Behaviour of Manager is not satisfactory. A rude personality in wrong position. The person who deals with people visit there shall exibit amiable behaviour. I visited two times & was planning for the third time. But his verbal behaviour in phone proves this is a place of Rude management. I recommend not to visit this place.

There is a beautiful rustic feel to this place other than the hotel area. Largely because of lack of maintenance. Rooms were nice but the pool seemed not so clean. I guess they are selling it so lacks maintenance.
Food was awesome. Fresh and tasty.

The location of the resort is good but the rooms and the service is a lot to be desired. Windows on the first floor rooms do not close and people can enter through the window inspite of the rooms being closed.

Zero safety at room from both animals & humans. Window without grill and lock. Room floor and washroom was not clean

Ideal place to spend weekend with friends or family. Situated in the periphery of Gorumara National Park. Prices of food are slightly on the higher side. Overall clean and hygienic place.

This resort is located quite in the inside of the Lataguri forest. The landscaping and gardens are very well manicured and it's not too far from the main highway. However, it is better to have your own mode of conveyance. The food is tasty and the room service is decent.
The one thing that can be improved are the maintenance of the rooms.
Overall, a nice place to chill out for a couple of days in the peace of the dense forest.

My tour operator (Rocky tour and travels) booking this hotel, i talk to him the hotel reviews is very bad but he knew to me some days ago he stay this hotel, but today i vist this hotel maintainance is extremely bad. This hotel has a bad smell when we enter the room.

Location is great. Looks good from outside but the rooms are filthy inside. The sheets and pillow covers look oil stained. The worst part is the rude manager who looks like he is doing a favour to the customers by letting them stay.

Disgusting staff behaviour, the uneducated staffs in the reception were so ill mannered and rude that we better thought not to stay in this hotel, i wonder why these ungrateful people work? Like fo something else instead of spoiling someone’s else’s touring experience! Hope so this issue is looked through and both that stupid gets kicked out

The resort is located near Lataguri northbengal in between forest and teagarden. But the approach road is not good at all, specially for small ownerdriven car. The landscaping is good. Special attraction is a lily pond bordering three sides of the resort. The swiming pool is an added attraction for weekenders. The cost of food is in higher side.

A veryyy nice place for vacation! U can just stroll around nearby forest areas, tea gardens or have a little pool party.worth it!

It was fun and lovely trip and my family specially the kids loved it they had a gala time in the swimming pool. ‍️ the location is fantastic. Can't wait to visit agn. The service is superb

We had very good service during meals time by Ranjit Roy. Also whatever we asked for in the room was provided. The accommodation was simple and friendly. Homely food.

The hotel manager was not good. He misbehaved and abuse. We booked the room but he didn't allow us. We had to stay in other hotel. It's the bad resort and management. Guys please don't book,

Amazing time spent with Family, it is the best spot in the middle of the jungle of Gorumara National Park and you will be fortunate enough to sight some wild elephants which usually roam around that area freely in the night, the Bar-B-que was the most special, please order 1 day ahead for the preparation

The resort looks great from the the exterior, but the rooms should be maintained properly. Location is beautiful!

The resort is beautiful with greenery all around. You have to take a narrow muddy road to reach there.
The resort houses to a lake and a swimming pool. The swimming pool wasn't big enough, and with the crowd there it isn't much enjoyable if you are looking for privacy and clam.
The rooms were pretty decent. We stayed at the Cottage which has one of the prettiest look from outside. However the rooms were not very hygienic. The wood dust keep falling from the roof all time which is very disturbing.
The restaurant was below average, the food has to be ordered only on certain time because they don't accept order all time.
With the sun set the place becomes totally isolated from outside. You would dare get outside the gate. The place looks like haunted houses covered with deep forest from all sides. Many a time elephants keep coming. Only way you can move out is if you have a four wheeler and enough courage.
The morning is beautiful here. You can see peacock flying from branches to branches of the trees outside. The garden, the pool, the resort itself looks amazing. Best time to have photoshoot.
If you are looking for a place to spend a peaceful weekend away from the hustle and bustle of crowd. You will enjoy it.

Swimming pool is great. Room is good but window is transparent, it's not sweetable for couples. Food is great, but charge is high atleast there are some haunted activitys in room. But i have enjoyed.

Customer service is so bad. In tv only free channels are available. No wifi connection, boring place to stay.

It's located off the road inside forest route accessible only by 4/3 wheeler. All rooms are well furnished with AC, TV etc. Ground floor rooms are exposed to insects and reptiles. Large area for playing and swimming pool is also good enough. In-house restaurant. #wheelchairaccessible

This resort is where we stayed for our Lataguri, Gorumara and Chapramari tour. The resort is well decorated with a swimming pool and well inside Lataguri forest range and will give you the feel of the forest. The rooms are big and spacious but at night there is insect problem. Many insects will swarm your room if you don't keep the doors closed. The toilets were clean but they have a feel of oldness and not well maintained. The geyser was working. The triple bed rooms are front facing and good. The manager is cooperative and staff behaviour is good. But they charge badly when contacted for cars and take commission about Rs 500 per car booking. So book your car beforehand and have car contacts separately.

The resort is situated at the lap of the forest. Forest forms three bordes of the resort and tea garden forms one border of the resort. In resort premises a small water stream with small pool is present. Good quantity of trees are present there. One who loves nature, must stay here. Food quality is awesome. Tasty veg & non veg food both are available here. Prices are budget friendly. Services are good. Rooms are swimming pool is also well maintained. Main gate is used to be closed at 6pm beacause of nearby jungle.

Green Lagoon hotel is very beautiful location at lataguri. Three side forest view n back side tea garden view. Wonderful staying n relax place. All rooms r very good. We have stay two night with my fmly at here. We stay on Suit room. Big, Ac, Tea maker, Led TV, Sofa set, n big comfort bed with balcony. Bathroom big with gyser n bathtub. Excellent resort at lataguri. Manager and all staffs behave r very good n most helpful. Big lawn. At night we have see elephant from room window. Next time I will stay at here with my fmly.

Really an awesome Resort in the midst of the jungle. Service is very good. Food was too good.felt like home. Well maintained pool and massive garden area for evening party with bonfire etc. Rooms are big enough with ac and gyser. Overall cleanneness is good.

The best part is, they have the swimming pool.but I feel it's a slideeeee costly, because they charged us 1400/- for each room with out fooding.

The place is quiet good for a 2 day trip in leisure. The ambience is awesome. The staffs are very helpful and supportive. Food quality is also ok.

A very good place to spend your weekend within a pocket friendly budget. The service provided is quite good as well.

Worst experience ever. We were a team of 7 people visiting the place. The service and behaviour of the management over there is even not seen in free services. Someone being in the hospitality sector can behave so rudely, it's hard to digest. We had to cancel the booking after visiting there, and were forced to leave the premises with other family members. I was thinking to lodge a FIR, but couldn't do so as I will have to visit the jurisdiction over there very often and I live in Kolkata.

PLZ DON'T EVEN THINK OF VISITING THE PLACE.
