We went for buffet dinner.limited menu but tasty food and service quality made us very satisfied.

I wish I could give (-) rating for your Food and Service.
Though the ambience was very good but the Food quality and Item quantity is not good enough for the price I have paid compared to the other buffet restaurants. (Ex. I have paid 100rs for a 100ml Coke.)
And stuffs are also not so professional. They should take more hospitality training.
I'll never ever visit any of Haka restaurant and I'll be your strict Detractor.
As I said I'll suggest everyone go anywhere but do not visit "HAKA".

Horrible experience. Neither food quality was good nor the service. Staffs were not interested at all for helping the clients. Maximum foods were tasteless. Very poor experience

It's a good choice of Chinese food. Of course it's not authentic Chinese. Buffet is available and I feel it's reasonable price.

It is a quite good Chinese restaurant in Mani square. They have their old branch in City Centre 1, Saltlake. Good cuisine, well mannered table service. One should try their evening buffet (All you can eat). It is not pricy. From Starter to Dessert every item is awesome and you will have both veg and non-veg options.

I had ordered food from this restaurant through swiggy. I love the packing they had done. Taste wise its good. Chili chicken fried rice and one sweet item is the full coverage for lunch or dinner. If anyone is looking for combo offer then one must go for this thali.quantity wise - it's enough for a single person. Simple loved it and planning to order again soon

The and the menu's are satisfactory with safe distance maintained between tables. My only gripe with the place is their drinking glasses looked too dirty. Its made of plastic had it been glass material it would've been so nice. We had to skip drinking water completely. PS. Ordering mineral water can set you back by Rs 100.: P

The worst experience till date over any restaurant of my life. It was very crowded and the place was claustrophobic.work force is low and they unnecessarily fill up the place with occasional gatherings which hamper the normal diner experience.we have to ask them 4 times for the complimentary drinks as they were busy dealing customers and the food choices r very low in compare to rhe money paid.and about quality they literally butchered the chinese flavour with their own typical style.after a long time this was a bad loss of money over something so unsatisfactory that i regret the experience everytime i will think about it.

Ps: - behaves like a classy restaurant but something else is cooking inside.

The resturant is good with nice ambience and good quality food. And the value for money is maintained. The resturant is located in mani square with nice ambience and sitting space. Both buffet and al a carte is available. Nice food quality is maintained. Starters were good mainly the fish. But the quility of chicken starter could be improved. I cannot mention the name because I forgot it. Main course contained good choice of dishes and taste and quality is really good. Especially the prawn and hakka chicken noodles. The choice of desserts were really good. The brownie with ice cream was awesome. Covid 19 protocols were followed. The staff behaviour is good but a little unfriendly. Otherwise everything is good. Give it a visit.

Worst experience ever. There are so many customers and less staff compared to that. We had to ask literally 5 times for our complimentary drink because they weren't paying attention to their customers And that drink was literally sugar-water, not virgin mojito. All I could taste in that drink was lots of sugar. Now coming to buffet, they reduced some items from past. Buffet corner is so congested and no guidelines followed for Covid19. People were jostling over the buffet. No free space, no distance maintaining, no temperature checking, no sanitization nothing. They are literally showing their negligence over covid19. Coming to food quality, they butchered the Chinese taste with their own handmade mess. In the fish preparation, hardly we could find fish.only thing good was the dessert, as it needs no extra capability. Number of food items were less. We deserve at least good taste in this price. Complete waste of money. If there were zero star rating system, that would be the perfect rating for them.

Buffet Quality and staff behaviour has changed drastically over past few months.not worth the money now, with many other options available. Price in parallel to chilli's and we all know quality and staff of Chilli's.make your choice wisely

Main course is good.some more items should be included in starter section.and also at least one sweets should be there in dessert section

Absolutely right place to taste the authentic Chinese food in Kolkata. Buffet is superb here with loads of options.starters, mains, dessert.all are fabulous.must try food in here.specially if you are an foodie like me.one honest suggestion to the chef and restauranter that must include wide range of Chinese delicacies with variety of sauces.then it would be a one stop solutions.keep it up guys.

The main course was superb, starters were not as per the expectation and so are the deserts, but I must say try there unique mocktails collection.

We had an average experience in haka. It was a dinner buffet experience where the ambience was just ok. The food items were strictly average and had nothing special to offer. Only the four types of ice cream was saving grace. It was my birthday and expected some good memories but that didn't happen.

Recently visited this Mani square branch of Haka.

Located at the top floor of Mani Square mall.  

I tried the weekday lunch buffet which is priced 478 per person also you can add unlimited mocktails to your lunch buffet at just rupees 50.  

Which is a great deal and at very reasonable price the quantity and quality they serve is amazing.  

Ambience: This place is quite large and has a comfortable sitting arrangement, giving Chinese vibes with pictures, posters in Chinese pasted all over with simple decor.

Food: I was firstly not very sure of opting for a completely Chinese buffet option as I thought there won't be much variety but to my surprise there were plenty of items and the quality they have maintained starting from starters to main course to desert is commendable.  

Most of the time I have experienced the restaurants focus more on their starters and deserts in buffet and completely ignore the main course but here it was different. I was as always full having too much of starters but I wanted to try more and more main course items as even the simple veg noodles were so tasty along with the fish and chicken items.

There were Soup, Salads, 4 kind of starters, two rice items two kind of noodles and three different main course consisting veg, chicken and fish. In the desert there were four kind of ice creams with 4 more dessert options. I had something, I can't really recall the name but it tasted kind of a baked sandesh and it was one of the tastiest desserts I have ever tried.

Staff: I have first time seen in a buffet the staff serve everything at your table if you want them to and they are always concerned, always taking good care if their customers want anything, if they are enjoying the food or not.  

They were very quickly filling items in the buffet section so that they serve only hot and fresh food.

Would love to visit again soon.

The food is awesome here and so are the staffs. They will never let you down and the management is awesome. They will take care of you very lovingly like you are their own. Buffet is deliciously awesome with many items and taste worth the price.

Extremely bad restaurant. Ambiance and food both zero. Food even served cold. We reach out to manager. After listening to all our complaint he didn't even bother to say a single word. We don't even understand whether he understands anything. A group of 30/40 ladies came and they are busy with taking selfy, shouting laughing. Restaurant has zero control on them. They don't even bother to stop them or make other guests seats other side of the restaurant. Bogus experience. Waste of money. Don't go there.

Looking for a place to eat Chinese at a pocket friendly Price then come here. Don't get fooled by the price coz this guy's Chinese are really good.

Excellent lunch buffet spread (ends at 3: 30pm). The seafood wontons, the eponymous noodles, the fish with mustard sauce, and the chicken entrees are highly recommended. Attentive service

one of my friends was vegeterian so they prepared veg manchurian for him specially

Craving for unlimited chinese food on a limited budget this is the place.buffet under 600 per person with an amazing and clean interior the food is delicious be it starter maincourse or dessert. But the fish item they offer is really good.eat as much as you can but dont waste food

Good buffet at low price. I have been there for several times. I liked the starter and desserts most. The price for the lunch buffet is relatively lower than the price for dinner Buffet. But the dinner Buffet has more items. But in the lunch buffet if you add Rs 40 you can get unlimited coke. I like chicken drumsticks and dumplings in starters. Fried rice, chow, fish and chicken are available in main course. This buffet is pocket friendly. Also the timings are good. One more interesting offer is there: if you go by a group of 4, you have to pay only for 3 people.

Haka as usual doesn't disappoint. The menu hasn't changed since a long time. Though they had a softy ice cream machine, but they have removed it now. The starters are the only highlight. In about 500 rupees one can have a great meal. Other offers available are prawns at 65 and unlimited Pepsi at 30 rupees.

One of the best Chinese buffets in town. The best part is the price is very affordable and each item is prepared to give the most delicious flavour to one's tongue. The staffs are very well behaved. We went there to celebrate a friend's birthday so they also arranged a cake for us.

The ambiance is very good.you can go their alone, but it would be fun if you go there with your family and friends.there are so many dishes.some dishes are very tasty like soup, and other starter.i live the dry chilli baby corn.but some of them are not so tasty to me like schezwan rice and chicken in basil gravy.the veg in main course section are good.but the dessert section is awesome.the blue Berry cheese cake is delicious, the ice cream is good.and the sweet lime soda is very good.the buffet price is low than that of other restaurants in Mani Square.so overall it is very good.

Worthless taste of food. Bad quality food. We ended up going here Instead of barbecue nation, now regreting for our decision. They're serving starter dishes and main courses. And even after paying 650+ for the buffet, barely liked one or two dishes. There was smell is the chicken dishes seems it was not fresh or not properly cooked. In main course, every single dish was worthless. If you wanna have great buffet meal, kindly go to barbecue nation outlets. Please don't waste your money here. Totally worthless food and pathetic experience.

We went for weekend dinner with family. The spread was good. But they can increase their starter menu and also apart from the kungpao chicken in main course there is very few options for people like me who suffer from prawn and sea food allergy.
Over all the experience was good. The staffs were courteous and the service was prompt.

Taste of food is average. Staff service is good. Those who tried many restaurants they will find it average. Most annoying part is that they will provide you an ipad to give rating and then peep from behind. If they find you are giving low rating u have to show cause to them!
