Never seen any private employee behaving so rudely. There might be some reason why somebody is calling 5 min before opening of the store. Such rude & arrogant behaviour only shows disrespect and ego to customers. The guy who pickup phone is very arrogant and don’t have respect for customer. Owner should be aware and take necessary steps if not he is in the same boat as this guy. Very pathetic with customer service and customer handling.

I guess they have domestic problems which they vent out on customer’s. Pathetic I didn’t buy service because of their behaviour I would prefer their competitors who can atleast behave.

Good experience in transferring Gas Subscription and changing address. Employees are helpful

অফিসে কল করে জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম সিঙ্গেল গ্যাস কত করে। আমায় বলল ৬০০০ টাকা। অথচ মার্কেট প্রাইজ আছে ৪২৫০ টাকা। নতুন কাস্টমার বলে আমায় স্ক্যাম করতে চাইছে। যেই কথা বলেছে খুব ধিক্কার জানাই।

Very customer friendly distributor. My application was completed in a single day, they don't harass the customers.

All you have to have Aadhar card, PAN Card, present residential proof. If you are applying from a rented property produce a lease agreement, that's all

I called the office and asked how much single gas costs. He told me 6000 rupees. But the market price is 4250 Tk. They are trying to scam me as new customers. I apologize to whoever said that.

The distributor is misbehaving. I have booked the gas on 5th June. The delivery person name automatically updated in the indane app. So I called him to know the status. Then he told he will deliver by 1 pm on 6th June. Ad he not deliver on the said time, I called at 2 pm to again check the status. He told he will be not comming today. On 7th June I called the distributor to know the status on 9am. The distributor is misbehaving and not even listing to my problem.
Really very poor service. Very unprofessional. My earlier Indene distributor experience was wonderful.
