Worst place. I'm never coming back here
We ordered chole bhature, pav bhaji and Raj Kachori.
After waiting for 30 mins they can not deliver pav bhaji and rajkachori. We asked to provide the bill but then they came back and said they can now give pav bhaji.no co ordination amongst the staff at all.
Staff not apologetic and rude.

Nice place for vegetarian people. Good options available. Nearby Food Court was also best.

The sweets are good but on Diwali, they were super busy so their service was a little rude because they were handling lots of customers at a time otherwise they are good.

Good quality sweets here, price at a bit higher side. You can get snacks as well.
Also, you can ask for Sweets tray for gift and marriage purpose. They don't except food card which is not good. Overall staff behaviour is okay

A nice sweet shop with excellent service in each & every respect. Almost all types of sweets as well as snacks are sold here.

Had visited this place early in the morning to pick up their "world famous" club kachori.
Spotted one of their staff generously spraying a highly toxic insecticide from a tall black can all around the entrance and the inside! Air conditioned interiors will easily circulate the toxins and coat the food items with the same!
Of course, the food was a far cry from what I expected - under cooked, pale kachoris and greasy yellow aloo rasaa.

I ordered food yestersay on father's day.
The mix vegetable was so less in quantity and i dont even want to go to masala kulcha becoz it was not that at all.it was just a thick plain maida roti with almost no masala at all. The roti was so dry that it was difficult to chew and swallow.and everyone who ate that is having digestive issues till today.

In my whole life, I have not seen this bad food.

Ordered via Swiggy, received Kachori full of oil and soggy condition.sabji taste was pathetic.

Sweets are excellent. There are so many varieties sweets and snacks are available, but the price is very high.

I love tandoori momo. But food delivery is slow. Many sweets and salty food varieties available. You can throw party too. Sitting space is good. Prices are okay.

These guys k know what's a best 4 the customer. I was looking for hi tea snacks for 100 people it wud cost 300 per head they recommended me to take a box, make the tea n big hot pot n hire two people or office staff for self service I ended up spending almost 50 % less. That's why these people grow. The sweets were awesome n every guest loved it.they do Catering also n nothing is sold without bill. That's what's called n honest business dealing.

Very bad experience. I had gone to buy Kachoris and the man at the counter told me they were unavailable yet I could very clearly see them in the shop. I have no idea as to why this was done, but it is an extremely bad experience.

I like eating all the sweets & different types of salty foods usually. All the things are mainly made with Desi ghee.

Yesterday i booked sweet to deliver today at 8.30 am and call from residence that please keep sweet ready i will take delivery on the way to airport but on arrival at 9am i was surprised that no one their at delivery desk after repeated reminder sweet was delivered at 9.15 am due to waitimg my Uber ride also canceled and i have to booked new uber and rush to airport for 11am flight

A compact place serving high quality vegetarian dishes. It also offers eggless pastries. The sitting arrangement is huge and spacious. The 2nd and 3rd floor serves as a banquet hall and is perfect for any type gatherings.

A popular sweet and snack shop. They have a variety of pickup and go type of Indian sweets and popular snacks. They have a counter where we can stand and eat.

Great shop cum restaurant. Easy to locate. Food vegetarian too good. Lots of varities available. Ample space both ground & first floor. Recommended for kitty party, small birthday parties for vegetarian people. Thalis available.

A place for sweet lovers when in Kolkata they have various varieties to cherish, anytime would love to visit again

Pathetic Customers Service. The staffs at the counter kept me waiting for nearly 30 mins. Agree that therr was a rush but couple of the guys were standing ideally. I purchased two boxes of sweets. And the sweets were delivered to me in an ordinary box and in a plain white plastic carry bag (without their brand printed). As if I have bought some fruits from a street hawker. On asking for a proper box (the sweets were to be presented as a gifts), the guy at the counter taunted me (bill dekhdena). So I just atleast asked for a proper Carry bag. The Arrogant sales person telling to an another sales person, who had packed my sweets. (Kahe de deta hai aise logo ko mithai).

This is really saddening to see that how customers are treated, ones you get famous. The management should check on this.

There are many more good sweet shop in Kolkata.

Very good sweets shop. Bangali and some north indian sweets and snacks available here with fantastic packagings.

They don't receive calls and when I ordered from swiggy about 9: 30 am club kachori and jalebi.they said it will be delivered by 10: 30 am.it is 11: 05 am still showing it will be delivered by 40 mins. Is this a joke? Highly disappointed and unprofessional behavior

The sales people are lethargic and are just not interested in attending the customers. You really have to keep repeating the order and asking for the order to get it. 3 stars for the many options available.

Delivery via Zomato. 15 Gulab Jamuns. The box had no name of the shop, wasn't too clean and one of the sweets in the box was packed differently, in a larger cup.
Ordered specifically for gifting, the appearance of the box was disappointing. The oddly packed sweet could not be gifted with the rest, and had to be kept aside.
The sweet itself is fresh, fluffy and mouthwatering for mishti lovers.
