Grand Holidays & Resorts

First of all, they are fraud people. They never believe in hardworking and no business model they have. They will call you in a big hotel and show you big dreams. After that they will force you for memberships and ask to make a payment. Once you make a payment they they ask sir there is document formalities let us put signature. They will not allow you to read it before making transaction. Once you make payment then they will show you booklet if you ask I am not happy with rules then they will say call customer care and they will cancel and that cancellation charges you know 10-20k again a scam.

After taking membership, if you ask hotel booking, customer care first line would be -"Sorry sir we do not have any property available". If you further insist they will say 3 nights however every year they claim to provide you a week as part of the membership.

They will claim - "ALL SEASON" but you will not get. During membership, they will say AMC will be charged when you book hotels and that AMC itself larger in amount than that of 2 days booking.

And irony is no one help even you have a direct approach of any Indian government institute but they will not and that is why these scams are happening everyday

They have refund policy - after a week no refund, since they will send the mail after that time.
In mail they will not write any policy related thing so that you will be assured but if you read the booklet, very small lines will talk about all rules of them.

This is not a business ethics, and Government institute should come and review the policies and rules company made.

If I take a signature of someone on an affidavit or a paper saying that I will kidnap you, but your family or government body will not take action since you are agreed with my rules. Does court will leave me - I say NO, but in company's matters even government is not helping.

And this is not a single company, there are lots of but who cares. India is moving towards 5 trillion economy.
This is bitter truth of India!

We have a membership plan and we took this plan in 2022. In almost 1.3 years they have confirmed our booking only once that also for 3 days. Whenever we are asking the booking they used to tell us high rush and all. Better to all never go for the membership plan.

Recently i visit jim corbett by my holiday package, i get a stay at Acorn resort.it was a great experience & i enjoy my trip with my family.we all are happy to joined Grand Holidays.

I bought membership last year of 20 years. I went to nepal with my family using their exchange holidays. It was a great trip with my family and friends.

We booked 2 rooms. Both were good.they offered everything up to my expectations.

Team does good efforts. Neha Manish and two more who has always been helping us in our bookings.

All over a very good vacations. We used 4 star properties.
We travel frequently and this membership requires a week before for booking. But by that i get planned vacations. Good for families who dont want their kids n families to suffer.

I am person who spent my childhood in village may be that is the reason I still attached with nature. You know we have to stay in metro cities for our bread n butter n our childrens education.

I have gone so many places for vacation but Grand Holidays ACHROL NIWAS JAIPUR was not a just vacation for me. It was beautiful memory for me where I lived my Childhood again.

This Grand Holidays and Resort is trap they call you for discussion in any one of the five star hotels and give lunch or nice tea or coffee.

They will start discuss and explain plan like butter and you feel like u are in holiday already. They show you great plan with any day you can go for holiday and there is no peak time charges applicable and you will get reservations round the clock as they say they are tied up with many hotels in India and outside.

Now comes to reality. I asked 2 night stay in Bangalore and the answer is we don’t have any tie up hotels in Bangalore and we recently came out of tie ups in Bangalore.

2nd instance I asked stay in Dubai for my given dates after booking flights and the response is hotel’s only available on other dates and sorry message.

Then I ask for cancellation of membership and response is sorry you can’t.

3rd instance I asked stay for 4 nights stay in some destination and I got one hotel only for 3 nights… to fro e-mails on this after that I asked for go ahead for booking. I got reply to pay AMC for 18000 which Is due for 2 years where I have not used their service at all.for said amount same hotel I will get for 4 nights instead 3 nights which is funny.

Now I have sent email for requesting for cancellation and refund but I know their reply would be sorry

Please don’t fall into trap and mouth shut is not accepting 1 star lol…

FAKE FAKE FAKE! It's a trap. Their account department never responds, and the customer care does not have answers. They never share the property list of the destinations. They don't consider major cities like Delhi as Tourist place, and they will not share all these information with you unless you find it out later.

Never take the membership! This is the worst experience we ever had. Initially they said all 5 star and 4 star properties, they offer. But when we give them the requirement they offer the cheapest hotel. We have been talking to them for the last 4 months but no holiday booked yet. Their customer support team (in fact there is only one person who answers the call) is very unprofessional. They want us to write a mail every time and no response comes. Very unprofessional!

I recently stayed at this place, Fern Residency Pune. Firstly must tell their hospitality was nice, the staff was really co operative and humble. Coming to the rooms they have same category room all over this hotel, they were spacious and clean enough. Food was too good and even their breakfast spread is nice. The best part about breakfast is that they did have a make my own salad counter, which was nice. I had a very peaceful stay here. Thank you Grand Team

Very common, I face this issue I feel cheated

UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST PLACE you can stay in at Darjeeling! The entire property is newly constructed, so well maintained and so beautiful. Located in the heart of Darjeeling it is hardly a 5 min walk for railway station and 10 min walk for mall road, it is located at the prime location! A lot of thinking has been gone in every detail in the hotel. The staff is very polite and courteous! And the food is extremely delicious. They'll make sure you have a great experience throughout. Highly recommended!

I think everything about Grand Holidays was good. Their chef and other staff was very supportive and ensured we had a good time. We asked for Mediterranean cuisine and they just prepared something quickly and served us. Likewise their swimming pool was also good and we had a good time as a family.
Only thing to note is that it is not to be mistaken as a resort property. It's a simple hotel with nice spacious rooms.

I made a trip to Munnar recently with my family on the occasion of our wedding anniversary, and stayed at the Lakeview resort. I must say that we were pampered and felt top of the world, both in terms of the hospitality and the resort experience.
To top it, Munnar is one of those places where you feel closer to heaven and we feel rejuvenated and recharged after the stay.
I'm vegetarian and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of vegeterian food away from home that was available, at a reasonable cost.
The view from my room was simply amazing, and it was as though I was holidaying in some pristine European destination, reminds me of Austria.
All in all, I carry back a wonderful and memorable experience that will be cherished for a long time.

Our outlook towards a Grand Holidays Membership completely changed after we attended the product briefing. Its a wonderful idea for a family to have an assured holiday for 25 years and after looking at images of all the resorts, we really feel like visiting them. For a young family like ours, it is a wonderful option and we are really thinking of making this purchase.

They will tell you all good things while selling their membership package to you. But once you take it, one or the other problems we have faced.
1. If we try to book before 3 months, they say they cannot block before 3 months. And within 3 months if you ask, they say property is not available for the dates.
2. They ask us to change dates according to their availability always. We had to change our flights for Thailand trip due to this issue
3. While taking money from us, they say we will have discounts on food buffet of stay, complimentary activities etc but this is all lie. Neither hotel accepts this nor these guys reply once the booking is done and maintenance payment is done.

Trust me, it's best to book on your own, select destination in your availability and choose stay with breakfast included than breaking your head with them.

Had a wonderful time with my family in Pondicherry and thanks goes to Grand Holidays. After taking membership Pondicherry was my first trip with Grand Vivanta and as they promised they booked our staying in very short notice. My experience in starting was not pretty good as I was not getting respohse, but whenever Ms. Stuti took the responsibility the process was, very smooth and we got our booking as well within 72 hrs. Customer care also very supportive. Thanks I to team and looking forward to such memorable synerience with Grand Holidays

I was little hesitating at first to invest in long holiday partnership with a company. But people of Grand Resorts convinced me and it was looking a great deal. After signing up for the holiday membership I realized that it has actually brought us closer to our children as we now take holidays together regularly and are able to spend quality time together. We had the most remarkable family tour with Grand holiday and Resorts. Everything was nearly perfect and well planned. Delighted to be a member and will recommend to all.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Goa and stay Fairfield by Marriott

We found this Royal grand holidays and resorts through event conducted in our city and we are very glad that we attended it. What most people mistake is comparing apples to oranges by comparing Grand Holidays & Resort membership fee to a particular hotel room on a certain day. Where else do you get to explore the length and breadth of India and help your family discover your country while you create priceless memories with them year on year. The resorts are at prime scenic locations and the size of rooms is significantly bigger than what you get in a hotel. The experiences you can enjoy, whether it is outdoor hiking or indoor activities add to the value of your membership. Grand Holidays hospitality and service is outstanding and I always feel safe to travel with my family to any of their resorts. I am 100% satisfied with my decision to own this membership.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in udaipur.it was very very awesome stay at this hotel Radisson Blu. Food was really really great.
