a cup of tea for tasting. A sure shot place to visit.

The place is very very beautiful
We can see and touch the tea plants from very close. Also there is a place or a shop where we can have tea. The black tea and green tea are available at 10/- per cup. Tge place is almost 40 mins down hill from Milik Lake.no entry fee is required to explore the garden. The place is good for photography too.

It is a beautiful, calm & pleasant tea garden of distance 6 km from Mirik. We stayed at@ Manjosila homestay. That is quiet good.

The surrounding tea cultivated garden brings a positive and pleasant vibe to each of the tourists.
It can be considered as a must visit for the people of urbans and suburbans.

The most beautiful garden I ever seen. This place is situated near Mirik. You should stay here for passing few times and buying pure Darjeeling tea. Attached some photos. Entrance is free for all.

Beautiful place. View from the top is awesome. You have to go up which is little risky for old age people and children. The place is on the way to Mirik lake. Private car from the tourism and stand will demand 3500/- to visit Mirik lake, Simana view point and Golpahar tea estate. We visited here on 5th May, 2019 and paid 2300/- after bargaining. I think my review will be helpful for your journey.

Very beautiful small mountains of Tea and very nicely designed and planted the tea gardens. View looks very beautiful from the garden and also from the top. Also the shop near the garden has variety of tea available to taste. Must visit place to see on mirik highway from Darjeeling.

Golpahar a very nice view point.awsm and really amazing place for sight seeing. Photo maniac u can click nice ones here. View is also nice. U may not get a good restaurants near by, but a small one there serves the purpose.

Awesome place. It's on the way to Siliguri from Darjeeling if you decide to take the Mirik route. Remains foggy most of the year. You can enjoy a hot cup of tea while enjoying the serene view around.
