Experience- I always prefer haka for buffet meal. The quality of the food is very fresh. Limited menu with a pocket friendly price.

Haka, has always been one of favourite places to have Chinese. They have come up with an amazing offer. The super Saver Buffet offer at just ₹445+GST on every Monday and Tuesday available at Lake mall and Mani Square Outlet.
The buffet consisted of 18+ dishes in their menu.
I visited the Lake mall outlet.
The starters, the man course, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent.
Loved each and everything.
The quality was top notch and service was great.
Really enjoyed my food, my time their. Experience was wonderful. Dropping in really soon.

The dimsum, wings and the chilli garlic prawn was my favourite.
This buffet is available only on Monday and Tuesday.

The food was of pretty low quality. The chicken wings' pieces were dirty to say the least. Just the dimsums were good. In main course the chicken was uncooked, the fish was bad (black in colour) the prawn was pny good but it was shrimp. The desserts were fine. The staff members were busy watching the match and the behavior was horrible. Haka's quality had deteriorated horribly.

Excellent restaurant with delicious food. Though Chinese but a bit different varieties and taste. I would suggest you all to experience the buffet lunch here.

@hakaindia is serving Chinese Buffet at Rs 545+gst on weekdays and Rs 625+gst on weekends.
In this buffet they are serving chicken, fish, prawn in starters and main course along with the desserts. Everything is unlimited.
They has started special menu for Tuesday named as "Tangra Tuesday" at Rs 445 all inclusive.
I'd tried their normal days buffet for non veg which was absolutely delicious.

Haka is also offering one free buffet. Yeah you read it right. For every 4 buffet 1 is free (not applicable on Tuesday)

Nice concept, a Chinese buffet, but.what is served was a mish mash of cusinines. Kimchi is not Chinese, nor is chicken in red curry.

The place is busy, so it must be popular, but the servers are struggling, ordering drinks took a while and once done it was served much later. Almost half way through main course.

I had expected a bit more from a restaurant owned by the Mainland China group, aren't they the Chinese food experts?

Had buffet lunches today. Restaurant opens at 12: 30 pm. They serve 4 types starter and soup, noodles and rice as main course with veg, prawn and chicken gravy items and 4 different types of desserts including assorted icecreams. Pocket pinch around Rs 600.
People do visit.

Ambience and food is good, with a decent Buffet price of ₹650+GST.
Recommended dish: Chicken Suimai

The manager there is excellent. Hence they top the chart in customer service. My kid drenched her frock by pouring a glass of water.he went out of the way to help us and even got a frock from the mall so that we could have our food peacefully. The buffet is ok, the chilly fish is occasional, it should be included permanently as it tastes awesome. Other attraction is prawn, soup, rice items and pastries. Rest of the dishes are ordinary. It did not like their chicken items and noodles. Price is moderate 729 per head for buffet. They do not have a wash basin in the restaurant as it is not allowed from the lake mall authorities. I have asked them to provide bowls with hot water and soap paper at least for customer's convenience.

Affordable buffet with amazing Chinese flavours. And like most of the buffets the starters and the dessert are quite better than the main course items.

Very bad quality and behaviour.specially chicken fried rice is very awful and tasteless.and when we ask them prepare it properly they got indecent and said it’s the best that they can do.very bad experience. 1 star only for the prawn…

My all time favourite place. Expected some more variety of starters. Overall it was a again a very good experience.

Starters are quite good and even desserts. Special mention is no doubt the dimsums.
About the main course the prawn and fish items could have been better.
All in all you can have a good Chinese buffet/ a la carte meal.
And another noticeable thing is the behavior of the staffs.
They are extremely cordial and caring.
An overall good experience it was.

Worst Experience Ever

Starting from the confused receiving attendant to unamountable delay in serving order. Horrible service.

Service and behaviour is very good, ambience is good. Food taste ektu kom legeche, but no issue. I recommend Lake Mall HAKA

This place is very bad. I had my name earlier but people behind the list get priority. Very bad service. Utterly dissatisfied

This place offered an amazing experience in all the aspects. The food quality was superb and the variety of foods including the starters, main course and deserts was exceptional at a pocket friendly price. The vibe was exceptional; the decorations done to celebrate my son's birthday was top notch. Finally the service quality and staff hospitality were of different levels. Mr. Surojit Sinha facilitated the bday celebration plan to a successful one and Mr. Sujoy Biswas tried his level best to accommodate all the guests in true spirit.

The place is pocket friendly and foods tastes good. No of items are low but tastes better compared to other popular buffets.

Very less variety of starters, quality of starters was very poor. In the main course section expect fried rice nothing was upto the mark. I would strongly recomend everyone not to go there.

Dinner experience is really good and if you spend some quality time friends & family over food then it can be best choice.

Dining experience was really good in spite of the fact that we went there on an occasion. Interior and decor is pretty with good lighting and a hygienic environment. Buffet price is ₹625+tax on weekends while it's ₹525+tax on weedays. Service was very good. Number of items are perfect for normal eaters like us;neither too less nor too many items. Mocktails and cold drinks are available at an additional cost. A la carte system is also available. Quality of the food is appreciable. But from the point of view of the taste, it somehow didn't have that "spark" element. Good experience overall and budget friendly.

Worst food no taste, all the foods are so sweet but Chinese food meant to be little spicy only the brownie is good and all the food are the worst disappointed with this place and food

Very very slow. Served main course of 2 persons after one hour from serving starters. Food average.

The food was somewhat okayish. The waiter came to us for a review and all I gave an honest review in terms with my experience. They did not seem happy with my review and literally forced me to write a better review for the restaurant. Disappointing behaviour!

Haka is an authentic Chinese restaurant crafted in Chinese drawings and writings situated on the 4rth floor of Lake Mall.
It's a place worth visiting.

First I have speak about the atmosphere in this place, This place is perfect for chill with Friends, Family and Couples. Secondly The food which they serve is really mouth watering. In starter I have ordered, Chicken Coriander Dumplings and Hunanese Chicken. Now it's time to have some Main Course Which is Hakka Noodles Mixed, Mixed Sichuan Noodles and Hot Garlic Sauce Chicken. And yes it's time to add some sweetness in your ending, Brownie and Chocolate Wontons. Overall amazing dining experience.

Few days ago I visited this outlate. They are maintaining safety measures well this situation. We took chicken siu Mai, chicken wings Hong Kong style, haka chill patato, and fish in mango mustard as starter. Fish in mango highly recommend item. For main course we took egg hakka noodles, mix vegetables fried rice, prawn in Sichuan chill sauce, chicken chill basil sauce. Main course was very good.

We have visited both lake mall and Mani Square Haka. Mani Square Haka is really good. Their service and food quality everything is good.
That's why we thought to visit the lake mall outlet recently. And end up with an worst decision.
Firstly the buffet amount is same for both oulets (we called and confirm before visit) but variety of items were less. Secondly each and every item whether starter or main course, taste was horrible. Though we ate starters painfully in a hope that main course will be fine, but that part was more pathetic. We couldn't eat a bit of main course. Then the manager came and apologizes, tried to fix and served us one mocktail (free) fix the things. I guess for that i am giving 2 stars because at least they tried otherwise I shouldn't give one star even.
Dessert is kind of ok atleast we ate brownies and ice cream. But I would like to ask the management how much does it cost to serve chocolate sauce? Because trust me it was heavily diluted with water. Really Disappointed.

A very nice place for lunch and dinner, good ambiance.the staffs are also well behaved, the food quality and options of the buffet are quiet impressive. The manager of haka lake mall Mr. Surajit Sinha is very humble and always ready to help.

This restaurant gives u poor service. Always waiter ask u for main course. If u r student and want to enjoy starter i suggest u to never visit this restaurant, i repeat it never because u have too wait more after eating some starter.

I visit this place today 17/2/21.their stuffs are very sincere.especially stuff whose name is Buddhadev.he is so bother about their guest's comfort and food taste, and how can they improve.it's a family friendly place. I spend here almost 3hrs.and eat lots of food.their buffet's each food is too good. I want to visit haka once again

Haka at Lake mall is the best option if you searching for a pocket friendly Chinese restaurant, starters like Fish mango, Chicken wings, Siu mai are very delicious. 4 star for Rice & Noddles items, other it could have 5 star, overall very good experience with HAKA.

If you searching for a pocket friendly chinese buffet in Kolkata then Haka is the best option. Delicious starters. But little less options on maincourses. Courteous staffs behaviour. Very helpful staffs. Will recommend for good chinese food in reasonable price.

Few stuff behaviour is very much annoying. Not at all professional.

The quantity of food is very good and staff are very friendly, good for family, the environment was very good

When said that the service is pathetic to the manager, the manager did not bother to give the feedback form. It was provided for all.

Went on a Monday afternoon, 1st Feb, 2021.
The service started off late and the food service was pretty slow, it'll be fine if you're a slow eater.
Starters will be served on the table and other items too if requested but the food comes a bit late from the kitchen. If you come early, your service will be slow since the main course will take time to be cooked and you'll get a refill by table service and the self-service counters will remain empty (until the resto starts filling up).
One good thing is that you can get starters in buffet in between main course too.

Katsu Chicken Fingers - This is a speciality from the place and definitely not to be missed. When dipped with the salsa served with it, makes for a fine experience.
Chicken and Basil momos- The momos have enough moisture and are juicy with fine fluff fillings.
Fish with Mango mustard- With a slight taste of tangy, and with the buzz of mustard, this is a nice dish to try.

The menu has been carefully set, with prices starting from as low as 49 bucks and ranging till 459 bucks, making this one of the most affordable restaurants serving quality Chinese food. Haka is known for it's fine hospitality, and comfort dining and this brand does live up to it's previous counterparts, so do pay a visit soon!
